Ok, so are those 20 Arrancar that Aizen sent to earth all Vastrodes? I know that he didnt send any gilian so are those 20 the elite, including Grimmjow?

I would think that all the ones that are human size are the vastrodes that were hybridized and the bigger ones are the gilian who were hybridized

Eh, I don't think he sent 20 to Earth. In fact I don't think Aizen ordered any to Earth, but rather that Grimjaw/Grimjow (w/e you wanna spell it) took a few followers or something and went on his own. I think it's only like... what, six Arrancar on Earth right now?

Nah it was um... Crap, um.... Grimjaw, Deeroy/D-Roy or w/e, Eduardo (The big dude who released his sword), Shaolon (The guy fighting Hitsugaya), Illfort? (The dude who said Deeroy was weak), and Nakim? (the second big guy). Besides them so far there's been Ulquiorra and Yami, but the way the question was asked sounds as though he sent down all 20, and I figured he'd meant in the current arc or w/e you wanna call what's happening now.

But correct me if I'm wrong. Vastroode are just humanoid Hollows, hollow who look like Humans instead of like monsters. 10 of those would bring down SS supposedly. Then those without mask, would be even stronger right? Or did Hitsugaya mean ten without mask and with swords... This bit confuses me a lil, so sorry.

I think Hitsugaya should have described it better but, this is what I got out of it

Vastoroode=The Human sized Arrancar
Ajuka or Gilian(I can't remember which one was in the middle)=The bigger ones like Yami

Gilian(the biggest)=Dumb Menos or something, I'm gonna reread the chapter again or maybe send a letter to Kubo

But seriously, you think Yami is Ajuukkaru (this is the name I got, so sorry if it's wrong ><)? I thought Grand Fisher was more of one. Like... Gillians were Menos, Grand Fisher who wasn't quite as big or w/e, was a Ajuu, then Ulquiorra, Yami, etc. were Vastroode. Cause though Yami is huge, he's more human-like then Grand Fisher.

Wait a minute, was Grand Fisher even working for Aizen at all? I mean, Deeroy and Grim helped him early on, but they never said he was an Arrancar.... Bah, I'm confusing myself. Sorry, this all makes no sense probably, so ignore it if it doesn't.

Yeah, the giant huge ones like Grand Fisher is more than likely the biggest ones(gilian, I think) and Yami is a Ajuka and the smallest ones like ulquiorra are vastoorode

Alrighty. I figured that might make more sense... But then it means that there being 20 Arrancar isn't as bad as some might imagine doesn't it? Since ten Vastroode are enough to make chaos in SS. If half of them are like Yami and whatnot, then it really isn't as bad as there being 20 like Grim and Ulqui, no?

Yeah, but hopefully there won't be much gilian because they are weak and the good guyz are getting stronger so I think their is going to be more vastroodes than anything else, which is more exciting

First of all, vastoorodes, ajucas and gillian are not hybrids. They are all menos. The gillian is commonly referred to as the menos grande, because of it's size. The vastoorode is the strongest type of menos and more powerful than a (regular) captain. A hybrid vastoorode would be theorethically even more powerful than Yamamoto himself.

I believe the definition of an arrancar is a normal hollow turned into a hybrid (meaning hybrid menos cannot be called arrancar). Even if a hybrid menos can be called an arrancar, only Urquiorra and Grimmjow have demonstrated enough power to be one (specifically the vastoorodes type). I believe all the arrancar we have seen up till now are normal hollows turned hybrid.

I've been doing some more research and came up with this conclusion:

Gilian=Menos Grande

Ajuka are smaller but more powerful than Menos so they have to be a hybrid but, the big ones

Vastroodes= The small ones like ulquiorra and grim

None of the menos types described are hybrids. The ajucas and vastoorode are just higher levels of menos.

Impossible. D-roy could never be a vastoorodes. He's too weak. A hybrid vastoorode should be more powerful than Yamamoto. No way in hell could D-roy be a vastoorodes.

Hmm, didn't they say D-Roy was a failure? Maybe he got weaker than his normal self(reg vastoorode) when he got hybridized.

Well, Hitsugaya stated the menos were split in 3 categories, so it means all of them are just regular menos.

About Deroy, they kinda implied he was weak because he was relying too much on Aizen's gifts. I don't imagine even a failed vastoorode hybrid getting a serious downgrade in power that he would be weaker than RUKIA. If such a downgrade is possible, D-roy and bystanders would have surely noticed the diminishing of his spiritual pressure.
