Actually that's because even when she's trying her hardest to "harm" someone, she doesn't have the complete will to do so. Urahara even said that she really has no fighting ability because she lacks the "will" to do it. It's not in her nature to hurt anyone, which is why her healing powers are so much stronger than her attack powers involving Tsubaki! XD

(This backs up my argument about Orihime's kindness. Even the enemy gets a bit of it! 8D)

Anyhow I wouldn't improve on Orihime's "powers" per-say, but if she somehow finds a better will to fight (which will probably be the case later on when Ichigo is in danger) she'll be unlock a will that she'll be able to utilize as a helpful thing rather than harmful.

I think a lot of my friends mistake my obsession with her as an unhealthy one, but I can say I'm fully aware that she is not real O_o;;; it's just I am really charmed by the stuff she represents - aka that unconditional tolerance, friendship and ultimately happiness.

It's something that I see I cannot personally have for myself as my own traits but something that I can enjoy seeing someone else have (well in this case, it's hard to find someone like that these days. But it's all a matter of subjective opinion).

Just kidding! XD... It's actually an alter ego of my version of Toushirou Hitsugaya. It's kinda a deal I borrowed from my novel. There's a long but interesting story of how he retains a 'human' like spirit but manifests himself in the releases in the form of a dragon. =O!
