remove the 30s thingie?

Sometimes when I post in offtopic threads it's irri to wait 30 secs before posting.

I suggest change it to 10 seconds so you still have a doublepost prevention..

it does. U don't kno professional spamming do u? it annoys teh spammers so they don't go overboard.
besides, 30 secs between posts isn't long. It wud only bother u if ur frickin obsessed with postin and postin plenty fast
