Future Manga Chapters

Ok, first of all I would like to state that I am not a Byakuya fan boy. (ok..glad we got that out of the way). What I was wondering is if Byakuya is ever going to get back into the picture in the manga. Ichigo defeated him pretty badly, does anyone think there is a chance though that byakuya becomes stronger? Hes Rukias brother so I think they shouldnt make him just fade away as another guy who was beaten by the main character. What is everyones thought on this?

Call it a hunch, but I think we'll be seeing him again, but this time in a more likeable role, i.e. the protective big brother, maybe?

yeah because if they can put Ikkaku back in the picture, they should at least give Byakuya a role where he isnt a complete prick to Rukia.

Of course he'll be back. On top of being one of the stronger captains we've seen, he's also Rukia's brother. He's also got too big of a fanbase for them to not bring him back, I'd say. He gave Ichigo a very good run for his money; they can't ignore a powerful ally.

I certainly hope to be seeing much more of him in the future chapters... As 454casull already mentioned I think his role will be much more likable than what he was previously... Maybe he'll cast away his pride for once and help Ichigo and the rest in fighting off these arrancados! And as Darkness_becomes(me) mentioned I think that Kubo has already established a large fan base for Byakuya, so it'll be hard for Kubo to simply throw Byakuya away...

Well, I think we will probably see all of the major people we've seen in soul society again. Just because Ichigo is back to his world doesn't mean SS dissappeared, they have a lot of bussiness to take care of and probably even more corruption with SS.

I would love to see some of the other Captains show up, and I think they will since there's now a war going on. It's quite entertaining to see how the current shinigamis are dealing with fitting into the physical world. I wonder if other captains might be joining them? Perhaps the current shinigamis were picked because they could more easily pass for highschool students? While I think it'd be amusing to see Zaraki try to fit into modern society, I think it was a very wise decision not to put him in the current group. Same goes for Shunsui. He might be able to pose as a teacher until all the incidents where he chases all the high school girls around. Not good, hehe.

I'd like to know where Kisuke fits back into all these story arcs. Is he just a mentor/advisor to Ichigo or does Soul Society take him back since he has the best knowledge on how to destroy the Hou Gyoku or does he take on Aizen himself? Also, is it a possibility that Aizen merges with the Fisher King and ... Ichigo has to fight him? Hmmm.. all the possibilities..
