His style of clothing is somewhat resemble of a goth. Tight black turtle-neck, leather waistcoat and short, together with knee high boots completed his appearance. The boy also wears a lot of jewels as he is obsessed with silver. Because of his look, people often question his gender.

Personality: A kind of emotional, goth boy who always is lonely and not very confident with himself. Though, not many people knows this dark side of him. Hisakata tries his best to hide his last name and feelings, despite how much emptiness and sorrow he feels. He has extreme mood swings. Multi-character. HYPER! Childish, whiny, a bit of a cry baby and a sweet-addict, but also sensitive and caring. He has a thing for jewelry, especially silver earrings and rings.

Biography: He came from a Swedish of Japanese descent noblesse family. As they say, 'noblesse oblige', his parents put him under the pressure of walking in their shoes. Only thinking about themselves, they were afraid that he may put some dirt on their honor. All he could feel from his family is hate, cold and distrust. Being such a sensitive boy, he crumbled to the ground. Still, they were his family. His only relatives. But unable to be emotionless, he formed a world of his own, separating him and the world, to himself that he had a such a good life, that 'everything's gonna be alright'. Loving the brightness and cold, Hisakata began collecting silver jewelry to forget the outside world. Still, the truth cannot be ignored, no matter how many times he told himself, deep down, he knew he was alone. One day, he witnessed the collapse of his family, started from a fight between his parents. In that very same night, monsters attacked. The castle was crumbling. His family died in front of his eyes. He shouted hoarse, and all he could remember is a bright light surround him and freezing winds howled.
Waking up to see himself in the Black Order, he was informed that his family was all dead, those monsters, called Akuma, were responsible. And he, indeed, is a host. One of his collection, a silver ring, is one Innocence fragment. And the bright light and the cold he felt that day, was his first Innocence activation.

Innocence: Equipment, in the form of a silver ring, wore , called Yuki-onna no suki - the Love of the Snow-woman, allowing Hisakata to command power of the cold freely. The technique is named Fuyuhouyou - Winter embrace.
Level 1:
- Toutacchi - Frozen touch. With this ability, Hisakata can destroy his foes just by touching. The foe will be frozen till it became brittle and reduce to fragment.
- Tsurara - Ice pillar.[I] Icicle rises up from the frozen ground below, freezing or stabbing at Hisakata's enemy at incredible speed.
- [I]Mekakushi no aisu - Mask of Ice. Hisakata can use this technique to create a shield of ice to shield any part of his body from attack, simply by freeze the moisture nearby.
Level 2:
- Hitoya no tsumetai - Prison of Frost.[I] This is a variation of Icicle pillar. The pillars will aggregate together, form a prison of ice, prevent his foe from moving. Hisakata can also defend himself by combining the pillar into a wall of ice as well.
- [I]Fuuha Hisame: Hailstorm. As the name of it, Fuuha Hisame freezes moisture in the air, causing deadly hailstorm. The storm leaves a misty, frosty atmosphere after it.
- Fuu no Hyouga - Seal of Glacier.[I] Forming a circle seal surround Hisakata, this technique allows him to create dust of ice, blowing with the wind. The dust freeze everything instantly by the owner's will. In addition, icicle and hail are used as well. However, in order to use this skill, Hisakata must spend quite some time to activate.
