Fect, shouldn't the GMs be voting on who becomes General/Awakened on how good they post, AND if it is constant? because people may post reallly good, but they may only post that good once every now and then =o

But what if someone who isn't really active, or isn't consistence with his ''good'' posts applies, and he chooses his best post, while another person, who is more consistence and, also chooses his best post, but compared the first person's post is better than the second's, and the GMs chooses the first person based only in that one post, wouldn't that be a bit unfair?

Our decisions won't be solely dependant on those sample posts of course. If say I vote for the first person in your example, then I am fairly sure the others would draw my attention to his lack of activity and/or major quality distortion in his posts, as a result my vote will end up changing, favoring he/she whose RPing is better over all :).
