First person to surprise Aizen

Picked up this interesting concept from some other forum browsings.

Which character do you think will be the first one to "surprise" Aizen - and why?


I'm leaning towards either Urahara or Isshin, courtesy of a bankai ability.

I think either Isshin or Ichigo. Aizen already finds Ichigo interesting so when he finds out that Ichigo's father is Isshin, that'd surprise him (unless he already thought so but never said anything).

Yeah there are the "Aizen: how is he so strong?" and those types in the manga section etc.. but none in randomness that we can have fun with without us mods jumping at you for one-liners etc :P


Aizen already finds Ichigo interesting
That's why I doubt Aizen will be surprised at ANYTHING Ichigo does.

Even when Ulquoirra obliterated him and seemed "surprised" at Ichigo's KGT, Ulquiorra still said: "You haven't grown as powerful as I thought you would have by now"

Which means, if anything, Ichigo should be much stronger at this stage.

You got a point there.

How about if Urahara's team (including Ryuuken and Isshin), Ichigo's team, the Gotei 13 and the Vaizards all came together to fight Aizen? I don't think he'd expect that considering whats been happening in the manga. The Vaizards are meant to hate Shinigami (at least Hiyori anyway) and Ryuuken doesn't even seem to want to fight at all

Shinji? I thought it was Hiyori. Anyway most likely all the Vaizards hate Shinigami anyway which is why they are kinda neutral.

No i meant i thought it was Shinji too be the first person we've seen suprise Aizen when he uncovered his Shikai.

I thought i remembered reading Aizen said he would expect no less from Shinji, but they've either changed the translation or i'm remembering incorrectly (or possibly read it from a different source).

Secondly, that wasn't the Aizen of uberness we know now.

He was also surprised when he was a toddler and the food didn't land in his mouth :P

Aizen might have been surprised when he realised his hypnosis didn't work on Tousen. Unless he already knew all the limits of his Shikai of course.

I wonder if Aizen ever hypnotised Komamura to eat dog food lol :)

I reckon Gin will be the first to surprise him. I think he has an ulterior motive, whether it be for downright evil or for the greater good, that somehow goes against Aizen's plans.

Although I like the idea of Isshin popping out of no where with a bankai to scare the crap out of Aizen.

But Hitsugaya, didn't u try to kill your own father?!! Anyway Hitsugaya looks more like Ukitake's son lol :D

From the faulty biased logic I have thus far drawn, I think it would be Shinji if she shows up. Going by his manga abilities anyhow, and assuming he can still do that.
