Questoon for the GMs: When one transfers Health to other stats via stat-enhancers, is the transfer directly numerical or is the EXP transfered?

My stats had wrong calculations :). I miscalculated a few times (somehow got Innocence 38 - WTF? that amounted to over 180 EXP >_>) and then managed to get the right ones, just about now.

Wait until the end of this arc to add it =p. It depends on your tactics really anywho. The more tactics you have, the more are your chances of adding techniques to your character :).

My tactics sucky because when I was setting it up we wernt told that high tactics compensated for low speed...Thus I have low speed and tactics..Thats why I want more exp to build the tactics up.

Speed was nerfed to include 3 subcategories, attack, reaction and movement speed.

Attack is mainly for long range attacks. The more attack speed you have the more likely are your hits going to hit your opponent, its opposite is Reaction Speed.

Movement is for melee range. The more movement speed you have the more likely you are to dodge your opponent's attack/attack him. In case your movement speeds are equal, the judging factor becomes your and his attack and reaction speeds.

Reaction speed is basically the speed at which your character reacts to attacks, primarily long range attacks. In case it's a close range fight and both you and your opponent have equal movement speed values, reaction speed determines whether or not you'll be hit. If your reaction speed > than your opponent's attack speed, you dodge. Else you don't. Keep in mind that if your movement speed is lower than your opponent's movement speed in a melee range fight then you get hit anywho.

Yes Ai it's split 3 ways. Melee attackers focus more on movement and attacking speed with the former being their primary concern. Reaction speed is there to avoid long range attacks and attacks from close range attackers who have equal or more movement speed than your character.

That makes it easy to decide then, After all I really don't mind if the person scores a hit on me or impales me...They'd only be digging their own grave.

1.)I already knew the attack since i had just seen it
2.)IT was not a surprise attack since you where already fighting me so there was nothing to react too

No, because your reaction speed is 1. : ) Being able to move fast is great and all, but it means nothing if you don't react in time. : )

Movement speed has nothing to do with the attack speed of a projectile, nuff said xP.

A repetitive pattern of attacks makes it easier to dodge/expect what is coming, but your reaction speed is 1/15 of my attack speed making it even harder to realize the impact of the attack. Now if perhaps your reaction speed was a 10 or so, things would have been different and negating 10 out of the 15 damage I dealt would've perfectly made sense :).

Consider the following scenario:

You are a mobster with a gun, I am a martial artist with supreme agility but REALLY slow in processing the information I see/receive. You pull the trigger, by the time I analyze the fact that you shot the bullet and that it was heading my way, I'd be dead.

That aside, I told you not to take the meanings of reaction speed and movement speed literally =p. Anywho the criteria are clear and don't really require any sort of explanation =p.

That already would depend on the accuracy of the shooter and the distance between you. From zero distance, yeah, you'd be dead.

Anyway, what I'm saying is not dodge the whole damage, just avoid some of it.

And besides, tactics are the speed you process things in a fight. Or so at least I thought when they were suggested.

Tactics applies to offense ONLY and not defense. This was done to avoid God-mode situations.

Also, I said that dodging some of the damage was reasonable had the difference been reasonable. In the case of Dmitri, whose reaction speed is a mere 1, going against a 15 attack speed is hard to react to.

Anywho, the case is closed and is not really open for negotiations.

Attack Speed Vs Reaction Speed in long range.
Movement Speed Vs Movement Speed in close range, with Attack Speed Vs Reaction Speed as the tie-breaker in case movement speeds are equal.

Note that in case a ranged attacker takes on a melee character each will apply their own attack's criterion. So for the ranged attacker's attack to hit, his attack speed should be greater than his opposition's reaction speed. For the melee assaulter, his movement speed should be greater or equal than his opponent's movement speed.

Now then... Unfair you say? In what way? I never promised anyone that I would give his/her character the permission to attain a gem even if their character has below a 100 XP.

Anywho, list of accepted applicants to gems will be updated in the 8 innocence fragments thread. I'll have a boss designed for each accepted character to fight before the gem can his/hers.

Also, I've updated the rule regarding people applying for the same gem. You no longer have to fight each other. The criterion is based on a first come, first serve basis. Also, minimum XP to activate the gem is now set at 85 unless you can beat the 85 XP boss I'll create for your character(s). Be aware that attaining a gem is a solo mission. If your character has more than 85 XP, then your boss an amount of XP = the amount your character has in his full power (innocence level 3/second manifestation/level 3 akuma). Rave for instance will have to fight a 123 XP boss. These bosses are not the 4 guardians, but rather, guardians of the guardians.

EDIT: Rules have been changed a bit. Please re-read them and confirm your applications :).

Jade alone and angry is fighting an akuma level 3

Jacques and Raphael both engaged with Killinger. Then it was Killinger and Raphael but Raph injured Killinger a lot and this one retreat from battle with the help of Dies.

Jacques currently is preparing spells and fighting akumas

Ruth, Nero and Leiko are on stand by pending what move to do.

Gabriel as specter he provided the Exorcist a gaseous akuma to help them.

So far this is the locations of everyone on the arc right now. The main battle is being done on the market place. Some of battles are on the perimeter and at least only 2 Exorcist are outside the perimeter of Battle and almost 4 Noahs in the same state.

Jacques's current target is Nash indeed. Aside from Mikhail who is clinging to life on a hair's length, Nash is the only other sword-wielding Noah. Though in the case of Nash, it's more like a bloody cleaver than anything =p.

Kujaku leapt away from the energy blast, holding his claymore in front of him. The blast weaved over his armour, and Kujaku tried to catch it with the edge of his blade, sidestepping and turning away the blast. His black-plating was breathing steam as he leapt at Kenshin again, scything sideways with his sword. His shadow followed his movements, the shillouette just as deadly as the sword itself.

Kujaku hp: 89-15 (74)
Damage dealt: 30
(Kujaku's movement speed more than double yours - evasion is difficult.)

So yeah... Kenshin never had the time to execute his azure dragon technique. He's KO'ed, just like Dmitri.
