I started to figure out my orientation while I was in middle school. And yes, I know its the stereotype - but I did happen to figure it out in the PE class >_>;.
Which then after that, I proceeded to date a girl in 11th grade - even though I KNEW I was gay. Why? I'm not really sure. I kinda wanted to fit in - and be normal, since being gay was frowned upon in school. I was probably terrified to admit it, and just tried to ignore it. But, nothing ever became of the relationship. So I just had to face facts and come out. Worst thing ever >_>;.

Anyways, that the brief story of mine. The full one would take waaay too long to type. xD

I wanted to say something about when people say people who are bi are "greedy".
If you think we put sex first, then yes, we would be. I, on the other hand, start everything with feelings. Desire comes later on. Why? For me, when you're in love with someone, you want to share as much as possible with that person... it starts with tastes, then feeelings, then as much of your soul as can be possible... and in the end you want to be one in body. So I'm not someone who doesn't have the courage to give up one orientation or the other, I'm someone who doesn't give a damn to sexual preference, because feelings come first, and feelings can be for both sexes. I'm not greedy, because I don't want to "do" both sexes at once, in fact I originally don't want to "do" any of them. Desire comes with love. Up to now I fell in love with guys, so I desired guys, aka those I had loved. Now I've fallen in love with a girl... after two months I am slowly starting to feel desire. So for one month I've been in love without feeling real desire (apart from the one to kiss that came gradually).

If I saw two guys making out, I would find that quite interesting too. As someone said before in the this thread, it's a guys fantasy. They already like girls a lot, so now more than one would be like a treat for them lol. Also, I think movies and TV influence guys to like the 'girl on girl action' a lot.. it's like, that image is implanted in their brain from a young age (teenagers).

Lol well, I do got male friends that I've asked this question to numerous times. So I just said what they have told me.

Well...let me assure you that when I got together with my girlfriend, that if it wasn't a scary enough step that we were previously friends for almost 6 years; but to add to that whilst I had always known her to be lesbian, and knew that in recent years she had "experimented" with guys, I wasn't entirely certain if she was still under the impression within herself that she was of lesbian preferrence or bisexual.

This meant that not only did I take a harrowing risk by trying to hook up with a friend, but quite possibly a pointless effort if she was in fact still of the lesbian persuasion and had simply experimented to have had that experience, even if only once.

I wasn't attracted to her for her lesbian traits, or the bisexual nature since I didn't know for sure if she was bisexual or not.

I fell for her kindness, sweetness and caring for others far before her own needs, everything about her personality cannot be faultered, and whilst I may say that anyway due to being her partner, I'm not the only one who knows her who is of the exact same mind.

All that came first, then afterwards came any such thought of desire...I'll leave it at that eh and keep you on your toes. ^_~

I'm pretty straightforward when it comes to my views on homosexuality and I have no problem telling people that (who beleive in the bible anyway) its a damnable act, and for the most part I get "I know, so what?" replies. I have alot of gay friends, and they're some of my better friends.

My church is one of those southern country white churches that are all "do not associate with homosexuals jhswjthgj!!" its like a Nazi/Jew thing. You don't have to agree with people's lifestyle choices, but its their choice. If they don't care, they don't care, let them be what they want to be if its what makes them happy. When it comes to homosexuality I seriously believe that you can not try to convert many of them successfully because they wont change their sexual preference. Again, so what?

Just because we don't believe in the same things doesn't mean we should shun them or treat them like lesser beings. A thing that bugs me is that almost all men says that they are straight. Would it be the same thing if they evolved in a society that discourage heterosexuality? I guess I will jump into this thread now...lol..I am bi, my friends and family know and don't care, I have no problem talking or hanging out with ppl of any orientation, if I get hit on and I like them I'll hit back, if not then I just politely let them know...One twist on my take of things tho....I don't mind seeing guys together but I would rather watch anime guys than the real one's..LOL..I think I watch to much anime..LOL..Anyway, being of one orientation or another doesn't nessarly change who the person is anyhow...Cheers to them all!!!!
