How do you keeo track of the anime you are watching/want to watch?

I used to just keep it all in my head, and then when I would watch more anime I would leave the last episode I watched in my downloads file and delete it after the new one came out (for ongoing series). For the already finished series I would download the whole thing and rename the file to watch "...now" or something. Then I figured I could log it on my computer, and then I found out about those anime list sites that you can keep track of the anime you watched, plan to watch, anime that you stopped watching, and that shit you started but will never finish.

After I found that, I thought it was the easiest way to keep track of what episode I was on. I cant keep track of 3 series, nevermind 15 when the new season comes out. How do you do it? (im not Asian, so I have to use these methods :) )

keep it on my head. Never had more than 5 series on the "to watch" or "want to"watch list at the same time, so it's pretty easy to remember.

Right now Im only watching CC and finishing FMP, so yeah, not much to remember xd

I use My Anime List as well to keep track of what I'm watching, what I plan to check out and those that I've already finished. It's much easier this way instead of trying to remember or actually writing it down onto a piece of paper (that you know you're going to lose sooner or later)

MAL's been pretty advantageous for me. I'm currently watching about 14 animes (old and new) so it's impossible for me to keep in mind the last eps I've watched.

I use the "my anime" option in ANN. Since I only delete stuff that I've finished or dropped, I don't have to keep track of which episodes I have or haven't seen.

Old stuff gets marathon'd, new stuff comes out weekly.
