The Fox & The Hound.

I will never forget the tears that were streaming down my face after I watched that movie. It was so sad, espeically when the old lady left the fox in the forest. I couldn't cry hard enough.

A movie that mad me cry... Ok I cried twice in a movie and because of different reasons...
1- Lion King - yes I did cry when I was watching it because I really felt bad for Simba...
2- Aladdin - Now this is a bit unusual, but I distinctly remember crying when I was watching the movie for the first time when I saw Jafar in his genie form... I was scared...

there are lots of movies that made me cry....... i can't remember what were they, though. i seem to cry at almost any touching scene presentable. i always embarrass myself at movies i go with friends because i'll just cry at anything that's so touching!

anyway the one i cried until all my mucus were all falling and all my eyes were swollen was an anime called Grave of the Fireflies.

sorry about the gross details d:

i just remembered something about disney that made me cry.

-The Fox and The Hound.

That's so sad. I cried over that when the dog had to kill his best friend the fox because of being loyal to his owner. And they realise their friendship had to end.

But actually after that, he spared him in the end. That's so touching. -tears again-

the person that started the thread said that you didn't have to cry.. just felt some emotion to the movie.... you didn't have to cry!
and if you get lost in the story a bit i can see how one can cry... i remember as a little kid... (i was 4 and the first movie i ever saw was Terminator 2... yes... i know..)
i cried when Arnold (the robot) was going into the lava thing... i remember crying so bad! and that thumbs up had made me cry even more so... and now it's just so cheesy looking that i don't even remember why i did it... i still think it's a good movie though... (yes the first movie i ever saw was T2!!! wats the problem?!?!)

You never watched Disney movies?
Aww. I used to watch Jungle Book over and over again, as for any other Disney movie I can't remember watching as a kid, but I know I watched them.
They never made me cry. I didn't even understand Bambi for a start, I did not get it at all... I didn't find Lion King sad at all. It was funny and we all know Scar was the best.

First movie that I remember watching as a kid which wasn't a cartoon (well, second movie.. first one I remember was the Life of Bryan) was this one about this woman who was in hollywood or something and she treated her daughter horribly and it was not nice. My grandmother wouldn't let me finish it =P .. I watched weird things as a kid, I think.. Why, I remember this French cartoon where this man ended up eating himself because he ran out of people to eat or something.

Anyways, now that I think about it I was really, really sad (and am always sad) when Romeo's best friend dies in EVERY Romeo and Juliet thing I've seen. Forget about Romeo and Juliet, it's all about Mercutio! Poor guy...
There wsa thi

Gladiator made me all teary-eyed at the end, but I didn't cry. I think the music at the end of the movie was what did it. If an emotional scene doesn't have compelling piece to go with it then it won't have any effect on me. They do say that music is the tangible expression of the human soul.

Who else here wants to see King Kong? It's suppose to be a tear-jerker and a action packed blockbuster. While I'm not sure if it'll deliver on the former I have to admit that the big monkey's facial expressions in the final trailer were very impressive. The one that came out the best was his look of shame when he's staring down at Anne. Oh yeah, the movie is 3 hours but with a large amount of it being action/special effects.

Yes. I am the cold-hearted soul you all hate. Yes. That hurts my feelings too! BUT DOES ANYBODY CARE ABOUT MYYYY COLD HEART!??!?!? NOOOOOO!! And since I have a cold heart, I don't see why I should be nice.

On a serious note,
FascionViktem5k's groove, I wouldn't be seriously mean to FascionyWiktem5ky-wayey. ^^

HA HA, funny parts on Alien.. When they annoy the 'mother alien' and she's all, "Rarr" and then when that little baby alien thing is in the room with the woman and kid and it's all, "MEEEEHHH" HA HA. If I ever watched it again, I'd probably just watch that bit a few times over. Pulp Fiction made me laugh when Vincent accidently shot Malvin's (I think that's his name) head. So funny. Just the way it happened, I saw it coming, but it was great and when they go to Jimmy's (is that his name) and they're chatting about coffee, getting Jimmy all stressed, HA HA. Ahh... I thought it'd be a better movie 'cause people said it was great. But it wasn't. I find almost all movies funny though.. =) The Grudge was funny, also. I'm not a jumpy person at all, I laugh when they jump.

HAS ANYBODY WATCHED AUDITION!?!? WHAT HAPPENES AT THE END, I WANT TO KNOOOOOOOOOOW. I got to the bit where she injects his tongue (when she paralyses him) and that's all. GUTTED.
My father won't lend me the DVD, lol. Cow. (Well, not really.. I wouldn't give him Dark Water =P).

Oh and is Ichi the Killer good? I'm borrowing that as soon as I see father DEAREST, but I wanna know if it's good, he only goes on about the funny dubs 'cause they have Cockney accents or something. [Rolls eyes].

[Insert more ranting here].

Uhm, I don't think I cried, but I know I was a little teary when I saw "Moon Child."

_strangechild_
11-28-2005, 09:24 PM
I wanted to watch that.

The movie 'Dancer in the Dark' got me a bit sad. =( I like Björk (who was the main character). ^^
'Sleepers'.. I feel bad for the real people who's stories are told (with probably a bit of drama, to make it all the more interesting) in movies when they're sad. Sleepers was one of them, though I think it said on the movie that a lot of the stuff on it has been denied by courts and such. I won't go into the detail of the movie. Just basically these four mates who went to some male kid's prision camp place ('cause they made a hotdog stand accidently hit a man... which I'm sorry, but it looked funny) and got raped and beaten up regually by the people who worked there then one became a lawyer and they all got their own back though sadly three (or two) of them died shortly after.

I DID!!!! I CRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if you didn't even feel ANY emotion during that scene... your not human....

_strangechild_

i cry in every horror movie where the black man dies lol
HA HA!
I laugh when in some movies a black person says "Ohh, the black man's gonna die first!" or something. Ha, fun.
13 Ghosts (I think) made me laugh, the ending.. after all this crap ass torment from the Black Zodiac people the nanny goes, "This is it for me. I'm on the first f--kin' plane back to Newark. I'm sorry, family, Bobby, Kathy, uncle, ghosts. I am sick of this nanny sh--. I've had it. This was not in the job description. I QUIT!"
HA HA. Killing the sad moment.
Yeah, the Ring I found was funny, but I did have to think a lot and I really couldn't be too bothered so I just sat confused waking up my mate so she could tell me, even though she hadn't even watched it all, like I did =P
THE GRUDGE WAS FUN-NAY. YUKO! HA HA HA
Man: Yuko?... Yuko? Yuko!
[Yuko turns around slowly, then you see the man in shock opening his mouth to scream and then he screams and you see Yuko with her jaw missing and her tongue is so weird].
- Probably my favourite bit. Gosh, I find so much stuff hilarious. I'm the person to laugh in a movie so loud when no one else finds it all that funny.
Hide & Seek...
[Sherrif walks slowly past this door, but the door opens].
Charlie: Hello! [Hits Sherrif's head with a shovel and drags his body I think].

I can't really remember it, but it was so damn funny. Me and my mate were laughing so much.

Also from the Grudge:
Maria Kirk: Good morning! You're up early today.
Peter Kirk: [looks briefly at Maria, then jumps off the balcony without a word]

Ha ha. -Flop-. Ha. Ahh... Just like the poor horse in The Ring.

Toshio Saeki: Croakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!
- I thought he was trying to meow. Lol. Apparently not so.
Okay, I'll stop writing now.

A sad moment in a movie...
In Tokyo 10+01, where Tall's head has been sliced off in the car and the car's gonna be surrounded by Jokers in a few seconds and Micro hugs the body saying "Brother!" (I think) and the Jokers shoot him. Sweet, sweet... HA HA, I forgot how his head was cut off, he drove into a big thing that are used to help build/lift stuff or something, well... it looked pretty funny.

Grudge was flipping funny. A bunch of people thought it was dumb, but I found it kind've funny.

If you thought the Grudge was funny, then you have to see Ju-on. It's the first Grudge in Japan. LOL, there's a part in Ju-on were an old guy, in a wheelchair, is playing peek-a-boo with the cat/boy thing.

Oh, and the black cloudy person thingy(can I be any more descriptive?!) in the movie, well, in Ju-on, it's a person painted black with a black smoke around him, it's so fake that's it's hilarious.

aaaahhh.. the Grudge... wat a waste of an hour and a half of my life that was... but i must admit it was soooo funny... who else laughed when the mother (forgot her name) the dead one... when she was like crawling down the stairs.. she like cracked her neck like 5 times and then continued to crawl down... wtf was that all about?!?! lol! so funny!!!! and i like how the crazy dad/husband guy... when he found out his wife was in love with the professor... he like.. grabbed the cat and drowned it... wtf?!?!! that was such an awesome scene!! it was like "ugh i'm so angry!!!...... stupid cat!!!!" wtf?! lmao!!! right... anyway... lol!

and movie that made me cry... well last night i was watching Schinler's List... and i cried throughout the whole thing.. pretty much... i'm a very emotional person.. and the fact that it was based on real life events probably had something to do with my emotional state.... GOOD MOVIE!!! you should all watch it!!!!

Nah, it was when the crazy dead Grudge woman was under the covers of that womans bed making that funny noise and then she just quickly DRAGGED the woman down, so she disappeared that made me laugh more than the weird crawling down the stairs thing.

Schindler's List was sad. I didn't cry or anything though. I love the end when you see the real people he helped. =D

yeah that part was awesome! and i like how they walked with the actors that played them... oh man... good sh*t!!! (well the reason why i cried is because i'm an emotional person to begin with... and things like that really get to me... so i was sobbing...lol!)

i didn't really like that part in the Grudge though... i thought it was dumb.... cuz usually there's a body left over for the police to find and she was all like ... "i make you dissapear haha!!" ... kinda didn't flow... but that's why it's funny i guess.... i enjoyed the cat thing alot though.. me and my friends were laughing about it for a month or so after that... lol!

It was, it was. Aww. Ha ha. I'm emotional, but not towards many things.

HA HA, that's what made it funny, the stupidness of it. Ah, I thought the whole movie (if I were not to find horror movies all that amusing) was just.. poo. Lol.
Ju-On! I wanted to watch the TV version with Kuriyama Chiaki in it, I love Chiaki. She's so great... =D
The cat, my mate did not stop laughing. I had to pause it because he was laughing so much at the fact that the kid randomly meowed.

A Knight's Tale

for some reason i remember laughing during Titanic... i guess it was cuz i didn't like Leo that much... and i was busy thinking how chivalrous they were back then... today you can't get many people to hold doors for you, even if your hands are full, but back then... they GIVE you the door! lol! i guess that was why... and that whistle thing was kinda creepy... he had it in his mouth! ew! i know i know, she would have died.. but.. that doesn't mean i can't say ew!!!

and before someone asked why in the Grudge the kid and the cat were like half together? well because the kid was drowned in the same place the cat was... so like their souls connected in a way... which is funny cuz he's just like "meow!" and your like ... ok.. no... my favorite has to be the flashback of the father grabbing the cat and drowning it.. i'm sorry... i just can't express that enough... i felt so bad for the cat but i couldn't stop laughing....

Titanic made me laugh. I dunno why people found it so sad. Maybe it's because it was based on something real?

Lol, Titanic was funny...

I watched part of this sad German movie. It was about Berlin in the 70's and based on this girl's life. She was a drug addict and blah blah blah, her mate was like, "I'm going to get out of this. I'm going to get clean and go back to my family" but she died before she got the chance. But the girl got clean, I think. David Bowie did the soundtrack music, that's all I can properly remember, lol. URGHHH, THE DRUG ADDICTS SCARED ME. No joke, they'd look perfect when they were on drugs, but as soon as they weren't they were like the living dead and I was like, "URGHH, foul make-up, foul, foul!"

'Trainspotting' is a great movie. Great soundtrack. Well, I like it, it reminds me of the Pulp Fiction soundtrack for some reason. I can't actually remember much of either soundtracks, ha ha.

Trainspotting is about this drug addict and he also wants to get out of drugs and they're all Scottish, just thought I'd add that unnecessary information there. ... I just like Scottish accents.

So they have to be really good AWSOME anime's like bleach to be upsetting to finish. I just can’t stop Cool Running’s making me cry... That part at the end where the steering mechanism fails and the sled crashes because some cowboy American sled technician couldn’t be bothered to put a split pin through the slotted nut... they're just a bunch a cowboys! But yeah where Sanka goes...

Sanka Coffie: Hey Darice! Ya dead?

And Derice replies...

Derice Bannock: No, I'm not dead mon. But I have to finish the race.

And then they carry the sled across the finish line on their shoulders... and Jamaica shows the rest of the world the true meaning off the Olympics through love, teamwork and friendship... and lessons are learnt by all.

Jamaican Pride!

Sanka Coffie: All I'm saying, mon, is if we walk Jamaican, talk Jamaican, and is Jamaican, then we sure as hell better bobsled Jamaican.

Sanka Coffie: Feel the rhythm! Feel the rhyme! Get on up, its bobsled time! COOL RUNNINGS!

Crash didn't make me cry, but it did make my eyes water. If a movie can do that, then you can guarantee that it's emotionally compelling. Nothing usually garners emotion from me. The movie has a couple scenes like that.

Lion King, definately.

OMG and land before time, but only the first one. What are there now... like 8?

Lots of other ones too, i just can't remember lol.

The very first movie I cired while watching was Dumbo, when his mother was locked up in a cage and all Dumbo wanted was her, so they were like inter-twining their trunks and looking so sad...and I was the only kid who cried. Aghh. The last movie which I cried at was ET.

Final Destination 3... animal abuse there. I was sad, poor horse, poor rat and poor pigeon! Well, it didn't make me cry, but I could barely stand watching the animal cruelty scenes, lol.

It was kind o' funny too.. but man, it'd suck to die how a lot of them did.

Final Destination 2, laughed so much at some points. RIDICULOUS, ha ha. I mean, the EFFORT Death went through just to kill this woman.. oh man.

Ladder 49

It's a show about how a team of firemen lived. Deaths, the fun, romance, teamwork and friendship all in one movie.

The movie was touching. Especially when another member of the group dies.

Famous quote from this show:
What makes them run in when people run out

[sheds a tiny tear]

The Notebook

And I saw it in the movies with 2 really good (girl) friends of mine.

They probably thought I was the biggest pansy after that. What made it 10x worse is that when I saw them crying, I started to cry harder >:|

Passions of the Christ of course but sadly also Forest Gump. When Bubba dies it always seems to tear me into two. You get so attached to the man and they just end him like that. Now he can't make no mo' shrimp =(

Honestly? Probably Episode 3. XD.
Although that was only for a moment or too, since as soon as Ani/Vader started wailing "Noooooo!" and shaking his fists I busted out laughing.
