Personality: The word spacey seems to have been invented just to describe Dimitri. He never seems to pay to much attention to what goes on around him, seemingly oblivious to what goes on around him but the times when he actually is paying attention he can be very observant . His biggest strength and most likely his biggest flaw is that Dimitri trusts everyone, he has been called naive by many but he still goes on wanting to see the best in everyone.
Dimitri is a very intelligent individual having been schooled in the best of mathematics, science and language. People tend to misjude him by his looks and the way he acts but he pays little attention to what others have to say. His friends and family are the only peoples option that he cares about
Dimitri tends to be very withdrawn from people so he can come off as a little cold but anyone whole is close to him will tell you that he is very kind and friendly. He has a very deep sense of loyalty and will do what it takes to help a friend even of it will come to hurt him in the end

Biography: Dimitri grew up up in a very high class family. His father and mother where both heads of large corporations and had dealing with almost every sector of the medical industry. Although Dimitri was the hair to his parents vast estate most of the time he wished to not have all this and have a normal family. His father and mother did not love each other as they both where in this arranged marriage to further their hold over the medical sector and it was very rare for them to ever spend time with Dimitri. Although not very happy with his life, he was content as he was lucky to have what many would want so he never complained or looked sad about it.
At the age of 15 and a half is when Dimitri stared to sense changes in the people around him. More and more the service and care people around him began to grow so cold and a veil of hatred stared to descend around the manor. His parents had always been very cold people but even Dimitri stared to wonder when and how they had become so cruel. Then came his 16 birthday, the day he would take his spot as the leader of the Richardson group.
As the clock struck midnight on his birthday something within him pulsed and his hair seemed to stand on its ends from the static electricity. He though it strange as the feeling was already gone and was about to go back to sleep when two of the late night servants came into his room. He was going to tell them to leave when to his horror they turned into level 1 Akuma before his very eyes. As they rushed forward to end his life he just closed his eyes and just thought it was all a bad dream and willed himself to wake up. His eyes flew open as an explosion blew through his room and in the place of the two monsters was a man in a black suit with gold trimmings. The man told him that they must flee as they now knew of his powers and he was no longer safe. He was about to protest but the man had little patience and just walked up to him and with just one blow Dimitri's world went dark.
Hours later he woke up on a plane with the same man sitting next to him. He was told that they would be their soon and he would have his questions answered, the little he could tell him was that the earl had taken control of his family as they where very powerful and with their ties to the medical industry gave him easy access to victims. And that is how he found him self in front of the Black Order HQ looking very unpleased and very much wanting to trow a fit at whatever he had gotten himself into. That was the worst birthday he had had in a long time.
Innocence: Dimitri Innocence flows throughout his body in the electrical currents that the body used to communicate with itself. When Dimitri concentrates he is able to crate a static field about a foot around his body and and is able to pull power from anything that runs on electricity near by. Being around a major source of electricity can help in the fact that Dimitri can use less of his own body's and allow him to use more powerful attacks. .Being able to feel the flow of electrical impulses in the body Dimitri can send out a pulse that gives him a mental picture of all the living beings in the area.

Description
When not in use they would be concealed under his Exorcist uniform, warped around his arms and body.
In a fight he would use his control magnetism to manipulat them and attack the person. He could use them to bind the person or channel his powers though them and use attacks
1. Dimitri Fights with ten chains that are connected to each finger and is able to flow his electrical powers through them should he need it

2. If the target is father away Dimitri focuses and fires a lighting dragon at the target. If any enemy is close by the target then they could also be caught up in the blast.

3. As a defense he is able to make a static bust around his body that can stun an enemy for an instant or deflect an attack or two.
4.Dimitri creates electrical doubles of himself that are able to engage the enemy as if they where a real person
5. Using his superior speed Dimitri marks the opponent with electrical tags, After a set number have been set a reaction goes off that causes a small explosion to happen at each point that was marked
6. Black thunder tails - Dimitri funnels his power into his back and 6 black electrical tails form on his lower back. Dimitri can control each independent and can use them like extra limbs in close combat
7.Electrical compression- Dimitri forms his power into a big ball in fount of him and by compressing it all at once into practically the size of an atom makes the energy explode into a huge beam that levels anything in fount of it
1.Countless black thunder dragons- Depending on how close he is to a electrical source and how much energy he has avilible to him at the time he able to make an army of black dragons ranging from 100-1000

2.Black thunder titian - Gathering the black thunder energy from around, he makes a huge three story thunder titian that he controls with his will. The titian is just an extension of his will and he controls it like a big robot. Having to control such a large entry though really pushes the limits of his concentration
2a. Should the need be his thunder titian can break apart and form a countless number of thunder clones in it's place
3.Magnet prison- A multitude of a created and hone in on the target and circle it. As they start to spin around the target faster and faster a strong electromagnetic field is created making the target more and more attracted to the field of the earth. As such there body starts to fill heaver and heaver as they fell more and more of them being pulled into the earth's field
4. Heart stopper - Dimitri infuses his chains with a special brand of his electrical Innocence that when it makes contact with the enemy a special pulse is sent to there heart and cause it to beat iradically. The more they are hit the more stress the heart goes though and cause internal damage that weakens the host
1.Full fox form- This Is the completed Form of the fox version, Now not only does he have 12 tails the black thunder energy wraps around his body and takes the shape of a fox. This form focus on speed and hand to hand combat. All attack power is transfered to speed and any hand to hand combat Strike gains a 10% bones. Tactic is decreased by half though as Dimitri can not think as straight in this mode
2.Heven's spear - Releasing all control on his Power the electrical energy flows freely out of Dimitri. The thunder energy forms into multiple lines that start to track the enemy wherever it goes, passing though anything that gets in its way should even one get in contact with the enemy it forms a paralyzing cage around the enemy and allows all the other to come down on it as well casing great damage to the host nervous system
3.Holy cross - Several bolts of Dimitri's thunder energy pierce the target and nail it in place. AN enormous cross then descends on the target and fries its body severing many neural connections and greatly reduces the targets battlefield efficiency
4.Puppet master- this attacks sacrifices the chains that are on Dimitri's fingers. They attacks the enemy and and when they come in contact they shatter. The pieces of them then them self in the flesh of the victim and give his electric powers control over some muscles. It can range from the fingers all the way to a whole arm by how many shards of the chain hit the enemy
5. Brain confusion technique - Dimitri sends a specialty controlled electric innocence pulses to the brain that that confuses it into believing that its own new cells are in fact invaders. For 4 turns any regeneration will turn into damage
1.) Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil - Dimitri fires a special form of his electrical innocence that allows him to control the electrical sensations that go to the brain. In a sense Dimitri now has control over the five senses of touch taste, hearing, sight and sound. You could be fighting nothing but air but you would think it was real while the actual one would be invisible to your eyes and ears. For two turns Tactics become your attack because the higher they are the easer it is to fight off the control and get the real one.
2.) Nerve scramble - Dimitri innocence attacks the pathways the the body uses to control the limbs and switches the signals. If the person tries to move there right hand there left foot might move, maybe they try to move a leg and they end up bending there arm. Speed is cut in half for 2 turns as the person has to readjust how they move there body
Atom snap - Dimitri sends a blot of some of his highest voltage electricity coursing through a targets body causing the electrical bonds that hold the atoms of the body together. With there body being less and less in a solid form as the atoms separate they are able to draw on less and less power. Each turn that goes on the persons innocence/attack power will weaken by a factor of
