Black forest, white leaves.
Surrounded I stray
Through the nothingness
In light of the winters day.
A wind passes through,
Revealing you.
A colour in the grey,
Beauty words could never say.
Hands touch in darkness,
Words pass in whisper
Trailing fingers pass through,
Silken hair.
Looking into shining eyes
Stars glow for you,
Passing messages to the soul,
That leaves a feeling of something true.
As quick as its there,
Your gone.
Fingers still feel your touch,
And lips your embrace.
Hands now cold,
Reach out to feel nothing.
Once again the forest is grey,
You never stay.
But In my pocket reveals
To my surprise,
A heart shaped strawberry,
In the colour
Of sunrise.
Dedicated to my e-wifey.
Surrounded I stray
Through the nothingness
In light of the winters day.
A wind passes through,
Revealing you.
A colour in the grey,
Beauty words could never say.
Hands touch in darkness,
Words pass in whisper
Trailing fingers pass through,
