they allow me look from the inside out
without being touched by the lonely rain drops
The sun's beauty is magnified through my glass emotions
Their tough, but gentle enough for love
yet that maybe their weakness
my glass emotions are just like real ones
they can be hurt
yet instead of aching
they shatter
into billions of little pieces
It took one violent blow
to break my glass emotions
Changing from dependable solid emotions
To tiny little fragments of my pain
they hurt me more than any ache I can feel
no matter how many times I sweep out the cave of my heart
When I open it up and step in
I'm always met with a tiny piece that won't go away
these little glass emotions will be the end of me
