No. The answer is no. It will always be no. Unless, you read a sick doujinshi (Witch is NOT the same thing) then it will NEVER happen. Tite Kubo doesn't write porn... at least not that I know of... and certainly not in a title as big as Bleach...

Rukia and her sister came to the soul society together after dieing together in the real world, rukia was just a baby, her sister had to abandond her in the soul society because she couldnt take care of her, her sister then years later ended up getting married to byakuya, then on her death bed her last wish was for byakuya to adopt rukia as his sister but to not tell her that she was his wife, so byakuya instructed everyone to tell rukia that she was adopted as his sister because she looked like his late-wife, rukia does not sleep with byakuya and their relationship is in my opinion more of a distant brother/sister type relationship.
