Steam CB Online Gamers

Searched for it, didnt find it. Anyways I figured it be cool if more CB users could play on steam together, but we didnt have a place to trade steam IDs and info. This thread solves all that and allows people to learn about what online games each user plays, and if they want to add them; their SteamID.

Post your steam ID then a list of games/mods you play on steam, allowing people to add you if they play any of the games you do. EXAMPLE THYME:

Yep what malfuncti0ned said. Its better to get the Orange Box because it also comes with all of the Half Life 2 series out-to-date. I have to admit Half Life 2 is a great game.

Yes but i doubt your Video Card fully supports 9.0 features hence forcing it to play 8.0 would help ALOT.

Strange really. I did what you told me to do but Steam still thinks that I don't have DirectX 8.0. So ya, like I said I'll wait a year or two. I've no money at the moment to buy me a new computer.

It will say you are running directx 9.0c but your I believe *software* is running at 8.0. You even try out running TF2 with low settings? it should be playable, cause my video card blows (5200 FX GO) and I have very decent Frame rates.

Me, Miku and Sparrow used to play that, but it sucks unless youve got a good ZM. Miku n myself started playing Eternal Silence yesterday, seems pretty awesome, can fly spaceships n stuff.

no space; should be like this:

TF2 doesnt support direct 7.0; you can join a server but you will see nothing :P

At least its better than Geforce4 MX440 :). My mobo is old and it can only handle PCI cards. I don't know when I'm getting a new computer anymore.

^^ Hmm, at least its slightly better you know? Geforce FX 5200 is probably the best card for PCI and as I said before my mobo is too old. PCI is obsolete. I can't even get a decent graphics card even if I wanted to. I'm really aching to play HL2: Ep2 and TF2. I'm also looking for a decent computer but I won't have the money till late December or early next year, sucks as well because I'm investing for a PS3.

PCI is in no way obsolete, next gen cards are still made for PCI bus ports, infact i still have a PCI bus port and just recently got a ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT for it. And a ps3? Why not just upgrade your pc, any worthwhile game on the PS3 will hit the PC (Excluding MGS4 sadly).

Cause PC is, in essence, superior. They hold the widest selection of games by far and no console will ever match a upgraded PC in graphics. That and, well, consoles suck.
