Angelique Schwartz Room

Angie arrived to her room and saw it was clean but with no decoration. The minimum furniture was there. A bed, a small desk with chair,a bookshelf and which were near a window. Angie say her bags from Asin HQ next to the bed and decided to venture and decorate the room before going out. With some speed thanks to her abilities Angie managed to decorate the room with soft colors like lavender, sky blue and green. Alternating with white to give more light to the room. Changing the locating of the furniture the room finally got the sensation of being bigger and warmer than the rest of the place.
As a final touch she took out a small painting of a landscape so familiar to her. It was her birthday place something she treasure as life itself. She put the nail on the wall then hang up the painting. Once she finished her work she went back to the main door and with a sudden movement she left some claws scratched against the door. Hanging up a plate saying simly "Angie" she locked her room and left smiling now that she made her room at her likes.

'That's not the way to get a message out. He's playing right into the hands of whoever did this.'

"Jacques?" Angie asked as they stopped in front of her room.

"Sorry Angie. I just have something on my mind at the moment," he replied.

"Well, just stop by sometime~"

"I will," Jacques told her.

He headed off towards Hei's room. 'Something isn't right. The finder he was with died, and I'm worried the Earl might've done something to him...'

Angie heard Jacques yelling at someone on the lower level of the room complex. Apparently, he was having some trouble. Angie thought about following him but she didn’t. She already had more than enough time with him. But the desire to spend more time was really strong.

“You should need to rest tomorrow should be a hard day for us.” said Rashar.
“What you think will be the training like?” asked Angie a bit concern.
“I don’t have any idea but for the time being you need to stop thinking about that Jacques. He could make you loose concentration and time.” Rashar paused before continuing.” You really care about him don’t you?”
“I no, yes I mean I don’t know. He is kind and a gentleman, but sometimes I feel a strange feeling like my heart beats a bit faster when I see him. Argh, this is not making sense. I had met people and never felt like this with someone.” said Angie frustrated.

Rashar laughed a bit she also thought Jacques was special but she would not let anyone know that.

“Just go on and rest Angie we will see how things play tomorrow.” said Rashar going to sleep.

Angie change and fell asleep fast, she didn’t dream that night. It was dawn when she heard a soft knock on the door.

“Miss sorry for the interruption but you got to report to the training grounds in two hours. Lavi-sama and Krory-sama will be waiting for you.” Said a Finder.
“Oh…ok I will be there. Thanks” said Angie with a yawn.

Several minutes later she went to the Dinning rooms where she managed to get a good breakfast before heading to training. Jerry made her a special breakfast and also prepares her a basket for her and the others. Humming a happy tune Angie went to the Training Grounds hoping that her time today will be a nice one and productive.

Once Lavi and Krory left her in front of her room Angie took her time to clean up and get ready for her breakfast. Although there was a killer on the loose everyone was still calm. Rashar was also quiet but she didnt wanted to bother her. Sooner or later she would have to report to Komui and see what his desicion will be regarding her participation on upcoming missions.
After shower she dressed with long black skirt and a white short sleeve blouse she let her hair loose and comb it till it shines. A knock on the door was heard and she answered. A Finder name Stuart was there to take her to Komui to talk about her new mission.

Angie managed to make her packs in record time. She was still upset by Jacques reaction but then she stop in the middle of the room.

"What if he only sees me as a friend and nothing else?"
"Doubting yourself?"asked Rashar.
With a sigh Angie let herself sit on the bed and said "I'm not sure. I never seen him like this before, is like something change in him..."

A knock on the door let her know that she was not longer alone. She opened the door to find Jacques looking at her with a serious look on his face.

“Oh Boy he does not look happy.” Said Rashar.

Angie felt a bit guilty about her stunt on Komui’s office but before she could apologize Jacques said

“Where is the file, my train goes in a while and I need the information.”
“Look Jacques I…”tried to apologize.
“Sorry Angie but I can’t go with you this time. The mission I’m going is too dangerous and…”Angie interrupt him.
“So you are angry cause I made comments on Komui’s office?”
“No its not that…” Angie again interrupt him.
“So what is then?” asked Angie trying to understand him.

Reever approached them. “Darn that Johnny; I knew this was the right file - wait, this is for Germany...We were both wrong.”

As he approached the two, they seemed to be having some form of argument – well, it’s not as though they were going on the same mission anyway, so Reever decided there was no reason to let them keep arguing.

“Ahem,” Reever grunted.

The two looked over. “Angie, here’s your file. Your train leaves in about thirty minutes, so please do hurry.”

She walked away in a bad mood, and Jacques seemed a little annoyed himself.

“What’s the matter?” Reever asked.

Jacques hit his forehead with his hand, then ran it down his face. He let out a sigh.

“I won’t ask anymore,” Reever replied to Jacques’ answer.

Reever walked one way, and Jacques headed back up to Komui’s office.

Angie arrived to her room and gave a sigh of relief. The trip was a killer but she managed to have it less harder than others. Jacques was with her all the time. For an unknown reason this time he stayed with her almost glued to her side. He also never let go one of her hands and even lean against her for napping. Angie took all those moments to pamper him and hugs him as much as possible. She still was wondering what he wanted to tell her. In some occasions she will ask him but he only smiled and hugs her with a soft kiss on her cheek or lips as well as a full blush on his face.
Smiling at the sight of him blushed Angie giggled and began to unpack maybe they could go out since now they were back at the order. Angie kept unpacking and after that she took a long shower. Feeling a bit tired of wearing her uniform she change into a comfortable skirt with a sleeveless blouse. She let her hair down on a loose pony tail. For shoes she put a no heel sandals and went to look for Jacques.

Angelique took time out to stay alone on her room. Ever since returning from the last mission she managed to keep up and cheering Jacques and his little sister. It pained her to see them suffering and at some point she tried to remember how she felt about the situation when she felt the lost of her family. But no feeling came cursing her amnesia she tried not think of it. She cuddles on her pillows and sighs. Slowly she drifts into a soft sleep.
She was dreaming again. A forest but not like last time. She was barefoot and she tried to feel the environment. Peace was the feeling she felt. Wearing a simple sleeveless dress she continues to walk the dusty path until she reached the top of the hill. Turning around she saw a frightening sight. The whole landscape was on fire and devastated. Her legs gave in and she fell on her knees in shock.

“Could this be the future?” she whispered with a trembling voice.
“Perphaps the past of something near to happen. Who knows but one thing is for sure this is something on your path Angelique you must be prepared for it.” The soft tone of Rashar didn’t made her took the eyes from the landscape.

Slowly she felt alone again a cold feeling of abandon made her eyes full of tears. Closing her eyes she was going to cry when she felt a big shadow cast over her.

“You suffer too much my little girl. You are not alone now. As long as I live I shall protect you” said Jacques while taking her in his arms.

Embracing him Angie stopped crying and breathes calmly.
Three hours later she woke up rested and with new energy. Although hope is hard to archive is not impossible. It was only a matter of patience and faith.

He took another swing out of the bottle, not enjoying it like he used to, instead acting like a drunkard. He knocked on the door, and took one more drink as it opened.

"Hey Angie. Look, I'm sorry for what I've done lately. I've... ignored you. I've been wrapped up in my own self-pity---"

He was interrupted by a sudden hug by Angie. He just wrapped his arms around calmly and saw her smile.

"Thanks. I needed that," Jacques said as he squeezed her. "Anywhere you want to go?"

Angie was already arriving from the kitchen and dressing into something more simple when she smelled Jacques scent. He also was drinking a bit of wine.

"Hey Angie. Look, I'm sorry for what I've done lately. I've... ignored you. I've been wrapped up in my own self-pity---" Angie interrupted him by just hugging him and smelling him without he noticing it. She felt again that sensation of security. And belonging with him. She gave him a smile and said.

"You dont need to apologize Jacques I know you are having a hard time right now..." she stopped talking when he touched his forehead with her and looked at her eyes.
"Thanks I need the hug." he squeezed her a bit and asked "Anywhere you will like to go?"
"Where is your sister?" she wondered after noticing they were alone.
"Komui told me she needed to work so I asked Jerry if she could help him.She is on the kitchen right now. I just well wanted to be with you for a couple of hours. Alone." he said a bit blushed.

Angie blushed as well and hugs him back. "I am on the only place I want to be your arms. I love you."

Jacques sighs deeply the way she affected him was something strange. He decided to go and see the country and took some stuff from the Kitchen. Angie took a moment to talk with Jacque's sister and seeing she was ok. The little girl was serious about her task and was a great for Jerry. Knowing the chef will take of her, Angie and Jacques went flying until a hill near the castle. The day was sunny and the time excellent. Exploring the surroundings the couple found a little river and they went to refresh their feet. Angie on a playful mood splash some water at Jacques and both went on a exchange until they got wet. Drying under the sun Angie and Jacques talked about any topic they will think for. Joking or exchanging more bits of their lives. Then they went to eat and after getting all stuffed up they both fell asleep on each other arms. The afternoon went well and they had a moment to collect their thing when Angie saw the sunset.

"Jacques can you come here for a moment?"
"Yes what is it Angie?"
I know that I have a memory where a tale came about the sunset. Its said that when you see the day die with someone you love they will never be apart..." she felt Jacques arms embracing her from behind and his shin resting on her head.
The minutes went by and they both stayed like that until the last ray of sun disappeared. The moon was the first to witness the couple's kiss. Soon they went back to the Order wishing the time would be stopped at least for some more couple of hours. Jacques left her at the door on her room again and promised to be more with her. Angie knowing it was going to be difficult decided not to contradict him. He was still in pain and she knew that he will need her. She gave him one last kiss before parting ways until she saw Reever approaching them.

Reever approached.

'And I was enjoying this a lot. Why'd he have to show up...'

"That would be the power of plotkai. Happens in every movie and game and storyline."

'Wow, I suppose you're right. But this isn't a storyline, yes?'

"Nah. It's too real to be one."

Reever began talking, "Seems you've been eating more, that's good. Also, you have a request to go to---"

Jacques grabbed the file. "He's there, isn't he."

"Yes, he is," Reever continued, "And until I was interrupted, I was going to say that you're going to be landing on the North Edge of the Island of Patmos. It's been in havoc since the last transmission."

Angie was listening closely. Reever saw her and told her honestly, "Jacques' ability is required on this mission. If you want to go, you'll have to talk to Komui."

He strutted off, looking for other people, before either of them got a chance to reply.

Angie hesitates at Reever’s statement. She wanted to support Jacques on his hard times. She grab his sleeve and he cover his hand with hers giving him a reassuring squeeze.

“Its ok we can go and convince him to let you go with me.” Said Jacques with a soft smile.
Angie smiled back and nodded.
Both went hand in hands to Komui’s office.
