Hm, we do have different tastes in anime though. You look more towards quality and value, and I look more towards enjoyment. but Ill probably take your word for it, it does indeed look ripoffy.

Well, yeah, I am a critic at heart, which explains why my favorite animes are almost all deep thrillers and artistic features, but trust me, this one is pretty much all the worst parts of Duel Masters, Yu-Gi-Oh and Digimon and cluster****s them into something cheesy. Any enjoyment value can only be seen in the eyes of a child, tbh, since nothing about it is mature or witty or overall interesting, imo, and is too much of a kid's show.

Yea, I sort of figured. I mean, I liked some of Yu-Gi-Oh (albeit I was stoned), but it got damn repetitive. Digimon season 1 is so much fun, but I just wish it was fully subtitled.

I don't watch the show. But I only see it once. I like Yugi-Oh! better.
