Zangetsu & Byakuya "Coolness" Comparison

These two guys are nearly my favorite characters (#1 is byakuya #2 is Ichigo #3 is Zangetsu) but i wonder Byakuya and Zangetsu have bad ass attitudes who is really cooler?

Requirements for Being Badass/Cool

-Must be very powerful
-Must be dramatic
-Does not engage in "normal" conversations
-Talks like he's above you.
-Uses honorifics sometimes.
-Not very social
-Must have some badass signature stuff
EX: Byakuyas walk with eyes closed and Zangetsus 5 o'clock shadow and sunglasses
-Must never be surprised or panic
-Makes really cool entrances

dude zangetsu is way cooler with his 70's sunglasses and suede boots with shic threads lol. if i were to have a convo with those two id prolly be like .. man this guy is a badass i better not mess with him ... as for byakuya id be like man this guy is like royalty i better not mess with him lol

of course I'm only joking, but I've got to say Zanghetsu, he always acts urgent but laid back. plus he shows up only when he REALLY has to.

Just saying though,1:there should be a poll for this.2:I think the coolest characters are Ichigo and Rukia.

Yea zangetsu is much cooler.

If I talked to byakuya in person I'd be thinking "Is this a girl?" Plus, I really don't think hes cool.

Byakuya isnt really cool, hes just aristocratic. He wont engage in conversation with anyone he considers below him, like Ganju.

Zangetsu is alright, but too bad hes gone...for now.

ahh zangetsu, and i thought you were forgotten in the eyes of Club Bleach after Ogichi Shirosaki absorbed you but i was wrong indeed. strange Zangetsu isnt even in the 1-30 favorite bleach characters on the shonen jump poll. and chad was in last place! poor man. both of them.

byakuya is the first character to make closing his eyes cool. it's great that before he is about to massacre someone he looks down or closes his eyes like "do i have to do this?" his sword dissappears and that's the end of that. he looks like he hates being so strong, but has no choice but to waste people, ultimate coolness.

I say Zangetsu is "cooler" because he actually has somewhat of an outward personality. Byakuya, though powerful as HELL, is basically a stone block.

Eh... Zangetsu is Ichigo's sword, therefore, instant lose against one of my favorite character. Zangetsu makes every cool character look lame by utterly defeating them with great ease.

Byakuya wins in my book.

Btw, this is an odd match. A zanpakutou vs. a shinigami?? shouldn't it be Senbonzakura vs. Zangetsu?

This isnt a who would win in a fight Zangetsu vs Byakuya its a whos more cooler or Badass.

Byakuya > Zangetsu. But not by much.

Byakuya not only rocks pink petals of death and destruction, he shows no concern towards killing his opponent. As if it was an everyday routine. He's cold, arrogant and (as Diamondedge says) rocks the epic scarf. His Bankai is extremely offensive and defensive - and the best part is: He doesn't even have to move to kill you. Master of Shunpo - has the signature "Shumpo + Stab you in the back = You die now" combo. I could go on and on but I'll save you the trouble.

Zangetsu is bad ass because for an equal number of reasons. Sweet rugged trenchcoat, shades and the 5 o'clock going on. The freshly F@#$ed hairstyle, and he represents probably the biggest Shikai out there. He's wise, calm, and not afraid to tap a keg of whoopass when necessary.

Btw, this is an odd match. A zanpakutou vs. a shinigami?? shouldn't it be Senbonzakura vs. Zangetsu?

To be honest, I think Byakuya vs. "Old man" Zangetsu would be a sick fight.

hmm this is a close one for me.. I think i'll have to say Byakuya.

In my opinion:

Zangetsu looks cooler.

But Byakuya acts much cooler since his sayings completely rock.. like

"That is arrogance"

"You pointed your blade at my pride"

With the timing and the spread page.. it was epic.

So in a very close battle I think

Zangetsu is just Ichigo in a few year's time with less of a hot-heat and more reasoning, that's all. An older version of sorts.

Looks? Byakuya takes this. From the hair flick to the eye closing to the arrogant trash-talk, Byakuya has it.

And as for personality, Zangetsu is interested only in helping Ichigo.

Byakuya has much more depth to him.

And who in Bleach manages to make a flick of hair look like he's sending you away from his mansion with no money?

Zangetsu is cooler hands down. I'm at least certain of his gender. That and he has already owned (through Ichigo) Byakuya (who is not badass at all) in a fight. He is the source of Ichigo's plot armor too. How can anyone be more broken then him?
