The Black Order's Infirmary

[Undying]

The Infirmary is a quiet (relatively - nowhere within a 50 meter radius of the science division can be "quiet"), well lit room. The nurses forcibly try to hush the patients, but as Exorcists go, the room is generally abuzz with verbal fights (particularly between Kanda and Allen, insults such as "stuff-faced bean sprout!" and "girl bakanada!" are oft heard here when the two are present).

However, the infirmary is also a place for relaxed discussions and jokes, even more so than the mess-hall, as people really have nothing to do there but talk. Aside from verbal fights, the occasional belly-laugh can be heard as Exorcists exchange jokes or stories.

"How'd he get here?"

"I don't know, all I saw was just this bag dropping off the skies and bam, Rave is here."

Rave could just barely distinguish voices through the painful haze that clogged his vision. He tried to move, and his ribs scraped painfully in his chest again. He tried to make a sound, but could only cough.

"His lungs are damaged, I think we should get him inside!"

"Yes, let's get him inside!"

Rave slipped back into unconsciousness.

A while later, he woke up again, shuddering. His uniform had been stripped off, and the bandage over his chest suggested that someone performed surgery on his ruined lungs and ribcage.

"Hello Rave." Komui's unusually serious face appeared in his hazy vision.

"Ugh, even when I'm almost killed the first thing I see is you?" Rave groaned. Talking was easier, but still hurt.

"Badmouth as usual. You're ok, I presume?"

"Yes, but... where's General Cross?"

"General Cross!?"

"Yes, he... didn't he bring me here?"

"No, you fell from the skies."

"Oh, so that was that jolt... I'm going to butcher him when I get the chance..."

Komui shook his head. "General Cross saved you... I wonder why?"

"Probably he needed someone to pay his debts, again. Anyway Komui, listen. There were Noah there, and second level Akuma, but it wasn't the Heart."

Komui stared at him.

"Noah? What? Give me a full report, now!"

"And you'll slide off that I failed?"

"Yes, yes, just talk!"

Rave pushed himself to a sitting position, and began his report.

"... And that's about that. Cross picked me up and the next thing I know I'm here."

Komui bit his lower lip. "I'll have to report this to the council, but I think they'll let you slide for the valuable information about Cross Marian."

He stood up. "I'll leave you alone for now, Rave."

Rave slumped back in his bed. He wanted to sleep.

Annabell was waiting at Rave's bedside.

"So your finally up, eh?"

"Uhh...Rave lifted his head up a bit. Whaa...Oh..*smirks* "Yeah I'm awake"

What happend out there? I-I couldn't make it in time...Im sorry..

Noah. He said closing his eyes.

Hiro sat up in his bed in the infirmary bed and looked at his left arm that was bandaged and in a cast, he had alot of scratches but they were not large wounds, he felt a sharp pain on the right of his stomach, that part was the largest wound he had, it was bandaged.
Hiro soon realised he was topless, since he had been bandaged. Hiro got up from the bed and walked towards Rave's bed where beside him Anna was peeling an apple for him.

"Hehe you got yourself messed up pretty good." Laughed Hiro

[Fect]

Komui walked over to Jacques' bedside.

"Happy to see your old friend again?" he asked in a funny tone.

"I'm rather surprised you let him go out to the battlefield, given his research."

"He seemed fond of you~"

"And thanks for those canisters, we got everyone out thanks to them."

"Well, in gratitude, you can help me with paperwork," he said with his eyes twinkling, arms ready to hug Jacques and break his back.

Jacques' foot landed square on his chest. "I'll pass... besides Johnny needs a little cheering up, he still seems haunted by those events 3 years ago."

Komui walked off, grumbling that no one would help him, and outside, Johnny smiled while crying, being pat on the back by Reever.

Leenale was making her rounds, giving drinks out to those in the infirmary.

Jacques got up, and walked outside, with a bunch of Nurses following him. He took a sharp right and moved to the science department.

[Undying]

Rave glanced at Anna. Cute lady, no doubt. But her presence annoyed him somewhat. Then again, he figured, he may be annoyed at Cross and himself, not her.

"Yeah... we'll get them next time..." he smiled. He was always confused about smiles, why did people like them so much? They seemed to put everyone at ease. As for himself, he never cared much for smiles.

He opened his eyes again. "Don't worry about that Anna. Not getting there in time... we all are late at some point in our lives. Just make sure you're not late to grow stronger than your enemies."

Great. Now he was giving people pep-talks. And why did he care? They were just Exorcists, boring and unimportant.

He realized he was caught between his philosophy to what life had taught him.

His philosophy stated that a warrior must be emotionless and frozen, a perfect tool of death.

Life taught him that caring for others sometimes made you stronger.

So which one was right?

He closed his eyes again.

"I want to sleep..." But he couldn't sleep. He had to train, had to grow stronger. Somewhere out there, Xavier was waiting for him. Xavier, the hypocrite Noah who spoke of killing hundreds, thousands, for his own deluded ideals.

Wait, what did I just thought? Did I care about the rest of the world...? No, surely not. I'm just using it as an excuse.

"Hehe you got yourself messed up pretty good." Laughed Hiro

Rave's brow furrowed.

"Can it, kid."

He stood up and started dressing up.

"I didn't see you taking on a Noah head on."

[Fect]

Hei and Miyu were asleep near each other. He took some green tea, poured some for the two of them, then whispered an apology into Hei's and Miyu's ear.

He also left the Quesadilla for the next person who woke up hungry.

Time to head downstairs.

[Shiku]

"I didn't see you taking a Noah head on." said Rave as he got dressed.

"Well I didn't get a chance really....I was told to escape....." Hiro said looking out the window. "Which reminds me...do you know Dimitri's condition?"

Hiro went back to his own bed and started getting dress aswell, he put on his exorcist coat but leaving it unzipped and he didn't put his left arm through the sleeve since it was impossible to in a cast.

"You wanna see if there are more information on that Innocence they destroyed? I heard it wasnt the heart...Or we could grab some food."

[Wacer]

Dimitri wondered into the Infirmary with a temporary cast on each arm, and lots of cuts over his normally flawless skin. They had patched him up pretty well on the train ride over but he need to get himself looked at properly.

Looking around him Dimitri saw that a couple others where here as well. It seems he was one of the later ones to arrive but he had never been good at finding his way around things. He would of just rested in his room for a couple of days but Komui would most likely chew him out for it. plus he had been avoiding the man as he was sure that he would just love to get his hands on his innocents in the excuse that he was trying to fix it.

As he was having a nurse look over his wounds he spotted hiro getting ready to make his leave

"Hay hiro over here" I called to him as i dismissed the nurse that was look over me.

"So where you able to keep the innocents safe, even though we may of lost, you being able to make it back with it mean we can still mark this up as a simi win. I assume it was not the heart though or we would see Komui dancing through the halls in his goofy ways"

[Alerane]

Miyu woke up reluctantly, feeling sore everywhere. As her amber eyes blinked away the gunk in her eyes and she sat up her hand went to her head, where a bandage was wrapped. When did I hit my-, she started recall the events with the Noah. Groaning she glanced around.

Looking around she saw Hei asleep on the bed next to hers and a few other Exorcists talking a few beds over. There was some green tea next to the bed, and shrugging off the question of who put it there Miyu took a sip, glad for the heat.

Putting down the cup, Miyu swung her legs around to the bedside, and tested standing up. She was fine until she straightened up, and the nausea hit her stomach. Sitting back down on her bed with a plop she decided she was dizzy because of the blow to her head.

She looked over to Hei in the bed next to her, and asked, "Hey Hei, you awake?"

She wondered what had happened to Jacques after she blacked out.

[Shiku]

"Yeah the innocence is safe don't worry I'll go hand it to the science department later on." Hiro barely managed to slip his glove on with one arm. "How're your wounds?"

[Wacer]

"There is nothing to worry about, I heal really quickly, I am surprised that i did not heal on the train ride here. I am just coming over her to make sure that nothing serious is wrong, that and hiding from Komui" i said with a sweat drop

"That is good to hear, you looked like you took some nasty cuts in that Battle back there" hiro said with a little worry

"I told you it is nothing, Once i finish getting looked over how about we go and grab some grub, I could eat about 10 boxes of pizza, a chicken, a 5 layer cake and some pasta right now" A hungry look staring to appear in my eyes

Hiro just gave me a nervous kinda look

[Shiku]

"Haha you better get those casts off then, or else you won't be able to eat all that food."

A nurse came over and told Dimitri to sit down on a bed, she checked him all over and said.

"Ok you're healed mostly, you can take those casts off now."

The nurse took the casts off Dimitris arms, he smiled as his arms are finally free and was able to move them.

"Hey nurse can you take mine off too?" Asked Hiro.

"Yeah sure."

The nurse took the cast off and Hiro shook his arm out, happy to be freed he slipped his left arm into the sleeve of his Exorcist coat.

"Ok I'm ready now, you must be really hungry so let's go."

[Jim Hawkins]

"Damn. Just get me patched up so i can get the hell back to work."

"Dante, I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"I feel that it was because of me that we weren't able to win."

"Just blame Occult. Things are easier that way."

"Screw you Dante. Maybe if you and Luke weren't. . ."

Two nurses sat them down and made them shut up.

"Be quiet you heal faster." The nurse said as she tended another Exorcist.

"To be one with your self is to be one with another."

Dante began to drift off into sleep. Luke was ordering some food to bring him while he healed up and as he waited for Dante.

Dante woke up to find Occult sitting in a chair behind a desk in there revamped world. Occult was reviewing the battle.

". . .and if Luke had just. . . Oh so you made it. I've been afraid that I might be going crazy. I feel that there is another Presence."

"We've been over this and. . ."

"What if we are the dominant together and that the one that was really created is somewhere hidden waiting and the Presence of the Noah is slowly brining it back?"

"Sometimes I hate you. I guess we'll have to be careful."

Then a maniacal laughter was heard and Dante woke up in the Infirmary.

[Fect]

Jacques wandered back in, drinking his half-melted smoothie, making sure to get the last little bit of what was left.

The nurses who were following him earlier were trying to hold down a patient, one of the Exorcists from the battle.

Miyu was watching Hei, who seemed to be in a deep sleep.

"Doing better Miyu?" Jacques light-heartedly asked.

"Much better," she responded in a peppy voice. Jacques poured a little more of the pot into her cup, and then plugged in a bed-warmer and placed the pot and Hei's cup on top of it.

"I'm sorry, I was a prideful coward back there..."

[Alerane]

"Don't say things like that, Jacques. At least you tried something, and you did more than I did."

Miyu was trying to lighten the mood. She was sure that many of the Exorcists on the last mission regretted something they did. She herself had felt useless throughout it.

"Anyways, thank you so much for the tea. You didn't have to."

She took another sip.

[Fect]

"It was the least I could do," he gave the slightest smile, but still was depressed from the events.

"I'll wait here until you two wake up..." He said, sighing.

Jacques then pulled out two books, laying one on the stand near the bed. He began to read a book by Søren Kierkegaard. He sat quietly, and gave out a wimper. "Thanks Miyu."

Angie woke up and looked around. The white walls made a contrast with the last thing she saw before losing her consciousness. Waking up she sit on the bed and saw she was on the infirmary. She touched her necklace and felt it was still in place. Trying to get up she felt sore all over her body and just decided to stay a few more minutes on bed. A man dressed in white with a strange hat and glasses came to her and with a huge smile said.

"Oi Miss Schwartz my name is Komui and I want to apologize for the misunderstanding that happened back. I mean nothing happened to you on the mission right?" he sounded a bit apprehensive and till a certain point he began to sweat.

"No nothing happened. The team was really nice with me, but I... couldnt help them...I...They are they alright?" was her response with the same apprehension Komui showed.
"No everyone is alright, they are on their rooms here recovering." said Komui.

Angie made a silent prayer giving thanks since everyone made it. Still she felt a bit disappointed she couldn't help more, but her thoughts then turned into a resolve of then working hard to be more ready for next battle. With a huge smile she asked for everyone;s room and started to go to the kitchen to prepare some homemade desserts for everyone.

[Alerane]

Miyu smiled and lay back on the bed, right hand subconsciously feeling along the back of the bandage, straightening out knots in her hair as well. Her thoughts began to stray to other things when she realized something.

She hadn't checked on Rust since the train trip to Germany.

Eyes widening she panicked and reached over towards her coat, but she found nothing in the pocket, Her ferret was missing.

"Shit!"

[Fect]

Jacques looked on in surprise. "What's wrong?"

"Rust is missing! Where is he?!"

"Rust?"

"My ferret! Where'd...?"

Jacques, still a little stunned, hopped up. Miyu, in her best efforts, toppled over as she tried to hurry out of bed.

"Miyu!"

Jacques and several other nurses moved her back onto her bed.

"Where do you think Rust is?"

He asked for the nurse to send a finder quickly. Alec walked in behind them.

[Alerane]

"Dammit."

Miyu swore under her breath after thanking Jacques and the nurses for helping her back up, a bit embarrassed of how easily she had fallen over.

"He wouldn't have left the pocket until we were back here at HQ, so he's either in the Mess Hall and headed for my room in the best case scenario."

She put her hand to her temple trying to think back to other places Rust had run off to before.

[Fect]

The finder appeared, "What do you need, Exorcist-sama?"

Jacques whispered in his ear, and the Finder was rather upset with his request. "You honestly want me to go find that? And here I thought you'd..."

Miyu looked over towards him with a bright smile, and the finder's face turned red. "Right away sir."

Miyu went back to laying down and thinking about potential spots.

"Is there any other person he might like?"

Alec stood nearby, with semi-long hairs on his jacket.

[Alerane]

"Umm, no one I can think of. I haven't really shown Rust to anyone... I'm sure he's fine, just..."

Miyu felt a bit bad for freaking out about Rust. It was her pet was all, and she should be thinking about more important things.

"I'm sure he's not far, if anything he's probably still in the hall or something. As long as he doesn't get in anyone's way he'll be fine."

[Fect]

The finder returned, crying. "I'm sorry, miss, but I stepped on him outside your door... he was scratching and I don't know why he was sitting there or why I didn't notice him."

"Rust!"

She picked up the slightly scared ferret out of the finder's hands, rubbing its forehead against her own. It seemed less afraid around her, and Jacques just smiled. At least we got that right...

[Alerane]

Placing him carefully in the crook of her arm, Miyu ran her hand over the the furry coat of the ferret. He soon stopped shaking, and she smiled brightly.

"Don't worry, mister, he is fine. He's gone through much worse than being stepped on. Thank you for bringing him in."

"Uh, no problem, miss."

The Finder seemed on edge, but Miyu wasn't concerned. She turned back to Jacques.

"I think I'm going to get a bit more sleep, maybe if I get some rest I won't get as dizzy."


((I'm off for tonight, I need sleep more than Miyu XD))

[Fect]

"Alright, sleep well," Jacques murmured.

He walked out of the infirmary, leaving the tea on the bed warmer, taking the quesadilla with him.

Now what to do...

He took a bite out of the quesadilla.

((I don't sleep. Well, I do, so see you all tomorrow.))

Hei opens his eyes in the bright room, the smell undeniably indicating he was in the infirmary.

Infirmary? What happened to Germany? Hei muses, as he sits himself up and notices that someone had left some green tea near the bed, between his and one that was occupied by a sleeping Miyu.

"Hei, Hei, Hei...." Komuii weaves through the orderlies and attendants to Hei's bedside.

"Heard you had a little mishap in Germany? Something to do with not being aware of your surroundings?" Komuii has a nagging tone, which Hei knows well.

"Calm yourself," Hei replies as he sips on the green tea, thankful for whomever may have left it. "Nobody died."

"You don't even know that!" Exclaims Komuii, a look of disbelief covering his face.

"I do now, you'd have been a different sort of pissed had I killed anybody important." This leads to a tangent in Hei's thoughts about how easily Komuii was to read, until he was serious in the least.

"Nevertheless, we can not accept such flagrant disregard for the safety of your squad mates." Now a stern look of disapproval from the supervisor.

Maybe I finally got under his skin. Though, what I'm supposed to do about it I'd like to know.

"You put me in a team, Komuii. I made sure you knew everything about me before I signed on with the order, so that I wouldn't have to sit here listening to this speech." At this Hei begins to clamber out of the bed, slightly off balance.

Putting a hand out to steady him, Komuii helps Hei til his balance is regained.

"Well, on a different note, you should also really be thankful for your innocence. Of all the injuries you had none of them needed any medical treatment, only time. Seems that your innocence has certain regenerative properties, something I'd like to look into later on if you don't mind. However this regenerative property also seems to have been a constant drain on your innocence, likely why you were asleep longer than most even after healing on your own."

Like hell, I'd be missing a finger in no time.

"So it saves some trouble, I knew that, and I'll pass on the offer. You can't do anything with my innocence anyhow, as you can't get that overly frightening drill into what has no form." After hearing this, Komuii looks a little dismayed. No doubt it irked him to have something he couldn't play with properly. Hei on the other hand, was eternally grateful that there was in fact nothing to drill on his body.

Frowning, Komuii saw Hei to the door, "Miyu and Jacques were looking after you, you should thank them when you can." A pointed glance to Miyu's bed.

"Will do, thank you for letting me know that." Looking towards the sleeping Miyu as well, Hei wonders why there is a weasel poking out from her blankets. "I won't wake her, she'll heal fastest if she's left alone while asleep."

I might have gotten up too quick. No way a weasel is sleeping with a girl in the infirmary of all places.

Leaving the infirmary behind Hei makes his way towards the dining hall, intent on piling down a tray with various foods then returning to his room for some relaxation.

Wonder if Jacques will be there, Jean too, I'd like to know what happened to him. Ah, I should bring back some more tea for Miyu, food too. Wonder what she likes? Oh well I'm planning on a bit of everything anyway, she'll have a choice, if she's awake.

((Hei is now entering the cafeteria, more to come later. Also need to make his room >.>))

[Alerane]

Miyu yawned and stretched as she woke up, feeling considerably better than she had when she had first got up. Carefully shifting Rust onto the pillow, she stood, finding the dizziness from earlier gone.

Getting dressed and pulling on her Black Order coat, Miyu noticed Hei had left while she was asleep. Shrugging the thought away she decided she'd ask how he was feeling later, since she'd try to run into him.

Grabbing her boomerang that was by her coat, Miyu planned to go out to the training grounds, considering how she'd been lazing about here for so long. Snatching up Rust and putting him in her pocket, she left the infirmary.

[Fect]

Oww Oww Oww Oww...

Komui was poking him all over. "So, how did you get your innocence fixed? Huh? Huh? Huh...?"

"Quit that," Jacques said.

Komui replied, "It's my job to keep you safe, and even though Kanda was the mission leader, you'll probably have a tough session after you file your report."

Great... Now everyone has to know.Jacques raised an eyebrow. The others were nearby. "As soon as you're healed, come see me to help with paperwork."

Miyu and Hei were the next two beds to his right. Shirou and Kanda had refused treatment, but Komui was sure to tell Shirou to get into the infirmary.

A cup of tea was left at his bed... Who left it? I've been sleeping more lately, so I suppose that anyone could have gotten it...

[Tyekanik]

Coming around to once again find himself waking in the infirmary, Hei sits up rubbing his temples.

"Ah, awake at the most inopportune moments as usual." States an attendant, holding a scanning device at her side and stepping back. It seems with Hei's regeneration coupled with the unusual long periods of time he sleeps after each incident causes people to become accustomed to his unmoving presence in the room. He needs no care, only to be left alone. So when he suddenly sits up, it usually catches people by surprise.

"Ah, sorry about that." Hei bashfully apologizes as he lowers his head into his hands to hide the fact. There's just something about being defenseless and asleep while someone else is going over your personal health Hei finds deeply embarassing.

Put on the spot again, I told Komui to just drop me off in my room if I'm sleeping when I get back.

"Oh its no problem, I was just checking on a few things." Sounding slightly perturbed herself, the girl fidgets with a handheld device Hei could see from underneath his hands.

Thats not a medical device. Damned Komui.

"Find anything that'll benefit Komui?" In a cold tone of voice, Hei inquires into the nature of the device, which is of course keyed to Komui's quest for knowledge. Admirable of the man, but not everyone appreciates being scanned and prodded while asleep.

"Oh, well...that is...you got us." Hei could tell that this attendant wasn't very concerned for his privacy.

I'm not in the mood for this.

Kicking off the sheets, Hei stands beside the bed, back to the attendant, while noticing he is wearing only his underpants.

Hell no. They undressed me while I was sleeping again.

"Ok thats an invasion of privacy now you listen here you little...eh?" As Hei finally comes around and faces the intruding attendant, he notices something he should have initially. Or at least taken the time to look, but had been distracted by Komui's hand in things. Such as the unusual dress for an attendant, or the scars marking the visible side of her face, or the monkey on her shoulder.

Dear Christ its Cloud! And in front of her stood Hei, clad in sleepwear. For that matter, he had drawn the attention of all the infirmary staff at this point.

I'm half naked yelling at a Marshall! May God have mercy on my soul.

As he was attempting to stammer any response, Marshall Cloud gives a mock bow and grins wickedly at Hei.

"Sorry, Ashura-san, but Komui had decided to do some investigating, and being the one that subdued you and brought you back, I have a vested interest in you myself." Speaking as if Hei were a runaway pet had always irked him, and she continued the practice as if she enjoyed keeping Hei off balance.

Wrapping the bedsheet around himself as if it were a makeshift toga, Hei regains his composure and asks what it was she was doing, albeit much more politely than originally intended.

"Oh, just wondering what type of Innocence you had, thats all." A dismissive gesture.

"What type of innocence? You guys don't know that already? Can I give my own advice! It has something to do with fire." Unable to stop the sarcasm, regretfully, Hei reflects on this.

Glaring coldly at Hei, Cloud responds "Fire, yes. Though tell me, is that your own influence upon the innocence or the innocence's influence upon yourself? The goal of every exorcist is survival, to survive, you must grow powerful. At the top, you have Marshalls, the goal of every exorcist who wishes to survive becomes this through necessity."

I love her reasoning.

"Ok, everyone wants to be a Marshall, whats that got to do with scanning me?"

"Everything, each and every exorcist has the potential to become a Marshall, so why would we not want to know everything about you guys who may one day lead the Order's forces in the field?"

"Logic, logic logic. Some things are not meant to be prodded, ever hear that poking a bush draws out a snake? Some things work best left alone." As Hei says this, Clouds demeanor grows even colder.

"It's your fear that annoys me, Hei. You don't even want to know about something that resides in your own body. I didn't drag you back so you could mope around the lower ranks of the exorcists. You are a decade older than most, which puts you severely late with achieving level two."

"So, I'm a late bloomer. If you don’t mind, I’d like to get dressed and go crush Komui’s larynx with my boot.” Grabbing his uniform and turning to stalk off, Hei is caught by the Marshall’s grip.

“We’re going to Komui’s office together, actually. I’m going to see you off on another mission. Remember I brought you back, you reflect on me. There have been enough casualties, every exorcist must put forth all they can.” Hauling Hei after her, Cloud sets off for Komui’s office.

[Alerane]

As the racket in the infirmary ensued Miyu groaned and rolled over on her bed, rubbing her eyes. What was going on? She looked up just in time to see Hei getting dragged out of the infirmary.

Glancing around the room she saw there was hardly anyone left in the room. Shoot! Why do I always sleep the heaviest?! I need to see if there's another mission, and get out this place. Her hate for HQs was welling up again.

Hurriedly grabbing her stuff, Miyu ran out of the room while pulling on her coat and strapping her boomerang to her leg.

Kaze walked into the Infirmary, all the while looking interested at the walls and the ceiling.

"Your first time?" a guy dressed in a white coat enquired.

"Err.. yep," Kaze said awkwardly. "I'm pretty okay. I just want a bed to rest." Most of his wounds have closed up, and after having his bath, he was feeling better than he had in weeks.

Collasping onto a fluffy white bed, kaze sighed and closed his eyes.

He grinned. "Not bad place, here."

Kaze finally rested enough. Back to perfect condition, save for body aches, he was completely rejuvinated.

Getting out of bed, he smiled. "Its time to head to London as reinforcements."

With that, he disappeared from the room and raced off to catch up with Rave. Much to his horror again, he saw his older brother Takai waiting for him.

''So this is the infirmary?'' Takeshi asked his guide, a man from the Science Group.

''Yes, you can come here and heal if you ever get injured in battle...which will be often", said the man in white coat, with a small, mean grin in his face. This however did not affect Takeshi much. He has gotten injured many times in his journey to this place. ''A little bit more pain won't hurt", he thought.

"Alright, now let me show you the other places. Should we go to the Dinning Commons next? I suppose you must be hungry" Takeshi only nodded and followed the man out.

Luke arrived in the infirmary and requested a bed next to Dante's. The Nurses had put Dante in an iron lung after patching the wound. After Luke was stitched up he laid down and slept. Just waiting for Dante to wake him up with some warm food and a kiss on the cheek like every other morning.

Takeshi came in with Hiro and Keisuke, and as they lay down on a bed each, Takeshi told with one of the nurses: "They don't have many wounds, but they're pretty tired, so warm food and water would do good, thank you." With a small bow, Takeshi left the Infirmary, walking in the direction of Komui's office.

As Rexus enter the room, the people there stared at him.

'I wonder what will Crescent say if he is awake now,' thought Rexus, humming happily 'After all, I carried him in bridal type from the port until here. Hehehe...'

When he laid Crescent on one of the unoccupied bed, a nurse came and asked if they need some medical aid.

"Oh, no, thanks... My wounds and his had been healed in the ship (thanks to Crescent's Healing ability)," answered Rexus. "We just need some rest now." 'And food, actually... but I want to sleep first...'

Crescent eyes started to open slightly. His face was wet from sweat.

"Are you okay, Crescent?" asked Rexus from his side in a worried tone. Apparently he had move from his bed to the chair next to Crescent's bed. "That nightmare again?"

"Yeah. But no worries, I'm fine...," replied Crescent, wiping the sweat away from his face with his clothes. He always has the dream when his parents died and his big brother died. But he rarely got them now. "I think it's because I'm too hungry." He started to pout shyly when his stomach growled.

Now Rexus really want to hugs the boy in front of him. But he hold it, thought. He don't want to be kicked out from the infirmary because he made Crescent scream. So he just continue to ask," Well, do you want to rest again?"

"No, I told you I want to eat....," replied Crescent "Let's go to the dining hall."

"Ok, little brother...."

Zero walks in chewing on his 75th bubble gum. " Hey, someone bring me food and fix my arm? It still hurts."

Jean's eyes were fixed on a trance-like gaze through the window. The soft vermilion glow of the setting sun illuminated the petunias in the infirmary, highlighting their unspoken brilliance as symbols of life, against a backdrop of heavy wounds and suffering.

How many years has it been now since I've been an Exorcist?

Jean sighed as his scattered thoughts wander around the death of the General. He knew it was a difficult mission bordering on impossible and to a point genocide, but there was still the chance he could have been saved if only he reached his location in time.

Eyes now transfixed on his injured hand, covered with bandages and the combination of burns and salt still stinging, he could only question himself and his innocence- why have the ability to revive someone if he could not use it when he most needed it? If he was there only a few minutes after the General took his last breath, he could have revived him with a small shock.

"How ironic life can be..."

Shooting up from his bed in the Infirmary Dimitri was instantly on high alert not realizing that he had been knocked out for the trip while Takeshi had dragged them from there battle with the noah

Winching a little at the bruises that where staring to fade from last fight Dimitri calmed down realizing that he was safe within the order.

"I will have to thank Takeshi the next time I see him" he said talking to himself

One of the nurses in the room took notice of the now awake Dimitri and was over there in a flash to settle him back down

"Little master you must not be moving around so much, you need to rest some more before you should be moving about"

"I am fine, i sleep the whole way here and that is plenty anf i have have told you guys to drop the master title, i have long since left that life behind me" Dimitri huffed with irritation.

Seeing that he had spent the many months training in the order without a general most of HQ knew of his past and the family he had come from. As much as he wanted to have them treat him just like any of the others, people still though of him as still having that higher status and keep treating him as such. they could at least take off the little part

"I am sorry Little master, i will try and remember next time" she said with a smile as she turned away to help some others.

Getting up out of the bed and seeing that his stiffness had worn off Dimitri pulled on the cloths that had been laid out for him and made his way out of the Infirmary.

Cautiously moving as to make as little sound as possible, Jean lifted himself up his creaky little bed and walked slowly out the room to a little garden lit by the glittering silver rays of moonlight.

Has my life been reduced to unending fighting?

He stared at the pale blank faced moon as he listened to the orchestras of the night. The rustling of a water fountain filled the air as the sight of luminous fireflies danced and darted across the star-filled sky. Jean sat there for hours, unable to sleep as countless thoughts raced through his mind.

"Well" he softly said to himself, "I guess I should better catch some shuteye." He slowly walked back to the entrance when he found a trail of destruction amongst the corridors.

Jean ran to the nearest nurse. "What happened?!"

"I-It...It was R-Rave..." the short frightened nurse stuttered, her face pale as she felt blood dripping from her right cheek. Her shaky cries were drowned out by a sudden announcement.

"Would all exorcists please come to my office now. This is urgent."

Komui?

"Ribbet!"

"Ribbet!"

Oh shut up!

"Ribbet!"

Oxygen flowed into my lungs at an irregularly high rate filling my chest with air. My eyes opened suddenly, my body jolted to an upright seating, and my innocence activated, all a reaction of the adrenaline that was pumped into my system a few minutes before my blackout.

My blackout? Right... The Noah that self-detonated.

"Are you alright child?"

The soothing voice of the familiar. The Cardinal was here, next to my bed waiting for me to open my eyes. The shame that I felt befall me as he witnessed my failure as a bookman.

"I'm sorry you had to see me like thi-"

"I'm glad you're safe Raphael. You have no idea how terrified I was when I heard that you were severely wounded in battle against a Noah. The Lord must have been smiling down upon you; you were found amongst the rubble, barely breathing and knocked out unconcious. Your body was bleeding profusely as one of the doctor's said, luckily you weren't lethally wounded."

"I'm sorry again..."

"It's alright Child. More importantly though, have you seen it?"

"Yes Cardinal. A power unfathomable by any innocence on the face of the planet. It was ridiculous just watching him, let alone fighting him. The Noah had a pet akuma, I believe the akuma's name was "Kujaku"."

"Kujaku you say... Peacock. Hmm... Perhaps you should ask the seasoned bookman for a lead on this Noah. I'm afraid my humble knowledge wouldn't be of much use to you right now."

"You're right. I think Panda was on the ship heading t- Ow, ow, ow!"

The Cardinal's eyes softened the pain I felt aching all over my body. His hand passed over my face, shutting my eyelids and inducing me to a state of deep sleep.

"After you've rested I meant... Always the diligent one; Raphael."

Jacques awoke.

"How long have I been asleep?"

Hei on the bed next to him replied: "3 days."

3 days?!

"I am feeling better..."

A nurse walked on by with food, and Jacques requested some. Yawning, he quickly ate what he had ordered, which was slightly more than a normal person's fill.

Komui yelled over the speaker: "This is urgent. Please come to the office."

I'm feeling better... I'm not dead yet, so let's head over.

He hopped out of bed, leaving a messy tray and bed behind.

Having once again awoken in the infirmary, which was becoming quite the routine, Hei takes a look around to see if anyone is already intruding on him. Luckily, there isn't, only more exorcists on beds.

Jacques questioned how long he had been in the bed, Hei answers, having gleaned that information from an attendant earlier.

An announcement, all exorcists are needed in Komui's office.

Well, not like I'm still injured. Why bother checking anymore, overnight is pretty much everything these days.

Jacques and Jean had left, as does Hei, this time wearing significantly more than the last. In the hall, a swathe of destruction awaited.

"...was..R-Rave" From ahead, apparently the unfriendly guy was being well, unfriendly.

Hei is stopped by a brief moment by Reever, who is looking haggard as usual. Inquiring to what is going on during this urgency, Reever only asks one question.

"Do you remember anything about the technique on the beach, like something you've seen?" Looking puzzled, Hei shakes his head. The situation had been quite different, it would be obvious if such a thing happened.

"Why?" Demands Hei, whenever something elusive is happening, there are reasons for it.

"Sorry no time, you need to catch up already, well now get going another Exorcist is at stake!" Shooing him on before sprinting off to his own duties, Reever disappears.

How trusting. These people are getting weirder and weirder each and every time.

Hiro was woken up from his deep slumber by Keisuke, who was standing beside his bed and poking him.

"Stop that! How long have i been sleeping?" Hiro said clearly irritated.

"Errrmm..About a day i think, i just woke up myself! I'm hungryyy!" Whined Keisuke.

"Alright alright...I'll take you to the dining commons, BUT you have to come with me to Komui, you need to register yourself as an exorcist and get your uniform."

"Yaaay!!!"

Hiro got up from his bed and got dressed, he and Keisuke headed down to the dining commons.

Dante had healed completely at an astonishing rate. He had gotten out of bed and to see Luke still sleeping. Dante woke Luke up in the same manor he did every morning with a kiss on the cheek.

"Time to get up sleepy head."

Luke slowly opened his eyes to see Dante standing over him smiling. Luke could hardly believe it. He leaped out of bed and gave Dante a hug.

"I was so worried about you. I thought you were going to die. The nurses tried to kick me out after my injuries healed but after they left I shadow walked in here."

Dante hit Luke upside the head and smiled.

"I told you not to use that. Thanks Luke I ow you one."

The two proceeded out of the Infirmary where they bumbed into Komui. He told them the urgency of this mission and the two set off.

[Toukestu Zero]

" Need healing?" asked a nearby nurse. "Nah, not really," Zero answered as he walked in. " I didn't get hurt, all I did was get into trains... and now i want my bubble gum."

[Lethe]

Sighing out loud, Shinju laid back on the bed, head on her palms, to stare at the ceiling.
Neither wanting to sleep nor eat, she simply wanted to think.

That woman… she murmured quietly to herself, conjuring up the face of the one who had attacked her before clearly within her mind, but before she could stop herself, Shinju growled deep within her throat – feral and untamed like the snarl of a wild animal, and at the same time it was filled with the sense of heavy irritation.

Watching others suffer was nothing new to her and neither was pain, though the absence of that stinging feeling bothered her for a short time.

Been there, done that – this is nothing new. Nothing new at all. She told herself.

That person—whoever she was—caught her on a bad day and simply added fuel to the fire.
There were only two people in this entire world that she allowed to touch her head like that, and that woman wasn’t one of them.

But on top of all that, hadn’t she tripped, tumbled, and landed her face in the snow enough for a day? And then, just when she’d arrived at the scene, she ended up in the snow again.

What kind of cruel torture was that?!

“Um…”

Shinju was so lost in her thoughts that it took her a bit to register the fact that there was somebody standing by the end of the bed.
Blinking twice, Shinju sat up and grinned. “Can I help you?”

“I-I’m sorry! I’m new here, a-and, um…”

“Is something wrong?”

The nurse shook her head furiously. “N-no, it’s just that, um… you’ve been released and one of the other nurses just sent me here to tell you that.
Ah, but, um… can I ask you a question first?”

“Sure.”

“How on earth did you heal that fast? All of those injuries… they were gone within a day!” The nurse wildly waved her hands in the air to emphasize it. “I’ve never seen anything like it, especially from a child like you.”

Shinju cocked her head to the side in thought, though the word “child” did irk her a little. Oh the drawbacks from looking like a thirteen-year-old...

“Well…” she began, “Innocence gives different people different abilities, and mine just happens to be associated with the blood that flows through my veins. A simple side-effect, I guess.”
But judging by all of the notes that the woman was jotting down on her clipboard, it wasn’t as simple as she thought it was. Shinju resisted the urge to raise an eyebrow.

“Need to know anything else?”

“No, no, nothing else. Well, um, thank you for your time, Shinju-san.”

Getting up to stretch, Shinju was able to glance at the tag on the woman’s shirt.

“You’re very welcome, Ms. Jennifer,” she replied. “And now if you’ll excuse me, there’re some things that I must attend to.”

The nurse simply nodded and smiled, watching her as she exited the room… and nearly got a heart attack a while later when Shinju suddenly popped her head into the room just as she was reaching for the doorknob.

“Sh-Shinju-san?” she stammered.

Her face changed from white to red so fast that Shinju couldn’t tell if she was still shocked or incredibly embarrassed. Or both.

“Jennifer…” she said slowly, “please don’t hesitate to talk with anybody else here in the Black Order, okay? I’m sure that you’ll make plenty of friends in no time.”

A little surprised, the woman began smiling again, “Thank you…”

And with that said, Shinju slipped off and out of sight (probably to find one upset Serenade who stormed off after finding out that she had been injured).

"Nurse-san! How is my brother?"

"Don't worry he's just too tired, he overworked himself and he has some cuts and bruises here and there but nothing serious don't worry."

"Really? That's a relief....."

Hiro stirred in his sleep as the voices continued talking, he slowly opened his eyes and he finds himself staring at a white ceiling and he was lying in a bed.

"What happened?" Hiro said.

"Hirroooo!!! You're awake!" Keisuke shouted happily as he glomped Hiro from the front.

".....Get off me.."

Keisuke obeyed but he smiled happily.

"Nurse-san here said you over worked yourself! You fainted because of that!"

"oh...I see."

Hiro got up and he stood up and dressed into a black shirt and jeans, they seemed to be his "casual" clothes.

"Thanks for your hospitality, I'm leaving now"

Hiro walked out of the infirmary and he headed towards the dining hall.

Crescent...

Crescent arrived at the infirmary, being carried by some finders for his attempt to met Rexus without treating his wounds. He gave a long sigh and received his treatment obediently. After the nurse had fullfill their works, Crescent picked up his clothes and put them back to his well built body, even tought it was slimmer than the average boy's on his age. He quickly walked toward his partner's room, hoping he was still there.

[Fect]

Jacques went in with Angie and both laid down. The head nurse walked over, and terrified him: "I have so many other people to treat. Don't think you're the only one..."

With that, Jacques decided to not get a few ribs looked at, but the nurse had other plans. She immeadiately took an X-ray of his chest. "You're fine, sir. I suggest you leave and let me get back to my work."

Jacques calmly walked out of the room, then gasped for breath. 'No wonder I hate that place.'

Outside the BO

"Ehh, this is the place alright." After having watched a couple of exorcists return, and waiting for a few hours Hei approached the BO as the gate opened due to a few finders leaving.

"Hei-san! We heard you had been captured!" One of the finders exclaimed.

"No worries, Noah aren't as bright as they appear to be." With that Hei disappears into the interior of the structure, however one of the finders, named Katalina (worked with Hei a few times before) followed him in insisting he go to the Infirmary. Word was immediately relayed to him upon 'Hei's return.'

Infirmary

Leading him by the hand, Katalina deposits Hei into the infirmary for a checkup, which after the Nurse looks over him, notices that nothing is the matter.

"Seems your Innocence's healing capabilities have improved again, this time you don't even need rest."

"Well, I'm not as weak as I was." A rather abrupt reply which seemed to startle Katalina. With that, Hei exits to the corridor. Over the intercom a request for Hei's presence in Komui's office is issued.

Damn these people. I don't even know the way.

"Ah, you there, I'm physically fit as a fiddle but a tad woozy, would you mind allowing me to lean on your shoulder as we go to Komui's?" This idea might end up being more troublesome than it was worth.

"Are, are you sure Hei-san?" Katalina seemed a mix of giddiness and uneasiness, Hei usually kept his distance from her, yet was also a bit kinder. And he usually called her by her name.

"Just what happened? You seem out of sorts." Katalina's questioning gaze.

Sighing, the two continue their way as Hei begins making up stories and trying to think of what to tell the Black Orders Head.

This love of adventure might prove troublesome indeed.

Angie lay down and waited for her turn. The head nurse proceed to examined Jacques and then release him. The way he walked made her suppress a giggle and smiled.

"My my looks like loverboy had done a job on your uh?" said Rashar with a sleazy smile.
"You wish Rashar, Jacques is just being a gentleman and..." try to reply Angie.
"Nonsense didnt you saw the way he looked at you when you thank him? You must be blind Angelique..."
"Ouch" was Angies complain when the nurse pinch her arm,"What was that for?"
"Because you was like in a catatonic state. I said take off your clothes for examination, please." said the head nurse.

Angie blushed embarrased and obeyed the orders. The head nurse and one of the doctors examined her rib cage and any other part of her body for scars. The only visible was the one on her chest but there were no marks from the wounds taken on the battle of Asian Headquarters. The team took notes and then request Angie to take another day to rest. Angie was disappointed since she wanted to start training right away but she knew they weren't going to let her do it. With a sigh she nods in agreement and went back to get her get her stuff.
Outside the Infirmary Angie tried to see what to do or where to go but she was lost. When she arrived she forgot to left her stuff on her new room and now she didnt even know where it was. Perhaps I should ask Komui-sama about it. Nodding with resolve she began to walk until she smell something familiar. It was Jacques scent but how? She tried to ask Rashar but apparently she decided to take a nap on those moments. Following the scent she arrived to Komui's office.

[Kenken]

The head nurse came into the infirmary, and walked towards Kimiko, who was laying down on the bed, reading a book about the Napoleonic Wars.

"Kimiko-chan," the nurse called.

"Oh, hi head nurse!" Kimiko explained, smiling at her.

"How are you feeling?"

"I"m feeling quite well, I think I can leave now," Kimiko said nervously. She has tried to elave before, only to be find out and scolded by the head nurse. Her brother Kenshin was out on a mission, most probably fighting to the death while she was here, in a bed, resting and doing nothing.

"In fact, you can leave now if you wish so. Komui has also asked for you to go to the science gorup room. It's about your innocence."

"There's nothing wrong with it, right?" Kimiko asked worried. "I do not think so, but you should go."

"Thank you head nurse." Kimiko got up and started to change. Once she was finished she left the Infirmary.

Jacques woke up and rubbed his chin. 'I didn't know Hei was that strong...'

He picked up a glass of water sitting next to him, when Komui paid a visit.

"JACKY-KUN~~~ How nice of you to come back! And victorious! This is a new development."

"I killed Xavier."

"Yes, well... WHAT?!"

The room stopped moving, and stared at Jacques. He hopped out of bed. "Did you ever get in contact with the Germany team, that 'Hei' was with?"

"No..."

Jacques grabbed his coat. "I'm heading out," he said as he buttoned it up.

[Fect]

Jacques awoke on the bed, with the head nurse overlooking him. "How nice of you to stay for once. You've always run out before I can make you better."

He slipped the bedsheets over him, scared of the nurse. After she was long gone, he slipped out from under the covers. His entire chest was covered in bruises; and he overheard something from one of the doctors: "His entire ribcage, liver, stomach, and spleen were destroyed. It's amazing he's still alive."

Johnny popped in, and handed Jacques a small note. "I really want to play you again. I've been practicing."

"I haven't!" Jacques shouted back.

He rolled out of bed onto the floor. The Doctors and nurses ran over to help, but he got up fine, ate a tray on the table, then laid down for a bit longer.

A few days passed, and he hopped out of bed and walked out the door.

Lorraine walked in a calm pace to the infirmary. After using most of her skills to cure she was feeling a bit tired but she knew she will have to train more. Fatima could be quite demanding sometimes. While she was on her way some exorcist will take a look at her and stare. She still was not the typical person they will find on their road. Ignoring the looks of other people Lorraine finally arrived to the infirmary and waited her turn.
The head nurse recognized her and rapidly attends her. By now it was a costume to attend her fast since she would just walk away without any hesitation if she was bound to be waiting. Methodical is some of the worlds that people use to describe her. The doctor who was a new one tried to get a smile or too with some silly jokes but Lorraine ignored him. After getting the ok to leave and have some rest she heard the message on the inter phone.

"Sister Lorraine please report to the office of Supervisor Komui immediately."

Taking her suitcase she began to walk on a normal pace to Komui’s office.

Angie awoke to find herself on the infirmaries bed. A nurse was beside her and she tried to talk but her throat was dry and she could only emit a soft groaning sound. The nurse then came to her bed and gave her a glass of water. Feeling a bit tired she went to sleep again and a day passed before she could wake up well rested. The doctor's examine her and made all kinds of test. So far her physique was in really good health and her wounds were completely healed. Since she was ok the doctor's give her the ok to go back to her room.
She stopped on the dinning hallway and retrieved some food to eat on her room. Jerry was as always ecstatic when Angie took so much food away. She munch on some fruit until she arrived to her room. She took the note on the door and went inside.

"I hope to see you soon" Jacques

Blushing for the message Angie smiled and then started to cleaning the room. After taking a shower and getting on a new uniform she went to look for Jacques.

((Seeing how this part of the forums was empty, I had the time to post here to make it a bit more active :3))

Mizaki stood in the same darkness as the dream he had earlier before his mission. A dark humanoid figure stood in front of him, along behind him stood another white figure. Both emitted a strange aurora that separated the room Mizaki is standing in completely. It seems as if Mizaki himself was standing in the border of the two figures. This has never happened in his earlier dream. The two auroras mixing together gave Mizaki a comfortable feeling, the feeling of Light and Dark balanced out his mind and pain. One Mizaki closed his eyes, everything around him started to twist. Slowly his calm mind drifted away and awoken on the bed in the Infirmary of the Black Order. Shaking his head he tried refocus his surroundings and made sure he knew where he was. Without a word to the Order, he stepped out of the room and headed to the Dining room, where he can finally get some food.

[Dark Fire]

After having the nurse disinfect and bandage his wound he put he shirt back on, looking at the rip where the sword had pierced him he groaned. "Awe maan, how the hell am I supposed to look cool with a rip in my shirt, and where and I going to find a weighted shirt in this place, ugh like half the sand has spilled out and what hasn't is unbalanced" after stating this Joshua looks around the room for his bag. "uh nurse where are my bag and weapons???" starting to get agitated by the lack of protection he had on him he started to get up.

"Sit back down right now, I wont be having you reopening that wound. As for your thing, I had one of the attendants take them up to your room..." she said with a sharp tone as she disappeared behind one of the curtains.

"wait my room, lady I'm not planning to be a full time resident here, or anything, I just needed to have some questions answered..." Joshua said with a shock, (what do they think I am going to join their little sunday school club).

"be quiet your not the only patient here you know, the guy came in with you, he's been in critical condition all mourning, seriously I don't know what you people where thinking getting your selves beat up like that." she said in a harsh tone

"Yeah some one did a real number on that guy, for a while I didn't think he was going to make it, if it wasn't for that uh Lorraine chick he would have been dead on the spot..." he said looking at the battered man in the next bed to his

"Well, I hardly think that he should have been fighting at all, only trained exorcist are qualified...." Joshua lets her drone away, clucking like a mother hen after her chicks, he once again look at his hands (am I really going to be able to find my answers here...)

Lorraine opens the infirmary door and stands in it frame, she tosses Joshua a key, "here this is to your room, you'll be needing a place to sleep while your here, I told the director that you were to be place under my care and that he or the other representatives were not to disturb you, now come on we have alot of work to get done..." with that Joshua and Lorraine leave the infirmary leaving the Martosu to be treated by the nurse....

Mizaki went in through the infirmatory office without checking in and quietly made his way towards Martosu's room. Before he knocked 3 times before turning the door knob and entering through the door. With basket of fruits in his hand he placed them beside Martosu and closed the door behind him.

"You really pushed yourself to the limits haven't you?"

He grabbed a chair behind him and dragged it next to Martosu's bed. Where he sat on it and started tiliting it back and forth.

"Didn't break a bone did you?"

"Bone..no, not that I know of..," Martosu mumbled before squinting at Mizaki. After watching watching him tilt back and forth for awhile, he sighed and looked away.

What is up with him? It's not as if we exactly have a close relationship...

Twisting the bed sheet in his fist, he glared at the wall, "Have you ever felt that...no matter how strong you get...that it will be never enough to accomplish a damn thing?" He turned to look at Mizaki, "And that if you can't do anything, why even try?"

Letting out a hollow laugh, he rested his head back while closing his eyes, "But then, what is left in life if you don't even have that?"

Mizaki leaned back on the chair and looked up with a grin in his face.
"If you don't think you're strong enough to break the wall in front of you, then you can always become more stronger and jump over it."

Mizaki took two apples and placed one of them on the table on top of Martosu's bed. He took a bite out of the sweet juicy apple and turned his head to Martosu.

"I heard you encountered a Noah on your mission."

Mizaki laughed.

"We're not much different from each other, both reaching out for more power...."

After biting and swallowing his second bite he continued on.

"There are limits in power, but no limit in ability."

On his third big bite he finished the apple completely and threw it in the trash can .

"If you don't think you have enough power, then what do you think made you exist today as an Exorcist?"

Mizaki stood up and walked towards the window where the white curtains were still closed. He pulled on the string and a burst of sunlight filled the room.

Squinting at the sudden sunlight coming into the room, Martosu sighed, "The only reason I'm an Exorcist is to kill that Noah for what shes done. But then, the only reason she was there was to destroy the Innocence that I hold." Letting out a frustrated yell, he picked up the apple Mizaki placed on his bed and threw it at the window.

"What the hell do you know? And acting as if you understand!" Martosu shouted at Mizaki, who looked at Martosu with concerned eyes. "And don't you dare look at me as if you give a damn!" Martosu began before chocking off. Placing his hand over his eyes, he ignored Mizaki's gaze.

It's all my fault... this is so humuliating...

With a start, he began to rip out all the needles and wires sticking into him. "Um, Martosu what are you doing?," Mizaki hesitantly asked by the window. Martosu ignored him, stalked over to where his Ssang Do were placed and went to leave the room.

With his hand on the door knob, he closed his eyes, "If you really do wish to help and to prove your words were not hollow....then come along to the training grounds to make sure I don't kill myself. As I am so tempted to just do... as to just end this pitiful existence." Martosu slammed the door open and stalked down the hall with Mizaki following along at a distance.

Mizaki turned his head in a flash to face Martosu just as he walked through the door.

"Wait!.."

He picked up the apple from the floor and placed it back in the basket. Then hurried out to follow Martosu.

Destroying an innocence that he holds?

Without much expression in his face he kept his eyes on Martosu the whole way out of the Infirmary
