Chihiro has been forced to drop a bunch of stuff and cancel some summer subbing plans.

Code Geass: I loved working on this. Next week was supposed to be amazing, and we’d release like 5 hours after air time or something. However, I do not see how we can continue this project. It’s HARD to TL, and we would need a TL really quickly. AKA, we’d need a talented TL. If you are interested, please speak up. We’d need 2 hours from a Chi->Eng, or 6 from a Jap->Eng, or it becomes oversubbing to release it.

So unless someone steps up to the plate, Chihiro will no longer be subbing Code Geass R2.

If you can translate and don't mind a speedsubbing schedule, this is your chance to be a part of what has generally been the fastest releases of one of this spring's hottest animes.

This weekend starts an accelerated Art History course for me. It's also special because it meets on the weekends themselves.

Why am I telling you this?

Since you probably didn't know, for the last few months every Sunday morning around noon or 1pm my time I drag myself out of bed after a Saturday night out late and start flipping through fansub sites looking for the new Code Geass R2 links to post here. I keep checking the sites, along with other CB stuff, until Eclipse releases or I get tired of being hungry and go get dinner, whichever comes first. To give you an idea how seriously I've taken this, my sister once wanted to plan to see a movie on a Sunday and I told her to pick a different day because it would have been my usual time doing this. ^^ (I didn't tell her what I was busy with to avoid being called a dork).

But with this new class I will be gone (not even in town actually) during the time I'm usually here posting Code Geass links. So I will be unable to do things as I have been.

I will still try and check things before I leave to get on the highway to drive to school (I commute to a community college for this class). Heck, since I'll be getting up sooner, maybe I'll actually get GG's or Nightspeed's sub right after they release it rather than a few hours later. Then, when I get back, I will fill in any gaps and update the first post as I usually do.

What I'm trying to point out is this posting stuff will fall on other Code Geass fans, like OutLawBankai and the rest of you, from now on. Unless you don't care if the links show up 6 hours later than they have.

Everyone has always been welcome to post the links if they find them, torrent or DDL, since this thread's inception.

All I ask is you not post more than the episode number to identify which one it is, and note the imporant stuff (sub group, AVI or MKV, SD or HD) because this stuff means the difference between a playable sub, and a sub that has crap typefaces or wont play at all for some people here.

This class only lasts one month. It runs for the next four weekends after this one, except Labor Day weekend (Aug 29th-31st) so I will be MIA for pretty much the rest of CGR2's run.
