Bleach Battle Rules
Update of Rules
Now that post increment has been rightfully reinstated, the rules are going to be enforced with much more strictness.
Spoilers
Spoilers are enforced in Bleach Battles
When creating a Manga related battle thread, label the title with spoilers, and make the title relevant to the topic without revealing something like an unknown name or potential ranking.
In anime based threads, use spoiler tags.
Other Rules
1) No pointless battles. These will be closed or deleted without warning. Two types of examples:
- Kon Vs Aizen - Aizen is the obvious winner
- Isshin Vs Ryuuken - we know nothing about these two fighters. The outcome right now would be based on favoritism.
2) Remember the general rules of the forums.
Please make sure you read the following. Ignorance will not be an excuse for breaking the rules.
Also a reminder about ClubBleach's Forum Rules.

Posting a VS thread:
1. Refrain from creating irrational threads. e.g. "Aizen vs Hantarou" matchups with no basis
2. Refrain from creating pointless threads e.g. "Boobs Battle: Who's boobs are the biggest!?"
3. Duplicate threads are not allowed. Members are encouraged to use the Search feature before posting.
Replying to a VS thread:
Think before you post/vote and be logical in your approach. Give reasons for your arguement and support them with facts based on the anime and/or manga. Personal opinion doesn't account for much in situations like these...
The following is not allowed:
- Posting in favor of a character just because you don't like the other(s) he/she is pitted against
e.g. "I really dislike Zaraki. <insert reasons that have nothing to do with Zaraki battling his respective opponent here> therefore, I say <insert Zaraki's respective opponent here> wins."
Or
"I hate Byakugay! Byakugay sux ass!!1 I pick Tousen cuz he pwnz!!0nezor!"
- Posting in favor of a character just because you "like" him/her more than the other(s) he/she is pitted against
e.g. "Hrm...I'm rather partial to Yoruichi; I find everything about her simply orgasmic. Yoruichi vs Byakuya? No contest...Yoruichi wins, IMO."
Or
"w00t! Yoruichi rox my sox! She is teh seks! She easily pwnz _____!1one1!"
- Posting in favor of a character just because you're unfamiliar with the other(s) he/she is pitted against
e.g. "Bya would win! Who's Stark? >_>"
- Posting one sentence replies. Unless it's something constructive, it will be considered spam
Basically, vote for a character and give simple rational logical reasons why he/she beats the other.
ALL OFFENDERS WILL BE WARNED. REPEAT OFFENDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION! ALSO, IF YOU NOTICE YOUR POST WAS DELETED, DON'T BOTHER ASKING WHY
- Replys such as "Bankai = win" or "Shikai pwns them" are not acceptable responses. Give a reason why the Bankai/Shikai is able to defeat the opponent. It's also common etiquette, as it gives your fellow posters a chance to debate and counter. If you don't want your point to be countered, easy thing: Don't post.
If these are replied in a thread, they will be considered invalid answers and inarguable.

Just adding to Decado's comments...
It is NOT OK to verbally assault somebody while debating them. This is NOT acceptable and will be dealt with a very harsh penalty. Your debate should not have posts like "You noob, go read the manga". Too many times I've heard members tell each other that they need to learn how to read. These are all ad-hominem arguments and should be kept out of the debates here.
Let's keep the tone of this section a friendly one.

Since I've had a problem with this recently with many of you, I will just reiterate one important point:
DO NOT POST SPOILERS IN THIS SECTION UNLESS THEY ARE UNDER A SPOILER TAG OR
