Central 46 Application

Reading through the division profiles and applications (along with vaizard, quincy, and espada), I was wondering is there somewhere you apply to be part of central 46, planning all this stuff? Or do you have to be in a division for a certain amount of time before that? Sorry if there is already an answer, I just couldn't seem to find it.

you dont just get into c46. you have to be chosen.

LOL, You'd have to be PRETTY active and have a decent rep in the forums to be chosen. =P

You can try through group memberships, but there is a VERY slim chance that you'd get accepted. I would suggest joining a division or VEQ before even trying for C46. :P
