this sadness that befalls me
is my emotions revenge
years of being in denial
keeping it pinned up like a beast
A beast I was afraid of
fake smiles fake laughs
but real emotions
real tears
real horror
and the worse
real regret
have come back for me
the chains around the emotions
have broken
they are flailing wildly
hurting everyone in their path
now I wish i had let it out

yea I'll most definitely change the end, It doesn't fit, and i can't think of a title. I'm taking suggestions on both and comments and criticism are always welcomed.
