Ichigo x Orihime FC

Firstly, quit with the ad hom attacks it makes your arguments very week. If you want to refute the pairing fine, but remember this is an IchiHime club, people have a PREFERENCE for this pair whether it be as potential canon or fanon.

Secondly, before you debunk the pair and harp on about Rukia, it is argued that they are JUST friends. Ichigo EXPLICITLY states that he owes Rukia alot. Afterall she is the one that gave him the ability to protect those he cares about. Also, she understands his situation better than Inuoe as she herself is a shinigami, she knows his worries etc...

As for Inuoe potential, yes there is some. Matsumoto said both are important to Ichi in their own ways. He went into the lions den for her, even when SS had writeen her off as a traitor he believed otherwise, she confessed to him, albeit while he was sleeping. She has a unique connection to him. We know she loves him and that he cares about her. When Ulq said he took her to HM he lost the plot and forgot about going to rescue Rukia to fight him (not debunking Rukia merely highlighting the fact that he does care about Inuoe and that there is a potential there). There's more but I'm lazy

So before you come in blowing the IchiRukia trumpet acknowledge the fact that this is a IchiHime fanclub if you do not like it tough.

To Undying, nobody knows for sure but it may be that aizen told Ulquiorra to test him and Ulquiorra seeing that ichigo was weak decided to jus kill him. P.S. That's true, but love is'nt always that mushy. Sometimes, especially in manga, the lead male and female who end up together have a relationship similar to ichigo's and rukia's, as in they argue about silly things, but it just brings them closer together. And to pantiffel, I did'nt say he did'nt care whether she lived or died, I just said his reaction to hearing about rukia being hurt was much more than his reaction to inoue being there and okay, that's all.

I actually know of a pair like that, who fight all the time. They say they love each other, but they fight all the time. Now here's the deal, Rukai doesn't say she loves Ichigo. In fact, if we go by the famous "who got the biggest panel" theory, then Rukia loves Inoue.

Actually Ichigo does not have that much faith in Rukia, in the sense that he feels that she is very vunerable, and often objects to her fighting. More faith in Rukia believing she wouldn't die? If that was the case then he would have not objected to them splitting up. He is not able for the Espada, he hardly thinks Rukia is, especially after what he saw happened to Rukia in the face of 2 Espada, Grimmjow and Luppi..

So no he really does not have much faith in her ability, this is not the only time he has tried to stop her from fighting.

As for Inuoe, that is Grimmjow’s reasoning NOT Ichigo’s. Ichigo has a reason to fight, to save Inuoe, but now during the fight all that goes out the window, instinct takes over…. Besides in that fight he pulls out the mask to block the effect of the ultimate cero from hitting Nell and Inuoe…

Please explain. I admit I might have gone overboard but I stand by my argument. The ichihime thing is never going to happen so why bother lying? Just accept the truth that it will either be rukia or he won't get anybody and move on and don't dwell on these silly arguments that you orihime fans dream up. Because orihime will die a ridiculous drawn out death in which she will be encompassed by a swirl of light and as she is dissolving into nothingness she will turn around and look at ichigo and then....she will be gone ichigo will be sad but then he will remember that he has rukia and he will recover in a couple minutes and he will take solace in the fact that all the ichihime fans will quit trying to stick him with the cheesiest, lamest and sappiest character in all of anime. That's true, but I still say that ichigo's dad was a real shinigami. Don't really have proof, even though he did seem to know about the captains and urahara, but that does'nt really prove anything. Oh, grand fisher's final form did say something about how ichigo was a pure soul, or something like that, after he found out isshin was his dad, and if isshin was a substitute shinigami that means that we still have no explanation for ichigo's powers. Which is why I think Isshin is a 100% shinigami.

EDIT: Ichigo's dad is a proper Shinigami, hence the Captain's garb. If he was a substitute he wold not be ablwe to have that. Ichi's mum has some sort of spiritual awareness, whether it be shinigami or not as she certainly knew something was there and jumped to protect Ichigo.

Rukia, seems to be really concerned about Ichigo from what we see. She build up his confidence again while Inoue did nothing like that when Ichigo got beaten up badly by the Espada on earth. Inoue, is the one who actually cares about Ichigo while Rukia, in my opinion only wants to see Ichigo become stronger in battle.

Inoue knows what she can do to actually stop adding to Ichigo's burden while Rukia on the other hand doesn't really care. Inoue's the kind of girl that stays by a guy silently, and let him do what he can do best without being a burden to him.

Well there was a lot of contrast this chapter. First Ichigo going on a bloody spree and fun, then going to the noble protecting the girl when she doesn't need protection thing.

It was quite nic, I liked it.

(Note: I read wicapedea to find out some of what's going on in this chapter) Earlier on in the chapter Ichigo is acting colder and more violent in the fight, Inoue beagins to wonder wether or not it's actualy Ichigo out there.
I think when he protected her and she looked into his eyes that she saw that even though he was hidden under the shadow of his hollow mask he was still in there, hence the slightly relieved look.
As for Ichigo's sad look it could be because he saw the pain seeing him like that was causing Inoue.

What I'm thinking is, Inoue is actually surprised that Ichigo actually has the mask of a hollow on in the manga. She mentioned once before as well, that Ichigo's reiatsu is getting so fierce that it's actually smothering her when Ulquiorra and Yami came to Karakura town.. (or something like that)

At that time, she was already wondering if that's Ichigo after all. The same scene took place at Hueco Mundo, which I think startle Inoue a little but she was still glad to know that it's still Ichigo when he looked at her with those eyes.

I actually thought Hime was scared of the strange behaviour of Ichigo, not of the mask exactly. He said things Ogichi would, and not exatly him. Also, there probably is some kind of difference in his reiatsu when he changes from Bankai to Vaizard.

And... those eyes weren't of sadness, they were of love! XD
