Note: This thread will remain closed while a mission (an ARC) is being RPed. Otherwise use this thread to RP your training and new achievements.
Deep below the Headquarters of the Black Order, a massive training ground has been constructed to suit every Exorcist. This training ground carries anything from fighting simulations to intelligence training.

((And into training!))
Rave stood in the centre of the straw columns. Three of them fell from the swift swings of his sword, but he didn't stop moving, rotating like a leaf caught in a whirlwind, slashing left, right, slashing high and slashing low.
He collapsed after a while, breathing hard.
It was no good. The memory of Xavier's wind blasts hurt his ribs.
His current power was just not enough! More endurance and a stronger frame could take him only that far.
If only... if only his Innocence would have more attack power...
Wait... more power? No... I think I have a better idea! More power is ok, but best if they can't dodge my attack! Ah... yes, I have an idea!
((Yo Undying, seems interesting.))
"She's still asleep on your bed, you know," Jacques said, arms crossed.
Rave looked over towards him, grunting, then turning back around and resuming what he was doing.
Jacques looked interested in what was going on. He watched, but his vision was strange. He say images out of both eyes, but one was slightly different than the other. Something moved, flowing, while nothing was seen from the other. He rubbed his eyes and nothing more happened.
"I'll be right here, should you need help or a target," Jacques said in a childish manner.

((Ah, someone to train alongside with, that'd be awesome))
Rave continued watching the flickering of his Innocence's petals, then resealed them into a sword.
"Jacques, right?"
Jacques nodded.
"I noticed your Innocence had something to do with using the ground, is that correct? Because I'll need someone to train along with if I want to finish this new level of Innocence before we are sent on another mission."
"I only have 1 ability that targets the ground. The rest target an individual."
"That'll be fine, just use it."
Jacques drew on the ground, and the green transparent wall appeared around him.
"The Wall isn't encompassing if I don't draw on the ground. I could also make one with a single side, if that's any better."
He still saw something strange, but it wasn't as prominent.
Undying
12-20-2007, 08:32 PM
Rave looked at the wall closely.
"I'll attack you, now. Prepare yourself."
The remaining petals crashed against the green wall, but then fell and vanished.
Rave sighed.
"I am trying to increase my Innocence's power and range. You see, my Innocence's ability is to break this sword I am holding in my hand into a thousand razor-sharp petals. While their overall attack power is relatively low, they are virtually impossible to dodge. But that Noah's power was beyond what I could defeat, so I am working on expanding my Innocence's power."
He placed the blade before him and whispered, "First Requiem, Goodbye." The blade shattered into a thousand pieces, and some more appeared from the hilt. But it wasn't enough. So how was he supposed to grow more powerful?
The petals rammed against the wall.
"Care for a spar, Jacques?"
"I'll be up for one... sure."
The seal grew in its size as he gave a different stance.
"You won't be able to touch me with those 'petals' until you knock me out of here..."
Something distorted the light inside his somewhat open left hand, and his right let out a small crackling noise.
Undying
12-20-2007, 09:37 PM
Rave focused, trying to give the petals more power. But it didn't work. Something was missing.
He decided to try the same tactics as with the Noah, and focused the petals into a single blade that stabbed the barrier.
The effect was greater, but still to no avail.
"It's not use, one sword is too little... One thousand petals are not enough... But how can I go out there with just this if I can't even scrape his barrier?"
He slammed the handle into the ground, only then realizing he dropped to his knees. Defeated...
Never. He could never admit defeat... never... the Innocence had failed him. Or had it? Was it he who failed the Innocence, in a way? Failed because he stopped caring?
He recalled the feeling that washed through him when he was defeated by the Noah. Shame... anger...
The sword hilt began to glow. The Innocence was trying to tell him something. But what?
Then it struck him like a bolt of lightning. Whenever he used his Innocence he had to keep a completely calm mind, otherwise the petals distorted and fled from his control. He was letting his anger at the Noah distort his mind.
He rose back to his feet, face expressionless. It didn't matter what he thought of the Noah. Certainly, the anger was still there, but it did not affect his state of mind any longer.
The Innocence's warm glow strengthened. He needed more power from it! But how? His first Requiem utilized the entire blade, there was no more material to create more offensive power.
Unless...
He called back his Innocence, all of the petals forming back into one single, solid sword.
He placed his sword near the side of his head, holding it with the point towards Jacques.
"Attack me. I want to test something. And I need to be under the stress of combat to test it for real."
His voice came out calm and collected, a professional at work.
The flow from earlier is completely different...
The wall fell, and another appeared over his left hand. It is much stronger than the larger one, but since it rests over his hand, he wouldn't be able to block an omni-directional attack.
His right hand clenched tight, he pulled it back. "En Passant."
The next moment, he appeared behind Rave, with a small nick in his hand. I'm rather sure I hit him.
Undying
12-20-2007, 10:38 PM
Rave clenched his teeth against the pain. He was hit, but it didn't affect him. He began turning smoothly just as soon as the attack contacted, so he wasn't thrown back, although it was obvious this blow was intended to push the opponent back. His sword froze right before it hit Jacques' back.
But he stopped. He wasn't trying to win now, but to learn what his Innocence could do for real. The basic ability that was revealed to him those years before could be used to defeat basic enemies.
But now it was personal.
Or was it? What drove him to battle Xavier?
Shame? No, surely not. Shame was for lowly fools who dabbled in honor.
But what was honor, anyway? Was it letting your opponent battle you on even terms?
That was foolishness.
But maybe... just maybe...
Maybe he could pick it up for the opponent, and then stick it up his behind and slap him for good measure.
Honor. Honor is just a word. The feeling is what counts. I always raised my sword to defend, haven't I? I never really battled anyone to win.
The Noah's words floated in his mind. He had a point.
But it was all so wrong! Killing thousands for the sake of ideals?
He jumped backwards and placed his sword diagonally across, in front of himself.
"Again, Jacques. I think I'm starting to figure this out."

Dimitri still had yet to ask Dante why he got the ohh so evil death glare whenever he was around luke, He would have to ask him one of this days. As they made there way into the grounds the sound of a sword clashing told the little group that they where not the only one there. Dimitri not paying attention as always bumped in to hiro as the rest had stopped and he was still in his own thoughts.
"Sorry" he said as he focused on the area that they where now in. He had spent a lot of time here perfecting his innocence see as he had no general to train him and knew these grounds all to well
"So it looks it looks like the east wind is occupied so i guess we should be making our way to the west field" hiro said
"So what is the agenda going to be today" I said look at dante as i am sure that he already had something planed out
"We will be having a two on two match, I will be with luke and you with hiro"
"ya, it will give you two a good chance to work on your teamwork as you are newer to the order Dimitri" luke chimed in
That was true, he had not had many chances to work with hiro seeing as he was youngest member of the group.
"good idea, it will give us a chance to get some familiarity with each others attack style as we are both elemental type attacker" hiro said with his nod of approval
"ya sounds good to me" Dimitri said, the cogs in his head already turing on how he might be able to take the duo down
"Let's try something different..."
Trying to make the attack as weak as possible, he fired a battlement. As it approached, he did an En Passant, appearing to the side of Rave instead.

((Last post before I go to sleep, will continue tomorrow))
Rave blocked the attack with the hilt of his sword, again confused by the sensations he was feeling from his Innocence.
"What are you trying to tell me?" he muttered, moving slowly around to face Jacques.
He gripped his sword tighter. Xavier was right, wasn't he? His ideals were correct. Not killing, not involving innocent bystanders...
He looked at this sword. He always tried to limit his fighting so that it would not hurt anyone beside those he intended to.
So why the nagging doubt? He was doing what he stood for, while the Noah tried to kill hundreds and thousands for his ideal of no killing.
Where was the logic in this? Where was the correct answer?
Why did I pick up the sword?
He remembered that he just took it, running away from the Akuma. Or had he?
Wait... he remembered that he was offended that his friends were down.
Offended.
Why...?
The answer was there.
"Pride."
That was it, wasn't it? His Innocence reacted to his pride. He was proud of his friends, proud that they were always looking up to him, and offended that some upstart Akuma dared to kill them.
"Pride."
He looked at the sword, turned its tip to the ground. The words came to his mouth of themselves.
"Second Requiem, The Emperor's Garden."
The blade sunk into the ground entirely. All around them, a thousand ghostly white blades of gigantic proportions rose from the ground, and in a blink scattered into countless petals.
But he could not control them yet!
"Jacques," he said, calmly, although the strain was evident in his voice, "defend yourself with everything you've got, I don't know how far my control extends to this new form."
Just as the words left his mouth, the petals began falling down. Razor sharp, if they fell on Jacques (or Rave) in mass, they would feel like meat tossed into a meat grinder.
((Well, the training ends here...))
Jacques pulled out a small metal cross from his jacket, and kicked it into the ground next to himself and Rave as the petals flew downward. He knelt and a transparent green dome appeared around him.
"I'm glad I made this..." Jacques' voice was unrecognizable after this due to the crashing noise of the petals.
The room was solid, and a scientist from the Order walked down. He saw the sea of jagged white, and a small petal cut his arm. He ran upstairs yelling for help.
The petals slowly vanished, and Jacques was there on one knee. The sword rose from the ground into Rave's hand. The ground outside the dome was aerated as though a shotgun had been fired on it from the sky.
"I think I'm done for now. That was fun, but I'm a bit hungry and..." ...scared.
Rave just looked on at the ground.
Jacques slowly made his escape. "Next time, let's try to help you gain some control."
Rave just looked on in wonder, with a sense of pride at the accomplishment.
I'll go check on the other two, and make sure they're fine, then I'll go grab another snack.

"Ok so we gonna start training now?" Hiro asked impatiently.
"Yeah come on Dante!" Dimitri said cheerfully.
"Yeah let's begin our training! We can't lose to the Noah clan again!" Luke joined in.
Hiro invocated his innocence.
"Innocence invocate!"
The air in the training grounds got colder, the chilly feeling makes the hair on your body stand up and sends chills down your spine.
"Hehe this will be fun." Sneered Hiro

Miyu walked out onto the training grounds, her boomerang in hand as she sought out a useful part of the area for target practice. Deciding on what looked like an archery range arranged at more diverse heights and angles, Miyu took the right hand hold of her weapon in hand and took her throwing stance.
She whipped her boomerang from her hand and it became a spinning red blur in the air. It slashed a target of to her right and low down straight through the bull's eye and flew back towards her. Quickly reacting Miyu's hand snatched the boomerang by its hand hold while spinning and stopped its flight.
Silently appraising the attack she had dealt on the target Miyu began to form ideas about her strengths and weaknesses. It looks like my aim and precision is fine, and ll I need is more power or force behind it... I should try an invocated attack too to compare...
"Confession's Lash, innvocate."
The small boomerang expanded in her hand, becoming a wide spread arm's width across, but remaining light due to the wooden build. Picking out another target this one more centered and higher up, Miyu launched the boomerang from her hand like a frisbee.
The boomerang accelerated as it got closer to its target and slashed through the bull's eye and made its loop back to Miyu.
The differences in the target attacked this time were clear, by the deeper cut mark and charred burn marks as well. But Miyu was sure she could get her Innocence to do more.

"Innocence Activate, Tragedy!"
Alright now go!
"Luke you ready?"
"As ready as I'll I can be, Innocence Activate. VOID!"
Dante ran at Hiro while the grounds where still pitch black. A mere sixty seconds and Dante had punched Hiro in the gut and grabbed onto his glove, getting ready to slip it off. Luke ran at Dimitri and kicked him out from underneath his legs.
"Dante can we switch I don't want to hurt him."
"Whatever."
"Void."
Dante and Luke switched partners. However Dante slipped most of Hiro's glove off before he traded.
"Now I don't know you. So this should be fun. I won't hold back.
"Now it's time to deal out some serious pay back."
Both Dante and Luke cracked there knuckles and threw their opponent. The darkness of void had dissipated and the real fight was about to begin.
Given the general silence, Jacques decided to walk around. No one was in the Dining Commons, so he ran downstairs, trying to find someone he knew who wasn't already busy.
Miyu was working hard, throwing her weapon with all her might. Should I interrupt this or no?
She sat down, exasperated. Looking around, Jacques sat on the stairs.
"We've got a mission if you want to come," he said with a smile.

"Hey! I won't hold back on you!" Luke shouted
"Good! Neither will I! Name's Hiro glad to make your acquaintance."
Hiro held his palm in front of him and shot 10 icicles at Luke which flew towards him at a high speed.

Coming out of no where, a shadowly figure went in the path of Hiro's attack and deflected it with ease.
"Wha-what was that!?" Hiro looked in shock to see who had arrived at the training grounds.
"Why, who else could it be? Hmmm?" Appearing from the cloud of dirt, Lavi had made an appearance on the field. "Oi! How's it going!" Waving his hand at Hiro. "Care to train for a bit with me?" Hiro nodded in surprise.
"Ofcourse! But don't expect me to go easy on you.. heh"
Summoning his Hammer, Lavi called out for his Innocence and swung at Hiro.

Hiro went back to Lavi and said.
"Ok I'm ready now."

Swinging his hammer vertically as hard as he could, Hiro was barely able to dodge the hammer. Dust flew up into Hiro's face from the massive impact, "Here weee gooo!" Lavi then swung his hammer horizontally at Hiro, you could hear the hammer go through the air with great speed. Hiro unable to dodge this combo attack needed to defend himself against this head on.

"Poland, in search of General Cross."
Taking her weapon and letting to shrink to normal size she strapped to the side of her leg.
"Well, I'm definitely in, when do we leave?"

Hiro drew out as much power as he could and used his innocence to create a thick ice wall/shield above his stopping the gigantic hammer's attack.
"Hehe......That was lucky." Hiro looked at the glove on his right hand "I guess you could call this my Level 2 innocence huh?"
Hiro's glove had turned into a dark black colour.
"Hey hey! Hiro! You finally got your innocence to achieve level 2 huh?" Lavi shouted.

Jean took a deep breath.
Three. No four.
As soon as he heard the hum of robotic devices approach in increasing speeds Jean leaped into the air and shot four quick bursts of lightning from his hand.
It didn't take long for the floating devices to crash into the floor. As soon as his feet touched the ground, Jean leaped for a second time spinning, reaching for something in mid-air.
He took out a newly-acquired crossbow, the same weapon he received from a friend in Germany, and aimed it towards a pile of metal boxes to his left.
Okay let's try this now..
He created another surge of current from his right hand and transferred it onto the bolt on the weapon, and at the next second fired it towards the target.
The pile burst into flames as soon as the bolt landed. The last of the robots, hidden behind the pile melted from the heat.
"Gee, you don't have to destroy them everytime," said a voice, as someone began to approach him. "You know fixing these things are easier than making new ones, and I can't fix melted ones."
"Hehe, sorry Reever," Jean apologised, as he scratched the back of his head out of embarassment. "I was just testing out new strategies."
"Ranged attacks using crossbow bolts dipped into explosive liquid and fired with an electric-charged current."
"Ever the science type huh?"
"Nice strategy, but you kinda need to work on your accuracy and precision first."
"That's why I'm here," Jean smiled.
"It was the explosion that hit the robot, not your accuracy. And I'm sure you're developing this technique for sniper-type missions, and explosive devices aren't very 'assassin-type'."
"They draw a lot of attention, I know. But I don't necessarily intend to use these explosive liquids all the time, otherwise I'd run out so fast."
"And you'll beg me for some more," Reever rolled his eyes.
"Of course," Jean smirked.
"Anyway- I'm gonna go back to hunting that damn Komui now. When you can aim better you can help me use paralysis darts to take him down."
For some strange reason, an image of Komui and him as South American Indians hunting through a paper-forest foliage came to mind.
"Well don't mock my aim so much or I'll give up."
"Sounds like a threat."
Well, guess I should go test this on a real mission now..

My innocence has been acting strangely ever since I talked to that Noah. What was it in him that triggered my innocence like this?
I have no idea...
But I do know that a parasitic innocence such as mine depends greatly on both my mental and physical status. I have no choice but to put it into test and once again regain the confidence I once had in it. Being a bookman means that I need to protect myself, even on the frontlines.
Zoning back into the real world where Rave Pendragon stood in front of me with a sword in his hand, I nodded and assumed my stance.
Lavi, the other bookman in the organization, took charge of being the referee of this practice battle.
"Expect anything with your innocence Raph. Those rapid pulses and increased heart beat rates are possibly the start of an infection that must be dealt with once and for all."
Yeah, yeah...
I unlocked my arms from each other yelling out my innocence's name.
"God's Bane!"
The silver mittens formed around my hands like plasma solidifying to the cool winds. Thinking that I was ready for what was about to come, I rushed in at Rave packing a powerful punch. The physical attack itself was easily dodged by Rave, but what he did not anticipate was the ethereal burst originating from my crumpled up fist heading towards his abdomen.
Innocence power converted to attack for this battle.

Rave have heard much of this interesting Exorcist, a Bookman called Raphael. He had heard his adversary was a powerful warrior who relied on incredible power. Whatever it is that has been going with his Innocence - Lavi hinted at something - did not mean that Rave could take this any less seriously. And since he doubted he could match power with power...
Raphael charged forward, ready to attack.
"What, no trash talk?" asked Rave, jumping straight up to avoid the initial punch and rolling to the right in midair to land away from Raph's next blow, which would come from the left hand. "I expected you to at least have a big mouth, if you've got so much power," he continued, still not taking an offensive stance.
He wanted to see if he could outspeed his opponent rather than overpower him.
His battle with the Akuma in Greece had taught him much. He could not always overwhelm him opponent.
He had to think creatively.
"So, what's up with your Innocence? I hear it's got some weird stuff going in it?"

Trash talk? What is this guy? 6?!
I had to hand it to him though. His speed was far too much for me to even expect. Slender I might be, but I have never been the agile one. My joints and ligaments were not built that way.
"My innocence has been faltering lately. I tried punching a wall down once and felt the reaction back all the way to my shoulder. Normally, the innocence negates that backlash."
Seeing how he grasped my point, I decided it was time for me to devise a strategy to get him off guard. I rushed in towards him until I thought the distance was suitable, and threw another ether blast at him. Seeing how he dodged it the first time, I relied on the fact that he HAS to touch the ground to move, which is where my next wave headed. A massive punch thrown to the ground caused a spike to rise scraping my opponent in mid air.

Rave was caught by surprise, and tossed side ways, which caused him to rotate in mid-air again, land and slide back a few feet, hitting a training pole.
He chuckled. "I gotta hand it to you. You're pretty good... tough one, I suppose."
Rave grabbed one of the pole extensions and pushed himself upwards quickly, climbing the pole to it's top, around 1.5m above ground.
"So anyway, Raph, you're a Bookman, right? Like Lavi. So why is it that Lavi's this goofy idiot while you're Mr. Serious?"
However this time, Rave, feeling the sting from his opponent's attack, silently activated his Innocence, willing it to slowly break apart. The sword was still whole, but tiny, invisible cracks ran all about it, ready to break it into a thousand pieces - literally - on a second's notice.
Whatever was Raphael's next attack, Rave intended to stab a sword through his calf.
After dodging.

Ah yes... The invisible sword. Rave's the first to be blessed with such a powerful innocence.
"I... Do not know. Lavi's actions are illogical on all scales of rationality when it comes to being a bookman. While he and I share the same mission, each of us has chosen a path to follow. Knowing the cruel destiny of a bookman, I have decided to be the way you see me now."
Damn it. No matter how much I strain my eyes, I cannot tell if he has activated his innocence or not. Perhaps what I need to do is jump in on him and attack finishing this battle once and fo-
The innocence pulsated. My actions were halted, I could feel my appendages going numb slowly as my iris dialated. Associated with that however, was a sudden surge of power from within. It left me confused, and barely able to stand. For the first time in my life as a bookman, I was faced by a phenomenon that I cannot explain. An eerie aura filled the room as I fell down to my knees, drooling from the lack of self-restraint. Lavi rushed in towards me yelling out:
"HIS INNOCENCE!"
Whether it was going to explode, or react to something, no one knew. I could hear Lavi's voice asking to disengage my innocence but I could not do anything about it. A voice in the back of my head occured to me though:
"Stand young one. I'll be your partner for this fight!"
The power that I felt drained on to my feet, raising me up again in front of my opponent. My mittens glowed gold and seemed to grow little blade like extensions to the side that seemed to elongate with every pulse. The voice at the back of my head then called out for the name of the move it performed using my body.
"Gefallene Sense!"
Swinging each of my arms, I hurled two ether blades that flew directly at my opponent. The scythes, after missing the first time took a detour and returned back towards my target, swinging in and out of the same zone.

"Oh?" Rave noted the sudden change in Raphael's actions and power. "I don't get it. Do you honestly believe that with your level, you could hurt me?"
The problem wasn't dodging, though. Rave wanted to attack as soon as he dodged, but when the attack followed him, he stopped and continued to move around Raphael, dodging his Innocence.
"Well, well, well. I didn't want to use it, but I will have to, just for my safety. You do realize we're training, right?"
Rave surprised even himself with his talk. It looked like ever since he fought with that Akuma, started a strange relationship with Lenalee - or at least he did something that unsettled them both - it seemed like he tended to talk more.
Trash talk more.
Before, he was like this Raphael. Quiet, uncaring. He changed. He still didn't care, but he felt that he needed to bring back his friends with him. It made him feel good.
He then dropped his sword to the ground, whispering, "Second Requiem, The Emperor's Garden."
A thousand swords rose all around them and split into countless petals, forming a defensive barrier before Rave.
But he couldn't help himself and sent a single blade at Raphael's leg, attacking the calf.
[Damage dealt - 5]
He continued to run though, keeping himself constantly moving, just to make sure that Raph didn't have a clear shot at him.
"Oh and Raph, what's up with your Innocence now? You seem like you've been holding out on us with your powers."

((I'm fainting after this attack, so I'll be counting on you and Lavi to carry me to infirmary =P))
Yes, I know we're training, but... I can't help it. This surge of power is unstable, new, and most importantly it feels great to control it. I have never been this eager towards destruction. Quite the opposite really, I seek the back lines where the action is minimal and support is prominent. This however... Yes... This changes my strategical position on the battlefield.
I raised my hands up high, while barely able to stand, took a deep breath in and closed my eyes. There I saw my innocence glow in an alluring golden yellow light. The calmness it brought down on me while watching it made me feel secure, the voice in the back of my head was in fact my innocence asking me to react to its power. Without hesitation, I stroked the air vertically until my hands reached the ground, without any apparent effect I muttered the name of ultimate move.
"Hölle Einäschern..."
The room them suddenly shook as multiple ether blasts exploded in the vicinity dealing damage to both animate and inanimate objects alike. A deep crack in the ground revealed the sewage pipes that broke releasing an awful odor in the room. Luckily though, no liquid drained out of the pipes, thereby keeping the area clean to a certain extent.
Huffing like a chain smoker with bronchitis, I looked down on the ground after catching a glimpse of the damage I incurred to the surrounding. I could not muster the energy however to look at Rave. My eyelids were forcefully shutting down on their own before my mind completely blacked out. I do remember saying one sentence before passing out though.
"Call your plumbers..."

Gah, damned moron. At least I had the decency to stay conscious after my Innocence busted the place...
Nevertheless, Rave used his Innocence to protect himself (and Lavi, who jumped into the defensive barrier in the last moment) from falling debris and any other attacks.
Once the attack was over, Raph collapsed, mumbling something about plumbers.
Rave just shook his head and carried him to the infirmary, aided by Lavi. Whatever it was, it was annoyingly powerful.

Since no one was around he figured he would start with some basic exercise to get him all warmed up. But with his speed they looked anything from basic as he just seemed to blink from one place to the another with his tremendous speed.
Just as he was about down with warm up he felt that sliver of power once again, maybe with todays training session he would be able to find out just what that was
"you are quit the speedy little guy arn't you, mind if i join you"
Dimitri was just about too give the newcomer a piece of his mind for the little part but he had was still in his high speed motion and with his attention else where his foot got caught up in something and did a face fault right into the ground
"OW" he pouted rubbing his sore nose and turning to face the new comer

"You have electricity like me huh?" Jean smiled as he helped Dimitri up. "Wanna see whose is better?"
Jean put his right hand over his necklace and in a brilliant blue light and with the crackling sounds of lightning a blue gauntlet formed over his right arm.
"Start with Level 1 first?"

Jean didn't waste time starting. He pushed his body forward as he took out his dagger. With quick strikes he started slashing towards Dimitri.
Jean was amused that Dimitri was keeping up and just dodging each strike. Another left slash and Jean began to smile.
"Bet you don't see this coming!"
With his next strike Jean finally did some damage to Dimitri as his dagger's reach was extended with lightning. Jean grinned and leaped towards him again, attempting to corner him to the wall.

Well it seemed like Jean was a pretty good thinker. he knew he was totally outmatched when it came to speed so you cut off his area you cut off his advantage. That was almost right but he was just as good at close quarters as well
Just as he was about to cornered he closed the gap between the two and opened with a fury of razor strikes they where not very powerful but they where not meant to be as he named them of in his head, arm, shoulder, leg , hand and with the final tag to the chest the pattern was complete and each of the thunder tags he had placed went off with a small mini explosion at each of those points.
"If it hand to hand you want then it is hand to hand you get" I grinned at jean

"Oh?" Jean taunted, as he stood up. "That's more reserved for another level if you like hand-to-hand, so I guess this will do.."
With a quick motion, Jean launched a quick burst of lightning towards Dimitri, who easily dodged the attack, causing the wall to explode into pieces, revealing a surprised Komui who was hiding from work.
Dimitri then charged towards Jean in an impressive speed, Jean, knowing if he stayed in one place would be a sitting duck, started running the other way. As soon as he reached another wall he then stepped up and launched himself in a backwards somersault. He then put his arm in front of him.
"Shadow Lightning!"
A flash of light filled the whole room, temporarily blinding Dimitri. As soon as he could see, he found two more Jeans have materialised and all three were charging at him with lightning daggers.

"Ohh that is some pretty fancy stuff there Jean" I laughed as the now three jean's charged at me with daggers in hand
Even with three to deal with Dimitri could easily keep up but he was running out of room as he back got closer and closer to the wall. Flipping back to give him some distance he called on his power once again as his six black thunder tails burst forth from his back and lashed around wickedly.
As the three Jean's closed in for the finish Dimitri lashed out to rid himself of the annoying clones but he realized to late that something was not right
With a slash to the middle one's chest brought it to a halt but as his thunder tails slashed at the two on the sides they exploded as soon as his tails touched them and he was sent flying back and crashed into a near by wall. Lucky he was able to get his static burst in time to divert some of the blast or the damage could of been much worse a lot worse

"Hey you're stronger, I need to rely on tactics," Jean chuckled.
"Shadow Lightning!"
Jean created another set of clones and began to pursue Dimitri. He was fast, but with Jean's new idea, he might just get caught off guard. One of the clones jumped from behind Dimitri and grabbed him down to the ground, while the other ran head on.
The original Jean stopped a few metres before and charged current in his right hand, and let out another blast of lightning.
"Chain Lightning!"
The bolt hit the running clone head on, then bounced to the other clone and lastly to Dimitri. The clones detonated from being hit, which caused even more damage.
"So, care to make this more interesting?" Jean praised Dimitri, "How about we take it up a notch?"

"Oh so you want to take things up to the next level then" So be it then i called out after getting up and whipping off the dust from his cloths
Taking a deep breath i let go of the power that had been holding within me and the lights in the roomed dimmed. The electrical energy in the room begin to arc and dance across the air. The energy swirled and jumped across his body.
The Training Grounds grounds went dark and huge wave of electrical energy burst for and even pushed Jean back a couple of steps.
As the back up generators came on a huge monstrosity stood before Jean and it was clear where that burst of energy had come from. There stood a giant like no other, A towering mass of electrical energy three storys high that took the form of a person and on his shoulder sat a very happy looking Dimitri.Jean was quick to fire off a few test bolts at the thing but they just seemed to be drawn in to it.
With a surprising amount of speed that Jean had not been expecting the thing charged forward and with a sweep of its hand caught Jean in the midsection and sent her rocking across the room. But Dimitri was not done yest as he sent off a dragon wave and timed it so that the moment jean slammed into the wall the wave crashed into him as well

"Impressive. Very impressive," Jean praised as he wiped the blood off his mouth. He couldn't help smiling under the awe of the titan. It was a masterpiece, this innocence was truly incredible.
"Well, I don't have anything as gigantic as a level two, but here goes.."
A flash of light consumed the Blue Gauntlet and was extending further and further up to his right shoulder. More crackling sounds from the electricity generated echoed across the walls of the training room.
"Shall we begin?"
Dimitri's giant being thrust it's palm towards Jean. He evaded with ease, but was blown back by the pure impact of the attack. Before he could crash into a wall, he somersaulted and placed his feet at the moment he was near the wall and pushed himself forward.
"Magnet Bomb!"
Jean created areas of magnetic force at four vital points of the giant, two on each arm and two on each leg. The field attracted flying pieces of metal, and it looked like the giant was in shackles, as the weight of the increasing number of metal objects pulled the giant down.

His titian was slowing down and he was not very happy about this, Jean seemed to have a thing for slowing him down whenever he got to fast and it was just a little bit irritating. Well if the big guy was to slow then he would have to just have to fix that
Jumping off his titian's shoulder he could see the clumps of metal that bound his creation and that would just not do. As his feet touched the ground he gave the mental command and his beast burst and seemed like it was unraveling. But that was not the case as a multitude of thunder clones dropped out of the now dissipating thunder giant. With the residual energy from the titian a host of his normal size thunder doubles now filled the room
"What will you do now jean" Dimitri called from the back of the virtual army that now stood in between him and Jean
With that the clones charged forward and jean now had a lot more troubles to deal with

"Hmm..maybe this?" Jean responded, as he held out his hand.
"Magnet Shield!"
Jean created a massive shield from the falling scraps of metal and launched it towards the clones, like a giant bulldozer. Of course some clones managed to land hits on Jean, but after getting close enough Jean would kick them away.
As soon as there was enough room, Jean placed his left hand next to his right, and materialised a new weapon with the electricity. A golden chain-and-sickle was created and Jean started spinning the sickle, charging electricity as the revolutions increased, and swung it with all his might against the army, creating a path of lightning wherever it went.

With a quick jolt, Jean pulled back his chain-sickle and launched it as blue electricity enveloped the weapon.
"Volt Dragon."
Dimitri was stunned. A close range attack would have been dangerous, but luckily Jean knew it was only a spear and he did not intend to kill him. Instead, it only hit the desk Komui was hiding at before, turning it into ashes.
"Well that was fun, but we don't want to get too bloodied up," he laughed, as he headed off to treat his wounds.

Dimitri walked into the silent Training Grounds and the clink of metal could be heard as he walked. He had been to the Science Department and had asked them to make him something special. The click of metal echoed off the vast walls of the Grounds as Dimitri made his way inside.
"I so need to get used to this, Komui was right for once when he said i need to train before i go out into battle" Dimitri thought to himself as he wandered around the training grounds deep in thought.
"But still he did not have to be so overexcited about it" Dimitri complained as he rubbed his sore fingers
"But what to do, everyone just got back and they will most likely all be tired and not want to train" he pouted as he tried to think of way to solve this delema. He was so deep in his own thoughts that he did not even recognize the sound of footsteps behind him
"Could i be some assistance" a voice came from behind him that scared him out of his skin
"Takeshi!!!! Dont be sneaking up on people like that" Dimitri huffed

"Eh? Is this all you can you Takeshi?" asked Dimitri still dodging without difficulty. Takeshi grinned, and jumped back as he swung Tenchuu.

"Dont take me lightly or it is going to cost you" Takeshi grinned from the other side of the battlefield
Getting up Dimitri shook the stars from his eyes and refocused on Takeshi
"Well since you asked for it, I would be rude not bring out my new stuff" Dimitri smiled back. The air around Dimitri hummed with magnetic energy and from his sleeves a set of chains that had been warped around his arms and body uncoiled them selfs. Attached to each finger was a ring and on each ring a long chains now coiled on the floor.
"What is this Dimitri, i though you where a Parasite type" Takeshi asked in confusion.
"I am but by controlling the magnetic field around me i can manipulate the chains, but enough of this talk, let get back to the matter at hand.
Dimitri charged forward and sent a thunder dragon at Takeshi that he was able to deflect but had followed in its wake to get close. The chains that had been draging on the floor burst to life and rained down a flurry of blows that Takeshi could barely keep up with. Left, Right, up ,down every angle they came from. The chains wraped and sleried around him and in no time he was bound up but Takeshi would break though them any second but that was all he needed
Summoning a point blank thunder blast Dimitri pressed his hands to Takeshi chest and blasted him across the room.
"So how was that"Dimitri grinned as the chains coiled at his feet once more.

Dimitri could do little to dodge the blast, there was just too may of them and he had too little time to get away. His static burst pulsed to try and deflect it and at first it seemed to work but the force was just too great and he was blasted into the floor. The dust cloud was blown thought the room from the force of the blast. Dimitri shakily got to his feet and grunted a little from the pain
"That is going to leave a mark in the morning" he thought to himself.
He knew Takeshi was going to give him no time to recover and flipped up and out of the crater he had been in. He had barely cleared the rim when more of azure dragons slammed into the spot he had just been standing.
Dimitri formed his chains into a pyramid with the points right at his feet. His thunder energy arcing between the ten chains and using his magnetic energy he spun himself faster and faster tell he looked like a spinning top with thunder energy cracking all around him.
Dimitri's spining form burst though the dust cloud and rammed Takeshi at full speed and sent him flying across the room, but he was not done yet. Breaking his spin, He gathered all 10 of the chains together and brought the electrically charged chains down on Takeshi right as he hit the floor. The area cracked as the excess thunder energy coursed around the room.
Jacques saw the others dueling in the caverns. So, he took a right, which lead down to an empty room. 'I shouldn't have left Angie alone up there...'
Music: Dwindled Bible (http://www.esnips.com/doc/43debb3a-dc5b-489c-a4f8-60dcfdf4a343/16---dwindled-bible)
Jacques walked downstairs. The room was dimly lit. “You’ll have to spend time alone to master this. What it is, instead of an absence of energy, is an abundance. You will pour out your energy into the room itself. Then, you will have to control it. Wait too long, and it will vanish.”
He sat down, cross-legged and remained, looking like he was praying as a Buddhist monk. A small, visible white light appeared around him. The still air began to mix with the ribbons of energy floating outward. The aura grew greater and greater. Soon, the room was filled with a hazy white fog. ‘A land of pure white, the stream, the trees, and zephyr brushing against my cheek. A holy land, where no magic will touch it. Only I have tread here. The still lake sits in front of me, glimmering in the sun. It warms my skin. Life is at peace here. But this is no dream. It is a reality.’
The white fog fell to the ground, flowing like a white lake, the waves crashing against the walls. The earth rumbled. Jacques remained on the ground with his eyes closed. “This is not what you’re supposed to do! I’ve never seen anything like this! You’re not listening to my instruction!”
Several men ran down to the training room and watched. ‘The ocean is a wonderful, splendid place as well, but only a truly holy land can exist. Water flows too easily…’
The slight vibrations changed. They became something different. The thick water turned into a series of rings, Jacques at the center. They began to encircle each other, collapsing into one single pillar of white light.
It remained there as one of the men drew closer. “Jacques! This is nothing like what you’re supposed to learn! What I’m teaching you would destroy elements! Don’t you want that?”
‘I’ll take what I can do myself. Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning, Earth, Dark, Light, Holy, and Undead. All are a part of the world. To control all, I must have all.’
Lamia was exasperated. She had no idea what to do. This was the first time he’d fought against her training. ‘I’m doing this for myself. Not to become a vessel, but to be a magician.’
“You are a Tabula Rasa. And how did you find out about the vessel?”
A piece of the cave collapsed inward. One of the on-lookers ran towards Jacques, trying to remove him from its path. Instead, it broke apart and turned to dust. His friends pulled him away from the scene.
The pillar began to fade, and a wave of white energy flowed outward. It crashed against the side of the cave, then stopped. It halted. A second strange wave followed the first. It scattered when it hit the first, turning into numerous runes.
FTMR ~ IRM ~ FRD ~ IXHTtIO ~ It|X| ~ IXHT ~ FRC ~ t|X|MF|X| ~ HFrM
Each of the nine appeared once in the circle, coming around back to the start. Next, a wave similar to the first flew outward. It stopped before the Runes. Jacques sat, and opened his eyes. There sat the strange person he had met before; the exact copy of him sat in front of him. “Seems you have taken yet another step against me, vessel,” he said.
‘I won’t let you take me,’ Jacques replied.
“I will use you, but it seems that the time has arrived much faster than previously planned. Sadly, I will not be able to stay for as long either.”
‘I’m sure you won’t.’
The shadow disintegrated.
The gust of wind hit the men sitting on the stairs, watching. The circle flew outward, surrounding the whole of the HQ.
Heveleska sat normally, then slouched down. “Something is awry,” she said. “I’ve never experienced magic this strong since I first came here.”
The circle collapsed inward. It came to a fine point, and Jacques’ hand reached down. The point flew into his hand. ‘I felt weak when doing this, but now, I feel much stronger than before.’

Angie went looking for Jacques on the training area but she didnt got lucky. On her way she found some of the other members who fought on the Asian HQ battle and gave them some refreshments so they could recharge their energy and keep training.
"Thanks Angie"
"Great Angie thanks" were some of the greetings she got.
Once she was done she noticed that only Jacques rations were left. Looking at her surroundings she felt the earth tremble and the environment change.
"So you can sense things now?" asked Rashar randomly.
"I dont know but I can feel Jacques scent for some reason." was Angie's reply .
"Then what are you waiting for follow it before it vanish. The longer you wait the less time you got to catch it and follow it."urge Rashar.
Angie began to smell a bit ignoring some of the looks she got along the way. The trail lead her to some underground rooms were at the end of the stairs were some men sitting. At the end of the stairs there was a bright light and she had to cover her eyes since the light was hurting her eyes. She had to rely on her hearing and the strange words that Jacques said out loud,
“Behold, the Ruined Earth Awakens! It is a Purging of the itself from the unnatural.”
“Pays Ruiné Se Réveillant, Catharsis.”
After saying this the earth stopped moving and everything went silent. Angie felt the movement of people but still didnt know if it was safe to open her eyes. She felt Jacques hand on her shoulder and said
"You ok?"
Angie opened her eyes and blushes when she saw the look of concern on Jacques eyes.
"oh, OH! yes yes I am ok. And you? she asked a bit embarrased.
"I'm ok just finished my training and what about you? Did the head nurse gave you the clearance?" his voice sounded with a bit of concern although her tried to hide it.
"Yes I can begin tomorrow, I'm just a bit tired that;s all." Angie said with a grin.
Jacques chuckles and then stayed smiling at her for a couple of seconds. Realizing the sudden silent Angie said
"Oh wait I came looking for you because I thought you might need something for your break." she said while taking Jacques rations and giving it to him.
"Why dont we go outside and talk while I get my break? You can tell me what Komui told you." said Jacques with a smile.
"Ok" nodded Angie in response.
Both walked outside and took sit on a tree nearby. Angie didnt ate since she already made lunch and was waiting for her meal to settle. Jacques as ha had been doing lately made some tricks and jokes that made Angie laugh and smile a lot. Time flied for them and when they realized it was getting dark. Just as Takeshi hit the floor, Dimitri's chain fall down right next to him, with electric energy filling the room. At such close quearters Takeshi couldn't do much to protect himself from Dimitri's attack, but he could at least block part of it. Takeshi jumped away from the chain as he used...
"6th Roar, Saphira's Mirror Reflect!"
A transparent sphere, that seemed to be made up of many mirrors, appearead around Takeshi, shielding him from any more damage, and sent it back at Dimitri, though Takeshi knew it would have no effect on him.
Landing on the floor, with electricity still roaming around the room, Takeshi moved around, dodging more electric shocks while lookinig for a path. At last Takeshi found one, and quickly moving into it, he conjured more azure dragons to block any electricty that came into his way.
"Let's see you deal with this!"
Sheathing Tenchuu, Takeshi started transferring energy from the scabbard to Tenchuu. Standing in front of Dimitri, Takeshi used a Battoujutsu as well as the 1st roar, sending a massive energy at Dimitri.
The soft wind brushed against his face. The two sat on the newly-planted large tree; it was a triumph for the Science Dept., because so far, they had barely managed to make anything live there.
It was rather quiet; the two sat out there, making small talk. Jacques described his one-story house back where he used to live; his younger sister, his sick mother, and his traveling father - he disclosed more than he normally would. Angie talked about Komui, and everything she had been told. He created the small light orb he had used on the boys back at the town - it floated here and there, and Angie seemed a bit captivated by the small light. It finally settled on her nose, with a pair of small wings coming off the back. It then flew apart into four more small orbs, Angie nearly fell off the tree branch. Jacques grabbed her and hugged her, then slowly got his face closer and closer to her cheek.
"Oi, Jacques!" Lavi shouted.
The two turned around.
"Got some tricks for us? I hear you can do fancy things!" He shouted. Dusk was approaching. A small group of Lenalee, Allen, Krory, and Kanda came outside to watch.
"We need to head in soon, but sure. It's getting dark. Just right for this~" Jacques replied.
He squeezed her hand tighter. Then, letting go, he created a small flame. It spread outwards, taking the form of a large dragon-esque figure. The four smaller white sprites began attacking, and the dragon flinched at every blow, striking down the sprites one by one, but they came back. Eventually, the dragon ate all of them, then flew into the sky. Jacques' hand pivoted on his wrist as his fingers curled inward. Angie was smiling, captivated by the display. Jacques shouted, "Now for the finale!"
The Dragon flew upward, then exploded. The four sprites flew upward more, then also exploded. It was a small fireworks show outside.
He hopped down, then helped Angie down from the tree. "Time to go in~"
"I'm a bit hungry, Angie," Jacques told her as they went inside. "I'm going to the Dining Commons. Care to join me~?"

Angie was having fun hearing Jacques talking about his family. For some reason it made think about hers but not with sadness. Surprisingly she remembered the good times and hoped to tell him her stories. They were on a tree branch looking at the sunset while talking. Jacques began to create orbs so she could get entertained. The light called her attention making her not losing the focus on the one of them posed on her nose and then divided on two surprising her and making her almost feel from the tree.
Jacques was quick and managed to catch her before she fell from the branch. He hold her and hugged her until they both were balanced. Jacques broke the hug but still was holding her. Angie felt warm and secure in his arm but when they lock their eyes on each other a sudden feeling began to took her inside. He face was a bit red but still she couldnt let her eyes leave Jacques face. He move more until he almost kissed her cheek when a voice broke the spell.
"Oi, Jacques!" Lavi shouted.
The two turned around with Jacques sighing. They spot Lavi, Lenalee, Krory and the others looking at them.
"Got some tricks for us? I hear you can do fancy things!" He shouted.
Jacques replied to Lavi and took Angie's hand. With admiration she saw how Jacques made a huge fire Dragon to play with the sprites. At the end the Dragon exploded and everyone went inside the castle very happy. Since the show was over both walked hand in hand to entrance of the castle but Jacques said"I'm a bit hungry, Angie. "I'm going to the Dining Commons. Care to join me?"
Angie didnt wanted to finish the day and leave Jacques side. Could this be? She gave herself a mental headshake and said.
"Yeah lets get something to eat. I'm also hungry too" and both walked down to the dinning room.

Takeshi had seemed to find a way though all the electric pulses that where dancing across the floor and was back on the offensive. The massive wall of energy was streaming at him and he was toast if it hit full on. Digging all 10 chains in the ground in front of him like a gate, his thunder energy flared creating a wall in front of him. While it only protected on one side unlike his static burst it was stronger then the other. The roar slammed into it and the room lit up in a brilliant flash of light, Dimitri was thrown back and slammed into a wall.
Getting up Dimitri looked at his chains and saw the many cracks that know lined them, They where only normal after all and could only take so much. Dimitri was quick to reengage Takeshi and firing off some thunder blast but he was easily able to disperse them with his shield. Running around the room gathering the stray thunder that had accumulated in his hand, a ball formed and proceed to get bigger the more he got. But carrying so much energy was slowing him down making it harder to stay ahead of Takeshi's attacks.
His chains grew bright as he sent thunder energy though them and as he slowed to a speed that he could be hit at he used the chains to bat away Takeshi's. But in there weakened state they could barely hold out and the cracks became so big that they where on the verge of braking.
"well it is now or never he thought" and stopped his dash around Takeshi
"Thunder compression" He called out and the compressed the person size ball of energy in front him to the size of an atom. A huge boom echoed off the walls and a titanic beam of thunder energy burst forth carving up the ground and advanced on Takeshi with deadly speed and power.

Takeshi watched as the titanic electric beam moved towards him with deadly speed and power. As he started running away from it, Takeshi thought of a way to stop it.
I can't gather enough energy fast enough to counter-attack with Fafnir's Dragon Breath, and I can't get out of the way of th beam, even with Slifer's Wings of Destiny. And Saphira's Mirror Reflect won't be enough to stop it... No choice then, I'll have to use that! Takeshi thought as he got ready.
Facing the electric beam, Takeshi hold Tenchuu in front of him, then speaking loudly, Takeshi said, "Saphira's Mirror Reflect!" Said this, a sphere made of mirrors appeared around Takeshi, forming a barrier against the beam.
Just as the beam came into contact with the barrier, Takeshi shouted:
"9th Roar, Draco's Blades of Honor!"
8 blades made of Innocence appeared around Takeshi, and they started spinning around him, forming a crystal barrier. The beam came into contact with Saphira's Mirror Reflect. Part of the beam was absorbed and thrown back, but the remaining force continued in its path towards Takeshi.
The crystal barrier took the rest of the attack, and instead of sending it back, the beam was absorbed as if it were nothing. "Because the blades are made of Innocence, it is inmune to any Innocence-based attacks," Takeshi told Dimitri.
Then quickly moving towards, Takeshi activated Yinglong's Claws of Fury. Tenchuu was involved in what seemed to be green flames. Takeshi swung his sword towards Dimitri, cutting through the chains. Just as they fell down to the floor, Takeshi pointed Tenchuu's tip on Dimitri's throat. Then he lowered.
"That was interesting, Dimitri," said Takeshi with a smile, "You should get stronger chains, as these chains aren't very durable. I'm sure Komui can make some really good ones."
After this, Takeshi left for the infirmary.

Hiro yawned, he was still sleepy even after the coffee he drunk he tried to fix his hair but he didn't have much luck.
They walked through the corridor as they heard sounds coming from the training grounds so they went over to see who was training they saw Takeshi walking out slightly wounded.
"Hey.." Hiro said
"Hey...You're Hiro right?" Takeshi replied.
"Yeah....Who was fighting with you?"
"Oh? It was Dimitri, the little guy is quite strong despise his age you should spar with him sometimes."
"I'll go right now haha."
They said goodbye and Hiro and Keisuke went inside the training grounds where they found Dimitri.
"Care for a bit of training?"
((Anyone who wants to fight Keisuke or Hiro if wacer isn't up to training with him then feel free because Keisuke needs his level 2 and i think Hiro should be getting his level 3))

Angie walked to the training grounds after getting a healthy breakfast from Jerry at the dinning rooms. She was wearing a new set of body suit which according the one of scientific will help her move better if she will achieve level 2. The body consisted of a hot pant with a tank top. Her boots didn’t change since she used to take them off. According to the finder the place for her training was a vast room with simulating a dessert. The place apparently was empty and Angie dedicated to seek for Krory and Lavi but they were not near to be seen.
“How strange they are not here. Maybe they are still on their way or Komui-sama change his mind.” Thought Angie until a smell came took from the back.
Turning in time she dodges a kick to her midsection and back flip a couple of meters. The shadow disappeared from her sight, a few seconds later reappeared next to her and tried to grab her. Angie again dodges by rolling on a star pirouette and start running.
“Who is that person? Why is he attacking me?”
“GOOD MORNING ANGIE-CHAN” was the shout heard thru the speaker.
Angie stopped at the strident sound of Komui’s annoying voice and covers her ears.
“Oi sorry for the shout but I just wanted to tell you that your training already began. Since apparently you regained memories of your martial arts skills I want you to fight on human form as much as you can. The only way to defeat your opponent is to pin him for 3 seconds on the floor. Have fun!!” when she thought he was gone he added “And no Innocence activation is allowed”. Then he finally was gone.
The essence she felt a few seconds before came back again. She waited for the person’s move to counter but when she thought he was about to move a large object impacted her from the side and threw her to the wall. She landed against the wall and then to the floor. When she managed to get up she that the object was Lavi’s hammer and then both men were looking at her concern.
“Are you alright Angie?” was Lavi’s voice of concern.
“Yeah I’m ok you got me off guard that’s all.” Taking a deep breath Angie began to run toward then and both Lavi and Krory separate from each other.
For a moment she stood still until Krory attacked with an ax kick. Angie managed to dodge it by rolling on the ground while Lavi charge his hammer to her forward. Angie jump higher on the sky and Krory was already there delivering a roundhouse kick that she couldn’t dodge sending her to the ground.
On the control center Komui was watching Angelique evading with a silent face. According to his theory the girl was capable of battling in with more than two opponents. Apparently she still hasn’t reached that part of her memories yet. Bak sent him the files and so far Angie’s performance during her staying on the Asian Headquarters and Black Order’s were less impressive than now. Her vital’s showed a raise on her abilities and apparently her transition to become more in tune with her Innocence was growing. The exercise although simple was to make her more resistant to attacks in case she couldn’t transform. Looking at her movement he noticed a slight change on them. She was now moving more feline like and her hands began to seemed more like claws. It was going to be a long session this one.
Almost two hours later Angie’s hair was wet with sweat and panting from dodging attacks. So far she was still on the same point at the beginning without being able to manage to get near them. Frustration was getting a toll on her and her humor was turning serious.
“I don’t think it will help you getting like that Angie. The angrier you get the more control I get.” Said Rashar.
“But how can I…” began to ask Angie only to shut up annoyed.
“You can do it. You already did it with Jacques, remember that I wont be always around to help. This one is up to you. If you get time see the flaws. Lavi’s using long range attacks while Krory use the close combat you can mix them and confuse them seek the time. You already know that.” Said Rashar in an obvious tone.
Angie looks at the timing Krory was always the one to begin the attack since this was a distraction for her. She waited for the attack and stay still until the last second. When she almost feels the ax kick on her she turn the side and grab the leg. Krory got surprise by her move and knew Lavi’s attack was up. Trying to move he noticed that Angie’s grip was stronger than normal. She waited till the hammer was over them but it stopped on mid air.
“Uh? Damm he noticed” thought Angie.
Krory then managed to throw her to the wall but this time Angie managed to land on her feet and black flip upwards. Not waiting a seconds she started to run as fast as she could downward until her steps were almost like leaping making her look like she was floating. Krory went to meet her at mid point and started to land a combination of fast punches and kicks. Angie counters and starts her own attack increasing the speed on them. Lavi just tried to see the fight but it was almost too fast for his eyes.
“Sir Angelique’s speed is increasing I don’t know if you can hold much longer she is at her limit sir” said one of the scientific.
Komui noticed the change on her features. She was transforming without noticing it. Although she managed to archived some goals on this training but still she will need more training. Taking the microphone he gave the order.
“Ok Angelique break it up training is over….” Lavi stopped when he saw that Angie managed to send Krory against the wall.
Lavi saw Krory passing him and landing against the wall. When he turned back Angie was face to face to him. He looked amazed since her eyes were all red blood and her fangs outside the mouth. With a sudden movement she gave a judo throw to Lavi and pin him. Looked at him intensely for several seconds and said.
“Ha I pin you I won!!!” with a smile.
Everyone took a sigh of relief when they saw Angie getting back to normal. Panting a bit she collapse to the side and tried to catches her breath.
“You almost lost it there right?” asked Rashar a bit disappointed.
“I know I need to work on it.” Replied Angie.
“Just make sure you get the lesson of today Angie. You need to learn to fend for yourself. I can help you more if you know how to defend yourself.” Said Rashar.
Angie didn’t replied and let Lavi help her on her feet she was worried about Krory since he hit the wall at high speed. But then they went to check he was fine. She waited for their scared look but they treated her normally and offer to escort her to the rooms. Since she was still sore and tired she accepted and both went to the rooms.
((I'm off to class. Hope to find the new arc when I'm back *hugs everyone*))

Crescent walked into a noisy room and realized that the room was the Training Ground.

"Yo...." Was Hiro's reply
"Hellooo!!! Yeah I'm Keisuke and this is Hiro!!!" Keisuke replied.
They shook hands but Hiro just merely gave him a nod.

((Yeah i'll trian after the mission...>_>))
After the message from Komui
Hiro just merely said goodbye and he walked out of the training grounds and went to Komui's office.
"Ahh....Sorry Crescent-san! We have to go recieve the mission.." Keisuke apologised quickly.
And Keisuke soon caught up with Hiro and they went to the office together.

After leaving the Science Deparment, Kimiko went to her room to medidate, trying to get to know her innocence, named Fenghuang. When she first became an exorcist, she got to know her innocence through meditating, and she was hoping it would help this time too.
After meditating for a few hours (and learning a few things about Fenghuang,), Kimiko went to the training grounds to start training. Komui arranged for a weapon master to meet her there, so she coul get used to her new naginata, named Brisingr.
Kimiko went inside the training grounds, and walked towards Fredric, the weapon master that has come to train with her.
"Should we start, Kimiko?" Asked Fredric, choosing a broadsword to start with. Kimiko took Brisingr out and activated Fenghuang. At once the small naginata changed into a bigger version, with an amber blade and a black shaft, which Kimiko identified as light steel.
Kimiko and Fredric faced each, assuming their own stance. Fredric moved forwards, swinging the sword. Kimiko dodged it, spun on her left feet and swung Brisingr. Fredric took a step back, and parried Kimiko's strike away, before launching his next attack.
They continue attacking each other for some time. At first Kimiko found it weird and slightly hard to move the naginata fast enough to attack or defend, but soon she got used to the weight, and was able to fight as before. But due to the time expended in the infirmary, Kimiko's stamina was lower before and she got tired easily. 20 minutes after they stopped.
"That was good Kimiko, although we should work on your stamina."
"Yeah I know, thanks Fredric," Kimiko replied. Fredric pat her and left. Kimiko then followed a finder to the training grounds outside, where she would be using her Innocence to battle with akumas that has been caught over the years.

There were six level 1 akumas in total, sealed in a force field to prevent them from going rampage. A scientist explained Kimiko how the training would work.
"We'll release one akuma first, so you can get used to your innocence while fighting an akuma. Also try using any special abilities your innocence has against the akuma. After you're done with it, you can rest for a while before we release two more akumas, and then we'll release the last two. We'll have finders around ready to catch the akuma if anything happens."
"Alright," said Kimiko, walking to the center of the field. "Fanghuang, activate!" The small Brisingr becae larger, of the size of a normal naginata. Kimiko saw the first akuma being released and started firing at her. Kimiko dodged the bullets, with some difficulty at first but she got used to the bullet's speed soon enough. Her reflects and speed remained almost the same.
Kimiko tried using the innocence to control the earth, water and air around her, but her efforts were unsuccesful. This didn't surprise her, as she was warned before hand that her innocence had changed. Kimiko then try using the fire from the flames nearby, but this also failed, which surprised Kimiko. After medidating she found out that her innocence's new main power was fire, so she thought she would be able to control it.
Maybe... I have to create it to use it, an not manipulate it!
Kimiko quickly focus all the power into te blade. Suddenly flames started to burn in the amber blade. Knowing what to do, Kimiko charged the akuma, jumping in front of it and swinging the naginata downwards.
"Pyroblast!"
A blast of fire was sent from the naginata, hitting the akuma directly. But it wasn't enough to send it down yet. Kimiko realized that the attack itself was effective, but it simply lacked the power to kill the akuma with one hit, and this was due to her currently low syncro with her innocence. Heblaska explained this was due to having a new innocence, and that her syncro should improve with time, getting to the previous level it was before or even surpassing it.
Kimiko once again charged the akuma, blocking and evading more of its bullets, before jumping again ad using Pyroblast once again. This time the blast was more powerful than before, and with its injuries from before, the akuma was burned to ashes, dying.
Kimiko was happy, as she was able to icnrease her syncro slightly in the battle, but she fell tired after the second blast. She sat down and rested, before the next two akumas were released...

Once Kimiko recovered, she activated her innocence again and two more akumas were released. Kimiko noticed that keeping her innocence was easier than the time before. It surprised her at first, but then she remembered Heblaska's words.
The akumas started firing at her, but she has gotten used to it now, and she quickly jumped out of the way. If the akuma managed to fire in the place she was arriving at, Kimiko would quickly use her naginata to block the bullets.
While dodging and blocking, Kimiko tried to discover any abilities, while throwing weak Pyroblasts at the akuma to keep them busy. Brisingr glew in a bright light, and Kimiko saw a vision for a very brief time. Once the vision ended, Kimiko tried doing what she saw.
Kimiko pointed Brisingr at one of the akumas and said, "Fiery Juggle!"
Anumber of small fireballs appeared around the akuma, which exploded a few seconds after. The akuma was unable to move fast enough to dodge them, and soon after it was hit by more fireballs that were exploding. The another akuma moved towards Kimiko, firing a great numbers at her.
Kimiko moved away, and used Fiery Juggle on the second akuma too, but this time she tried soemthing different. She made three fireballs appear around the akuma, moving in any direction the akuma moved to. Although they were bigger than the first fireballs, they weren't as big as Kimiko intended, though it did not worry her much.
The akuma tried escaping, but the fireballs moved in any direction the akuma took. At last the fireballs closed in, and exploded with the akuma in the middle, killing.
The other akuma survived the explosion, but it was badly injured. Kimiko ran towards it and slashed it with Brisingr. The akuma fall down to the floor, dying.
The finders congratulate her, even saying she did better with both akumas than with the first akumas, a sign that she was getting more used to her new innocence.

The three remaining akumas were realeased, and Kimiko started by dodging and sending Pyroblasts at the akumas to make it hard for them to attack. This tactic turned to be succesful as the akuma continued to get hit, as they weren't fast enough to dodge the small, but fast, fireblasts Kimiko threw their way, while she did not get hit as she dodged, blocked, or the bullets were destroyed by the blasts.
After some time, she used Fiery Juggle to kill one of the akumas, while slashing another with Brisingr. But the one Kimiko slashed at, before dying, tackled Kimiko tot he ground as it exploded. The third akuma took the chance to fire at her. Kimiko jumped out of the way, but one of the bullets got her left leg.
Instinctively, Kimiko raised Brisingr and conjured a pillar of flames, which erupted around her. The flames were pale yellow, unlike the ones from the Pyroblasts, which were ember. The flames closed the bullet wound, as well as burning the poison off Kimiko's body.
Before the akuma could shoot again, Kimiko jumped to the left, and sent a charged-up Pyroblast, which hit the akuma and kill it with an explosion. The finders hurried to stand at Kimiko's side, fearing something bad would happen. Kimiko however, told them it was okey, as the poison was destroyed before it could do any damage.
"That was awesome," one said, as the rest cheered Kimiko. She was happy, and felt much better now. She was also glad she had a healing technique, since she feared she didn't have because, with her previous innocence she could heal with water but not with fire.
One of the finders told Kimiko that Mr. Reever wanted to see her. Kimiko hurried towards the science deparment...

The Training Grounds where silent, A calming aura seemed to wash over the place today. But not to the trained eye, they could see what was really going on. A blur of speed could be caught here and there, the sound of a feet pushing off a wall came from everywhere and no where at once. Dimitri was in his element as he shot from one place two the next, Pushing his near god like speed to its limit. A target dummy popped out and it just seemed to come apart in seconds as his chains made quick work of it.
He had been pushing himself lately and the whole order had taken note of it. Even now you could catch the occasional gimps of bandages that where hidden under his exorcists uniform. 10 targets popped up on each side of him and and with fluid like grace his chains wound around them and and sliced them in half. In the solitude of the Training Grounds a memory that he had been trying to suppress from the last mission came to his thoughts
"My weaknesses only affect me, while his will affect all of the exorcists under him."
Right before the noah had attacked he had not caught all of what Martosu said as he was busing talking to hei but that part had reached his ears and it had been eating him since. He must of been commenting about his recant appointment as commander and it if that conversation went as he thought it did he must of been unhappy about it. Maybe all the order thought like that, he had been in a reclusive state since they got back so he had not talked to others much.
True, he could most likely never have the greatness that Hei posed, nor the aptitude the he had. Slowly even his naivetivity was starting to fade as his days in the order hardened his heart but he still like to cling to his more innocent ideas of goodness and people. He would gladly lay down his life for others but if the time came could he lay down someone else's life for that same cause.
With him so deep in thought he did not even notice as his eyes started to change as a red glow creped into the color. A silver of the purest light seemed to emanate from his skin. What ever it was though a clapping from behind him broke him out of his trance and the weird phenomenon vanished from him
"Very nice, you are getting good Dimitri" came a voice from behind him
"Jacques what beings you here" Dimitri said turning to him, his eyes now back to there normal gold color
"Well i felt something pulse through the whole order not a second ago, I think everyone might of felt that wave and knowing that you down here i just wanted to check what it is"
"Really, i was not doing much, just a few speed exercises" Dimitri questioned
"Ya nothing much, i sure even the non innocence users felt that" Jacques chuckled
Dimitri looked a little confused so he decided to drop it for now
"Well now that your a here would you like to go at a little 1 on 1, training dummy's only get you so far" Dimitri asked the other
((Had to use for a little character development fect, hope that is ok))
((It's fine.))
Jacques walked to the farthest part of the room from Dimitri and sat down, slightly depressed.
"I'll be watching from the corner of the room. I'm a bit tired, and I just need to focus. This might not be the best place, but it's better than nothing."
He sat down, calling forth his sword, which he planted in the ground. It still lacked the core, the centerpiece where the guard and blade met. They were connected with the same material as the rest of the hand guard in a flowing, aesthetic pattern. But there still lacked a middle hole in the sword. Something wasn't there.
'You there Lamia?'
"Yes. I'm still a bit upset from the battle, and from your lack of trust in me."
'I'm a bit depressed as well. But I'll be fine.'
"I've never really asked too much from you."
'Let's focus.'
"And get rid of that girl," Lamia coughed.
'Let's just focus for now,' Jacques smiled.
Picking up the sword, Jacques worked on creating his new creation. Holding his hand out, his fingers rolled, then opened in a reverse fashion. Something... pulled the air in the room towards it. It began becoming dark where the air was concentrating.
"Focus."
Jacques' eyes closed. His fingers kept moving. It was completely black near him, to the point where Dimitri had a tough time seeing him.
Jacques let out a deep sigh, then the darkness left. Then, there was an explosion and a rush of air and light. Jacques was flung against the wall, where he slouched and let out a laugh. "Lamia, you need to stop playing tricks on me. Dimitri, I'm heading outside. I don't want to interfere with your training."

Angelique went to look for Jacques on the battle grounds. After walking for a while she saw him sitting on the tree. The same tree they went the first time they had some lunch. Again Angie was carrying her basket of food. She knew Jacques must be hungry at the moment. So bringing some refreshments was in order. She walked until she was near him.
He looked lost in thought, slowly she approaches and touch softly his shoulder.
"Jacques? Hey its something wrong" asked Angie concerned.
Jacques got startled a bit but soon he hide his sadness with a smile.
"Oh Angie no, nothing just I was thinking some stuff over. Nothing to worry about it. How are you feeling?" said with a smile that still didnt hide his sadness.
"You are a terrible liar Jacques Hook. But I'm doing fine. Just wanted to know how you were. I got you something to eat since I guess you had been training hard all this time." said Angie while giving him a cup of fresh tea.
Jacques took the cup and took a look at Angie. Suddenly he hugs her and she did the same. The silent moment they share arose many questions but also many answers. After a while they both separated and Jacques blushes while saying.
“Oh ok lets see what you brought me to eat I’m starving.”
“Ok let’s eat.” Said Angie already blushing as well.
They began to eat in silence. Not knowing what to say. But enjoying each others company.

While the three people were eating Mizaki entered the Training ground as well. He went to his own side of the room and started stretching. Where he was warming up and getting ready to know about his innocence more. During his excerise, the dream he had in his last sleep still bothered him.
What was it for? I can feel something from that dream. Something like a warning....
Mizaki stood there for 5 minutes after his stretch. It took him 2 minutes to realize that he wasn't doing anything. Unnoticed of the people in the same ground as him. He closed his eyes and activated his level 2 innocence. He shot the crystal and massed them up into 5 huge pillars. After throwing out the final cryal from his hand he fell on his knees breathing hard. Ejecting crystals from his hands isn't that easy. Not only does it give pain but it requires alot of concentration on the back and wrist. After Mizaki calmed down, he starts to feel a bit uneasy about his innocence. His hands were twitching when it went back to it's non-activated form.
I barely did anything in the training.....
The first pillar that Mizaki created crumbled into tiny pieces of pebbles. He stood up and faced the small pieces of rock that was coming towards Mizaki and surrounding him. As it was all over the place in Mizaki's area, the sound of crumbling pebbles came together into a tiny shard of crystal. In a flash it went towards Mizaki. Only that he blocked it right the second as it came close to it's head. One after another Mizaki knocked it away from him. Just then all the pillars collapsed and a burst of wind started to surround him. It surrounded him like a whirlwind.
Shit i'm going to die.
As all the pebbles got closer it stopped and compressed itself into Mizaki's chest, creating an illuminating chest plate. Then a thick blade that glowed brightly appeared in front of Mizaki. The innocence from his left hand bursted out from his wrist and surrounded his whole arm completely. The air around him started to brighten. Mizaki felt that his back as a warm comfortable feeling. Its nothing he has ever felt before. As he tried to reach for his back he noticed something long above him. When he looked up he saw a bright strip of line that waved like the water. It was calm and peaceful. This was exactly what he saw in his dream. He grabbed the blade and swung it around. To him it was not too heavy but not too light. As he glanced at his left hand he could tell that it was used for ranged attacks. He concentrated alot of energy into his hand and raised it towards the ground. Small tiny specks of light gathered together below the palm of his hands and a miniature pillar formed. Mizaki knew that controlling this level of his innocence wasn't easy. Just as he tried to create another piller on the ground everything he was equipped with turned to tiny specks of light that floated up in the air and became nothing. When Mizaki was back into his non-innocence form he lost his focus and balance, then fell on his back.
((not that great >.> i feel like i messed up alot))
Lamia began prodding him.
"Eh? Eh?"
'Hmm...?'
"Going to tell her?"
'Not yet...'
He sat there, on the breezy tree limb, enjoying his food. The sun was overhead, a little light peeking through the leaves of the tree. They made triangle, hourglass, and square patterns on the ground.
'How do I go about this... uh...'
His face became a little red as he wrapped his arm around Angie as they ate. He just sat there, leaning against her. She didn't mind at all it seemed. "I lie far too poorly for you," Jacques said as he kissed her on the cheek very quickly. "I just wonder how my family is doing..."
He took a bite out of a small green apple, staring at the sun. Then, he looked over. "I'm sorry... I forgot... er..." he nervously bantered, trying to apologize.

Lorraine went for training. Her attire was unusual still she felt comfortable which was the only thing to take into account. Walking by she managed to spot Angelique and Jacques talking to each other. The scene arose many questions on the mind of Lorraine, but then she got the feeling that this young exorcist was the responsible of somethings that he found different on Rashar and Angelique. Approaching the couple she stood next to them.
"Oh sister Lorraine. How are you?" asked Angie a bit surprised for her apparition.
"I'm fine thank you Angelique and this young man must be the another prodigy of Marian Cross, Mr. Jacques Hook am I right?" said Lorraine in a courteous tone of voice.
Jacques stiff at the mention of Cross's name and didnt said anything. In that moment Raphael appeared and said
"Good morning people. Jacques are you busy right now?" said Raphael on a courteous tone.
"No not at the moment. Why?" said Jacques to Raphael.
"I need your help with something. It wont take long I promised." said Raphael.
Jacques nods and after promising Angie to hang out later he went with Raphael to the building. Meanwhile Angie and Lorraine stayed silent until the guys dissappeared.
“I will need some guidance into this place Angelique. I need to train as well as you for. Let’s go get your gear so we can practice.” Said Lorraine.
Angie looked at Lorraine and with a soft whisper said. “Had you come for…”
“For the moment that’s something that I wont discuss until I have all the facts at hand.” With this Lorraine finished the conversation and both went to get Angelique’s gear to her room.
Angie took a look at Lorraine and tried to forget about the past. Touching her cheek she remembered the kiss Jacques gave her and the confusion he showed. He really liked her but something was not right with him. Maybe it was the stress and the situation. So far things were ok for now. But the apparition of Sister Lorraine was apparently the beginning of something Angelique might not want to deal with it for the moment.

Lorraine took off to the training grounds. She saw Angelique getting out of Jacques’s room and decided not to meddle in their affairs. Still she couldn’t help to feel sorry for the girl. What she really remembers was a mystery she needs to attend but all in due time. She waited till the girl left for the Dinning Hall to then proceed to the training grounds. Her training attire was basically the same as always. A body suit with short pants and no sleeves, adding some arm protectors reaching until her mid arm. Her boots will reach her mid thigh just a few centimeters under her pistol holster were placed. Over her attire she war wearing her Exorcist coat and a crucifix on her neck. Fingerless gloves were complimenting the attire as well. Her hair was today on a loose braid and the hood of the coat on to shield her from the first rays of the morning.
The route to the training camps was easy without encounters of any kind. As soon as she reached the place she pushed the code inside the computer and went down the stairs. On a small cabin inside the room a member of the scientific team was monitoring the controls. So far her training session was a new one the must need supervision. An exorcist was also there. She could only distinguish a mass of red hair but still she didn’t give much thought about it. Lorraine walked to the center of the room without taking her coat off. Nodding at the science guy the man started to pull the room into training mode.
From the sides of the walls a group of flying saw blades came out flying. Lorraine evaded them without moving from her position. Some darts were also added to the mix and for a while the rhythm of the attacks increase till she had to start using her colt pistols. At all moment she was looking forward and in any moment she took her eyes from what it seemed an invisible opponent in front of her.
A group of darts came forming a bell closing on her. Closing her eyes Lorraine began to shoot at any angle possible. Matching all the darts with a bullet while making the shoots in a strange way. Her movements seemed like a martial arts form but with the use of the pistols. The velocity of the movements was so fast that only the sound of the dart exploding at the contact with the bullets was the only indication that she was having bull’s eye with them. Soon she was done she put the pistols on the holster and waited for the next level. Two robots well known appeared in front of her. But these time the presented modifications. Both now were having six arms instead of four and the height was a bit taller than before. The robots didn’t waste time and started to attack. Lorraine managed to evade them and after a couple of runs around the place she took her colt pistols out and run toward them. The first robot that met her run threw a punch to the side in combination with a front kick. Lorraine blocked the first move and barely evades the second. The second robot arrived to deliver a roundhouse followed by an axe punch. Lorraine retreat a few steps and shoot the second robot on the mid leg while aiming and shooting the other one on the head. The first robot felt on the ground while the other was stumbling. She was in going to finish the job when a voice on the speaker halts her.
“Sister Lolo Supervisor Komui said you need to rest so this session will be cut short” said the science man.
Nodding she took her hood once again and began to walk to ward the door. The robot stumbling came behind her and she responded with a backward kick and a rampage of shoots. She didn’t stop until the robot was pulverized. Waiting for the second robot to make a movement she stood on the same position for a minute. After everything seemed normal she went back to her room and took a rest while she waited for Komui’s orders.

Asia HQ Training Grounds
Holding a little pork bun in one hand, Shinju looked around at the flourishing environment that surrounded the massive expanse of barren ground that was bordered off for the Exorcists who went to and trained at the headquarters there in Asia.
Upon arriving at the place a day or two before, they received word from Bak that there were other Exorcists further south from where they were. However, those Exorcists were nearly done with their missions, so both Shinju and Serenade didn’t bother on going down there to check out the situation.
Thinking back on the previous encounters where they had watched from a distance, more than half of the Exorcists could hold their ground pretty well, and that brings them back to the question as to why the Black Order people sent them into those group missions in the first place.
It’s just too much trouble, anyway, or so they thought.
After talking with Bak and Fou a little more, the two were able to convince them to allow them to stay there for the time being.
She watched as a songbird fly from the trees before frowning to herself, thinking back on a few recent disagreements.
The rooms weren’t really the problem – they still had their old rooms towards an isolated section of the Asia headquarters – but rather it was the main headquarters that was the source of their troubles.
Bak had reminded them that the higher ups had previously ordered a stricter watch on both of their movements in specific in fear of them becoming rogue – not that they weren’t rogue enough already – most likely because of who they were, their professions (yes – they were still quite fond of their titles as mercenaries), and the “special group” that they currently belonged to.
Nevertheless, to counter this little problem of suspicion, they had also requested Bak to call Komui and let him know where they were.
Shinju and Serenade got the okay approximately five hours after Bak had hung up the phone.
Back in the present, she had just finished eating the bun when Serenade approached her from behind with a tired grin.
She arched a brow. “That was faster than usual.”
“There wasn’t much to write in the letter,” he responded, returning the arched brow.
“Most of the kids that knew me back then are already all grown up and have moved out of the place.”
“Well… that’s true.” Shinju chuckled.
She threw a pork bun to him, most of which was eaten in a mere one or two bites. He placed the rest elsewhere for later.
Moving a few feet away from each other, the atmosphere around Shinju and Serenade began to crackle with energy. Shinju with her Liu Bei in one hand crouched low. Serenade with his claws on all fingers mimicked the posture until his claws were barely scratching the ground.
The two sacred beasts from within eyed each other with eagerness.
Although they had had plenty of Akuma encounters during the past few months or so, it had been far too long since their last spar.
Almost mutually and without words, they had come to that very same conclusion and agreed upon finding a nice quite area where others would not be able to disturb them so easily.
Or so they thought.
Just as a dragon of wind and a dragon of fire began forming—curling themselves around the two who held the power of the spirits and the elements in the palm of their hands—Shinju sensed a presence different from their own. There was only one – a human’s scent.
Serenade seemed to have caught on as well and reluctantly broke from his battle stance.
Again they made eye contact and sighed.
Not much later a young female Finder arrived, coughing and breathing heavily.
“I’ve been – pant, pant - looking all over for you two!” The Finder braced her hands on her knees. “Why the – cough – heck do you have to be so far away from – pant – the headquarters?! It took me more than two hours to just find you!”
The Finder took another 10 minutes just to rant.
Serenade was just about ready to cram a boulder or a tree into her mouth just to shut her up, but luckily Shinju was able to stop the woman just in time.
Still panting, the Finder quickly and briefly explained to them their next assignment, and when she had finished, Shinju and Serenade glanced at each other with a rare glint of interest.
“What say you, Serenade?” Shinju crossed her arms, glancing over at her companion leisurely.
Serenade began cracking his knuckles again. “If we get to beat the crap out of more Akuma, then I say we go.”
She grinned.
Bidding the Finder – who was starting to groan about having to walk all the way back – farewell, Shinju and Serenade disappeared from her sight in a blurring burst of speed, and soon enough they were gone with the wind.

After a bit of effort Joshua found the training room, "Damn this place is a maze". Opening the door a gust of musty air hits Joshua's keen nose like a hammer, smells of sweat and body order filled the room like a bad perfume. Looking around Joshua notices a obstacle course of terrain in the center of the room there was a open space, Joshua figured that it was a ring or arena of some sorts Joshua. Looking to his left he saw a targets line upon the wall.
Pulling out one of his guns he fires off a few shots cleanly punching holes into the bullseye of each.
"This isn't going to be much of a work out if I don't have an opponent" heading towards the exit to ask Lorraine to be his partner the door opens and a man with blue hair steps in.
"Oh I am sorry I didn't know that the room was being used." Martosu said with a bit of distain
"don't mind me I was just going to go find some one to be my partner, say would you mind sparing with me I really need to work off my last mean and blow off some steam." Joshua said looking at the man bandages. "Say your the guy that got his ass kicked back at the Parthenon man I hate to meet the person you pissed off"
With a frown Martosu replied "Sorry I'd rather not, I'll comeback later." and turns around to walk away, before he gets to far away Joshua grabs the sleeve of his coat and with a smirk on his face, "what are you chicken, afraid your going to get your ass kicked again..."
((ooc: sorry Reco for rubbing the Parthenon in but I needed to figure out something to erk your character in to fighting mine))
Ripping his sleeve out of the other mans grasp, Martosu turned to glare at him, "Afraid of some inexperienced Exorcist like you? Hardly... but since you were so persistent... I suppose I'll help you out."
Since if I can at least help him, then maybe there is some point to being alive....
Drawing his blades, Martosu turned around to look at the other man and the guns he held ,"How are you ever going to fare in a close range situation? Not that it would ever happen if you were faster then your opponent...." Martosu took a step forward and aimed a slash at the man's side, who dodged it and only came away with his clothes in tatters.
So disapointing....but then did I really want his blood on my sword?
With a sigh, Martosu looked at his sword before the man gave a little laugh, "Really, it's no wonder you got your ass kicked by that Noah. What were you thinking anyway, to-" He was cut off as Martosu slammed the end of his sword into his face. "What was I thinking?! You have no right to ask that, you.. little, annoying Exorcist!" Martosu shouted at him before kicking him in abdomen, sending him a few feet back.
Martosu glared at the man as he collected himself, "And don't you dare give me that crap about understanding or caring or wanting to make things better! Just-" he broke off and stared at the ground. "Just get this training over with..." he mumbled.

sliding across the room a bit, man this guy has some serious issues
"Quite honestly I don't give a damn about your feelings, and as far as wanting to make things better, I am not part of the Back Order and I am not as lovey dovey as some of the other peons here. If you can't handle a defeat then I suggest you find your self a nice part of the world and just go die"
Dropping his gun and kicking them out of the ring and far from his reach reaching for the sheath on his back Joshua draws his sword, sending the power of his innocence thought the blade, "and you find that I fair quite will in close combat"
"by the way just what exactly if your problem anyway" Joshua said as he ran forward to slice Martosu with his sword. "I mean some one who obviously has as much experience as you do must have lost a fight or two" with this Joshua thrusts his sword forward clashing and against Martosu's the two begin trying to force the other one backwards, Joshua noticing that he was going to be the victor of this little tug of war shifted his weight and took a half a step back still keeping contact with Martosu's sword allowing the Martosu's weight propel him forward. Using his Katana to direct the distribution of Martosu's weight he pushed the two sword to the side leaving and opening on the right for him to land a knee to the gut. Martosu doubled over Joshua spin around to the left to slice Martosu side but his blade is met
