Appearance: Dressed in a black leather trench coat, a white shirt - which he often changes -, blue jeans, and brown shoes. Xavier stands 6 foot 2 above the ground with long black hair that often covers either of his gray eyes when the wind blows.

Personality: Old fashioned, soft spoken and rather arrogant. Xavier's behavior mostly resembles that of a gentleman back in the 18th century. As is often depicted in the way he speaks, Xavier believes that he owes the world this "restart" after virtues like chivarly and integrity have become obsolete, which he happens to hold paramount.
Biography: Xavier was previously known as Le Blanc when the first Ark came to existance. His life back then, he does not remember apart from his incarnation's name, but is nonetheless haunted by it whenever he's left to his demons. He remembers screams, cries, tears, blood and other acts of brutality that only appear in the form of flashbacks. Slowly, and as he grew, the length of his flashbacks increased. By the age of 23, Xavier remembered everything that his previous incarnations have faced. Unlike most of the Noah family members though, Xavier portrayed no hate to the Innocence; convinced that it was probably for the best of the human race. Given humanity's current situation however, Xavier - after being located by the Earl - realized that a radical change must take place for the beings on Earth to wake up back to their senses. Lies and deceit tore the lands; this made him think that the key to righting those wrongs, formed by humanity's insatiable greed for power over the time, was he and he alone. This sense of pride and arrogance arised recently when he began realizing the extent of his power.

First Manifestation: Magus: A development of his powers from an age past. Xavier is now capable of casting a variety of spells that could incorporate elemental effects like fire, water, lightning, wind, earth, dark and light. His spells could heal, buff, debuff or damage an opponent.
Second Manifestation: Justice: When in battle alone or with a party, Xavier and his party's (Noahs only) regenerative abilities double (if they exist) provided they are outnumbered. If the battle takes place on equal grounds then nothing happens.
