Carried Away

Where I am carried,
only the wind knows.
I breath, and am moved.
I sigh, and fall a little more.

I have no wings, but that
has never stopped my flight.
I have no fear at the
sight of endless landscapes.

This is the ocean which I swim,
carried by the current and
tossed along the clouds,
as if to collide with eternity.

I am taken now, further
than I last remember.
I am driven now, falling
into unknown horizons.

I am floating again,
high and above the cities.
I am pushed past you,
and taken away.

Wingless Fortitude

Wings beat against the sky,
In the ever graceful battle
To become one,
With the heavens.

Away they glide,
From me, lifted in hope to reach
Those heights,
I cannot see.

I shall wait,
In solemn fortitude
For those wings to come back,
Bearing answers.

Because for now I am wingless,
Using these creatures,
To reach the sky,
In search of my freedom.

The wings come baring my love
To that name I shall whisper
So desperately,
On wings and wind.

To hope that sound,
Should reach their ear,
Resounding in silence
The words,

I miss you,
So far away,
Away,
From me.

You are my wings,
Come back to me,
Back to my heart,

And let me soar.

Away

Floating in the centre of thought,
I drown slowly.
Removing inhibitions,
as I call forth the truth.

Breath in intuition,
As facts pour through me.
Too far to understand,
or accept words spoken.

Gently letting go,
I find it.
The source that holds
My heart chained to his.

Releasing myself
I know the answer.
Away from prying eyes,
I have the answer.

Get away to nature

Away from the lights,
Away from the crowds.
Away from the stress,
Away from it all.
Nature, Get away from it all.

Gone

Like scent on the wind
and grown birds leaving their nest,
you’ve left emptiness.

Under the Rain (revised)

No sunshine,
Only clouds.
Lighting strikes,
thundering rain.
I have no umbrella,
not a coat,
nor a hat.
No gifts to give you
as you walk away.
I will remain here,
wet and smiling.
Remembering only
the memories that
you gave to me

Simple mind

You left me without dismay.
Panic struck me with no delay
And when you've come home from there,
One could never be happier than when you're finally here.

Lost in the whisper of despair
drowning in grief
The voice of hope is gone
the soft sweet reassurance disappeared
the calming laugh is no more
taken by agony
replaced by pain
hope has lost it's way
in my soul.
