Arrancar or Vaizard?

Given the choice between the two which would you become and why? If they were the same strength of course.

For me the answer always has been Vaizard, they are what most shinigami hide, actual character the shinigami always act the way the Royal do in front of pesants it really annoys me which was probably the reason i was exiled from the 13 court gaurd squads and the Soul Society... hmph their loss, anyway i find that Vaizard are really kool. Altho the Arrancar look is pretty badass as well, Grimmjow is my fav.

I would be a Vaizard, mainly because they have a cool mask that hides your identity, although most of the time you would probably tell who it is anyway, plus I would rather keep my human form then be more Hollow like the Arrancar are.

Vizard hands down, because they are shinigami. Even though we never see them actually go into Shikai or bankai. They have two stages of release while the arrancar only have one. And as shinji proved without the release they can own one of the espada. SO i'll go with Vizard hands down.

Vaizard, for sure. I prefer Hybrids in general, they tend to be superior to pures in anything as they have more advantages.
Also because not mutating your body in unimaginable shapes and forms is definitely a plus.

i'm gonna go with arrancar. they've got style, they speak spanish, resurrección is way more intense than any bankai so far, and even the word arrancar is badass. being a vaizard may be more practical, but el dios hueco is right, soul devouring hispanic monster = win.

I would also like to be a Vaizard, because normal people could see how cool i am (average people can't see espada), i could impress and get a girlfriend :biggrinlo , and i could have a mask and still have bankai! I wouldn't want to change form into an animal, i'd rather stay human with the most awesome of zampakto's! I like swords rather than turning into an animal.

Thats a difficult one b/c My theory on that although there is no proof..is that The Vizards beside Ichigo can't achieve Bankai and only have shikai b/c they're 60% shinigami and 40% Hollow,whereas Ichigo can b/c he's 50/50 the perfect Hybrid, I personally think that's the Vizard's reason for obtaining Hollow powers illegally was because they may not have had much power (the strongest vizard right now maybe being a liuentenent(sp?) in terms of power or reiatsu) to begin with and it gave the power boost they desired without the need and time it would take to achieve,learn and master Bankai.Ichigo never obtained them through illegal means..they kind of just fell upon him..with all that being said..Vizard

Vizard- the idea of having your own hollow masks as well as keeping your swords and having alternate hollow sides in your inner worlds just seem so cool to me :)

The full face masks on a shinigami just have more effect and appeal to me :D

Vaizard, they free, not under control of someone like Aizen (it's a big risk to work under him, after all), and don't have any obligation like the Gotei 13. They can do anything they want to do. Also free to choose any side they like.

Vizard for sure. Like a lot of people have said; they're free to do what they want and to choose what side they want. Plus Shinji is pretty much a total badass and proved how awesome Vizards are. I also like the fact that they have two release states.

But yeah although I would love to have hard skin to withstand attacks a little better, Vaizards don't have a lunatic giving them orders that are all according to his master plan (which may or may not require me to die at some point). So yeah I still stand with my Vaizard choice.

Arrancar, because the idea of being badass is awesome, and having Aizen serve as a friend would be awesome too, that way i could never be killed, and plus with a Vizard, there's a chance you might lose your humanity, and also you might lose yourself to your inner hollow if you lose in a duel. But Arrancar may be weaker, but there on the safe side, they still have cero, which adds to it. :)

I'm a Gotei fangirl and even if it appears Vaizards were actually shinigami, I'd go with Espada.

Because they have kewl uniforms. And Tea with Aizen.

I've always disliked Vaizards, the mask thing is lame, even though 90% of Esapda releases so far suck to death it would be war more awesome turning into your true self completely rather than hiding your face with fancy mask. Besides, the hole is much more badass.

But main reason would be serving under Aizen. The man has power and authority. I wouldn't mind dying for such a man. :)

Anyways, I choose Vizard simply because I wouldn't want a gaping hole somewhere in my body.

Also, I guess I wouldn't want to have someone using me for his own personal desires, not really giving a damn if I die or not.

That's a good question. But i guess the hollow within just is a mirror of the person that it resides in... kind of. Like how ogihci said that he get bankai the sametime ichigo did. But clearly ogihci had some advantange when he faught ichigo.

^ Ogichi had more advantages because he was part of Zangetzu so he knew the swords abilitys while ichigo just swings his sword with a lot of reatsu and speed behind it and hopes it hits but i agree with you on the fact that the hollow resembles its shell

Arrancars seem to have all hollow powers but only some shinigami powers. The arrancar don't have shikai or bankai but their sword release is about the same as bankai. Overall i would rather have a bankai than the sword release because bankai looks way cooler.

I'll choose vizard anytime, no hole in the body and normal human looks is a plus. Besides, vizards can always have shikai and bankai to release even after wearing the mask. Arrancar only have have one form of release.
