How spelled/pronounced?

Okay, I've seen Allankar, Arrankaru, Arrankas, Allankocas, and several other things. Even in different manga translations it's different. How in the crap do you spell and/or pronounce what a hollow turns into when it removes it's mask to get shinigami powers? Is there a real "official" spelling?
