This has recently come to my attention. The following is an excerpt from a conversation between Dr.Walker and a good compadre of mine:

I have access to all the answers and resources to all C46 contests, as well as upcoming ones
its an extremely easy task to anonymously tip your member on the answers, and make it obvious...that you guys were getting it from the inside
now, you could always tell them "Ignore Walker!"
but do you honestly believe they'll do that?
in about 2...or 2 C46 contests
you guys will prolly be suspended from competition on cases of cheating >.>

Before I delve into much details about the case, allow me to publicly disclose my disappointment in Walker's attitude. He's had a few clashes with the Espada in the past, but this time he stooped to a new low. I'll shoot it bluntly for you Walker, only because you pretty much asked for it. You're a reject. You've been a member of the Espada for a little over two weeks and got warned the minute you walked in. Shortly thereafter, you disrespected the team's members by copying their posts in public in the vaizard's challenge thread. Finally, you pretty much dissed every single VEQ member when the Gotei was still under reformation. The number of complaints that we as Espada received were beyond count or measure.
Even after that, you decided to stick around; a show of solid character I called it at first, until I happened to know about your application to the Vaizards, who pretty much did not hesitate to shrug your application off their shoulders. In an attempt to salvage the closest opportunity, you chose to attack another division, with what I could only imagine are false claims, harassing them into accepting you. Even if they were true; cheating is by far the word to describe it. You've been divisionless since your forced retirement as an Espada, hence a non-competitor. Even if you had access to answers from a C46 member, then him/her handing over the answers to you was out of trust that you won't pass them onto someone else who is in fact a participant in the contest. The fact that you chose to disclose this information to that particular division's member is something that you, as a person, need to deal with and hardly a solid ground basis for you to do something as vile as blackmailing.
I thereby implore all division captains and team leaders to reject Dr.Walker's application should he ever apply to your team. I'm fairly sure, that last thing a team would want is someone with a history of betraying people's trust.
I bring this case forward to the members of C46 for two reasons:
1- Manage the leak, if any existed within the team's members.
2- Impose a punishment on Dr. Walker.
From an administrator's point of view, I forum-banned Dr. Walker from the Bleach Project section indefinitely, until C46 and the super staff council reach a verdict regarding his position.
