I think Final Fantasy 10 and Final Fantasy 12 will become a classic game in future

The most obvious one in recent memory is Halo. Not only did it bring some new things to the FPS genre (seperate buttons for nades and bashing, moon physics by default, rechargable "health"--though this was a bit clunky compared to Halo 2 and 3), the massive amount of marketing on microsoft's part helped it become pretty much a household name.

FF10 puts a bad taste in my mouth, but yeah, it'll probably be moderately well known as a sort of classic. FF12 not so much, though I do think it is a vastly better game compared to 10.
