riyuu shin hoo zuu eru... cant read it properly. I'm reading the hiragana not the kanji. If kanji, the 1st word is Dragon, 3rd is Ghost, 4th is Light and 5th is pills*ara???*

Probably around a match. A Ichigo's bankai was doing good against that one guy until he couldn't move.

I just read the translated version, and it was as Ryuumon Hoozukimaru. It didn't translate that however, so anyone know what it means?

Well, Hoozukimaru either means Ghost Lamp or Ogre Lamp depending on who you ask. I prefer the former. Ryuumon means dragon something, so I'm sure there's someone who can put all the pieces together. It is a badass looking bankai. A direct attack type it is...
