Ten years has passed
since the Jedi Exile has left
Republic space after
crushing the armies
of the Sith Triumvirate,
has left the Jedi Order
in the hands of his
apprentices to rebuild
and aid the Republic.
In the skies above the Outer
Rim world of Lehon, a republic
battle fleet was annihilated
by an unknown disaster.
Being a former base for
The Dark Lord Revan many
ancient Sith knowledge is believed
to still reside there, sensing
and disturbance in the Force,
The Newly Rebuilt Jedi Order
send out two Jedi Masters
to investigate and protect
The planets inhabitants.
The two Jedi Masters, Brianna and Mira, arrive to the Lehon system dropping out of Hyperspace and already they sense a great disturbance in the force. As the get closer to the planet they encounter a debris field made of the former republic fleet which consisted of at least 15 to 30 ships.
"Brianna, look at this!"
"What is it?.." Brianna responded looking at the instrument
"According to this... they were all destroyed at the same time..."
"Impossible what could have done this??"
"I don't know but whatever it is, its on the planet and there are tons of people down there, we better get there fast!!"
"Mira, don't be rash! We must be cautious if we're to succeed in our mission. Still I wonder what she would do?"
Brianna said while she remembered the Exile and her calm demeanor.
"She'd probably exercise caution, I miss her too but we must remain on our guard, that's what she would tell us."
They land the ship close to where the headquarters of the tribe of the one once were and make their way to were the tribe of the Elders were. Upon arrival they were stunned to see all the tribal members laid out some dead others heavily wounded. One of the Elder council men managed to speak.
"Jaleen... Jaleen... he's backkkkkkkkkkkk" before passing out unconscious.
"Jaleen?? Not Jaleen Kyour?? He's supposed to be dead!!!" Brianna expressed in great agony.
"Who is this Jaleen Kyour? You know of him?"
There was a great pause as Brianna tried to search for the words to speak to Mira...
"He was a powerful guardian of the order... Praised for his immense command of the force, recruited by Revan himself and fell to the dark side on Malachor V along side Revan. He served as one of the Generals under Malak and after he was defeated it was rummored that he had died on Koriban but no bodies were ever found. If he is... this can't be good" Brianna's expression switched to extremely concerned...
"He's probably at the temple" one of the wounded Rakata said to them
"He was headed there, we tried to stop him but he was too fast... and the force is too strong in him..."
"Rest now, we'll take care of it. He's no match for two jedi"
The two made their way towards the temple and noticed the field wasn't up and they walked in and the could sense him he at the top of the temple.
"Be on your guard Brianna" Mira said holding her lightsaber in hand.
"I don't sense anyone else in here, i have no doubt he can sense us but he is not the type to lay traps from what I've read of him."
They made their way up and found a figure dressed in all black with tethered robes with a hood. He looks back at the two Jedi and his eyes seem to glow red through the darkness of the hood that covered his face.
"Your path ends here Dark Jedi" Brianna shouted to him
He looked at them and looked away continuing to work on the console in front of him.
"I have no patience to deal with weaklings like you, leave her before it turns into your grave" he spoke condescendingly to the Jedi's.
"You will surrender, it's not too late for you... Jaleen you can still come back to the light..." Mira began to say but was interrupted by the sight of him turning around.
"What did you call me?" Jaleen Kyour spoke as he took off his cloak
Beneath the cloak he had a mask on his face and he took it off exposing his face. Unlike most sith the toll of the dark side had not taken its effect on his face, his eyes were yellow but there were no visible scars on it and without the mask he spoke with passion that had an air of cruelty about it as if it were suffocating the listener.
"I'am trully sorry but Jaleen Kyour has been dead for over 20 years, I am Darth Pravous" he spoke again with that sarcastic sympathy
"Then you shall perish dark jedi" In her impatience Brianna rushed in turning on her lightsaber and without much effort he sent lifted her up and pushed her through wall. Laying her unconscious, Mira turned on her saber and cautiously watched him.
"A Jedi Watchmen, I see... you jedi sure are quick... very well I shall entertain you for a short moment." he threw off his cloak exposing two lightsabers.
He drew one blade and proceeded to attack they fought but ultimately Darth Pravus' was just too strong and too fast for Mira who fought valiantly but his intensity was far too much for Mira. Though she lost the battle with her last few moments she used the Force light technique to save Brianna and causing him to leave. By the time Brianna awakened she found Mira dying and saw the ship of the Darth Pravus leaving the planet. Mira's last breath indicated that Pravus' thoughts are bent on finding an apprentice and rebuilding the Sith Army's again.
Upon investigating she found that he was looking for the data of planets where there were force wounds and dark side aura's are recorded. She took the body of Mira back to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant where she was given a hero's burial. Mira's apprentice Kaanir was then made into a Jedi Knight and sent to Telos IV to study the Sith Holocros Jedi Master Atris had gathered to see if there is any mention of Darth Pravus.
