Bleach DS 3rd Phantom

I didnt see a thread for it. Im actually pretty disappointed that the 3rd DS bleach game isnt another fighting one. In my opinion they were much better than HtS. If they were to make one now they could include a huge character roster aswell.. Opinions/ news?

didn't even know a third one was announced. i'm just hoping/waiting that Treasure(?) brings the second game to the states. what will the gameplay be like on the third one?

The 3rd one is an RPG styled game. Btw why dont you just get the Jap game? Alot of it is in English.

my parents go ape-shit if i use my credit card to make online purchases even though i'm working and buying stuff with my own money.....i don't want to have to deal with the nagging assuming i did buy it online.

i was hoping fry's electronics would eventually have it so that i can pay in cash, but all they carry is the first one.....both japanese version and stateside version.

times like this i wish i had a flashcart.....which has to be bought online as well.................:(

I'm a huge fan of both of the DS games. Got 'em both.

RPG one sounds like it would either be terrible, or blow everything else out of the water.

idk....kind of having a hard time imagining bleach to be an RPG-style game.
have played quite a bit of the first one.....and still waiting on the second one to come to the states (hopefully) it's gonna be tough having to play a third bleach game with rpg style.

I don't think a Bleach RPG will work, at least from a canonical and uber-fanboy standpoint. Character power levels are so vastly apart in the manga and anime, that it wouldn't make sense to level up Chad to amazing skills and have him beat Ulquiorra.

Anyway, for some reason, I could see a Bleach RPG in the style of Marvel:Ultimate Alliance or X-men Legends. Have a party of four that hack n' slash through levels with different abilities and RPG elements. Now THAT would be fun.

Also I was watching the trailer and it looks like those 2 mysterious characters that appear in that promotional poster are characters that are unique to the game. Obviously we've never seen them in either the fillers (that ive seen) or the actual Bleach (im certain).

Well i just got the first 2 games for the ds. i got the first in english and the 2nd as of course japanese.
so dose this game have any fighting styles like 1 and 2?
cause i wanna know if ima get it.

No from what ive seen it doesnt seem to..

I was really looking forward to fighting as Arrancar and Espada.. though I suppose the longer they keep from bringing a new fighting one out the more characters they will be able to input :)
