Most of the signatures, avatars (450x100 or 100x100) is like 100 to 500 kilobytes; Including your SMILE avatar ^^

3MB Limit = Max image size of 3072KB, the average wallpaper at 1024x768 at maximum quality is 600KB-1200KB, imageshack only allows a maximum upload size of 1024KB. maybe i should exlain all this on the image hosting page.
