Can we get a bot.

I've been having a lot of fun at the Naruto Mania forums lately because they have put a bot on that automatically answers a question. is it possible to have one on these boards?

Uh no nination. I know what a forum bot is. No explaination is neccesary. Bots are rather annoying :/

Its possible and I know a few people who have done it I could ask. But the point is, I really prefer not to have one :/

If you run a search for a bot hack at vBulletin.org something will be bound to show up.

Personally I don't think the forum needs a bot, they are annoying, and its just spam.

Personally I think bots are best in IRC.
I can't see a bot doing any good in a message board.

i abuse those. you can make them do trivia,sex trivia, spin the bottle games, along with about 50000000 other games, and what not.
and there fun to kick around like a baseball :P

Godn, lol. You can make a members script in 2 hours. I said nothing about it being good. :P
If you mean login/logout edit profile, ban certain features, maybe upload image that is about 400-600 lines of fun, but if you are talking simi complex like BlechPortal's it make take awhile.
I have seen a great script made in under 5 hours.

BTW, you should lose the negative attidude everytime someone says somthing that makes you insicure about your skills (and maybe somthing else). I will admit you are good, but there are alot of people better than you out there. I am not saying I am one of them, but there are betters.

And whatever your problem is with me, drop it. Or from what I see it's just a general problem with things that don't happen your way. -_-

Nination just stop acting like you know everything when fact is you don't. It DOES take alot of hard work to write a member script and its alot more when you have to customise everything to a layout. I know for a fact I don't talk less then 3 hours to make a kickass layout.

I didn't say I knew everything. I know what I can do. I don't really feel like quoting myself, but I said what Unholy did would take alot longer then making a simple members script. What he did was pretty complex and good. Where did the layout talk come from? <_<
