Today I left my ipod nano somewhere in the school library :sad $%$#&!!
hopefully i'll find it tomorrow in lost & found -.- [pfft.. sure]

I'm pretty good with my things so this is probably he most expensive thing i've lost
(cost: $150.00)

Anyway, whats the most expensive thing have you lost? (or maybe broken)

This may sound weird, but I havent really lost anything expensive. I think thats probably why, since its expensive, i try and never lose it, since usually i bought it with my money.

I once left my camera bag (w/ my SLR and accessories) in a coffee shop. But I ran back and it was still there, so I guess I didn't lose it.

Lost a cell phone once, wasn't a real expensive one, maybe a hundred or so bucks (note: I don't get cell phones on subsidy, I buy them outright -- usually unlocked). Made me mad since I'd just bought a new battery and faceplate for it less than two weeks before.

Other than that I'm pretty good about not losing expensive material possessions.

I have lost my heart a few times though. :( That's really upsetting and takes time to replace. /emo

It was so Completely stupid of me , lol, but i left my wallet on a table at a coffee shop and dint realize it till i got TO another country. i was at the coffee shop meeting friends before i left to go on a trip. My credit card company called me and wanted to know if i had purposefully charged $4500.00 at a local mall where i live. It was a platinum card and evidently, no one ID'ed the idiot thief rofl. Talk about feeling like a total idiot! yep. Luckily, they voided the amount and purchases and sent me a new card but that REALLY taught me a lesson ROFL!

As far as I can remember, I don't think I've lost anything expensive.
Once I lost a fiction book that I was dying to read and got all emo over that. The fact that I was careless still annoys me to this day. BAH! :<

a $300 pair of regular glasses, and iPod, $90 pair of SPYs((designer sunglasses) but the SPYs don't count cause I originally found them at work one day when I was cleaning a theater). I have a crappy memory I loose stuff all the time. I've lost my current pair of glasses ($500 DKNYs) like 10 times, 2 of those times I was actually wearing them...

Most expensive thing I've lost was pair a Diesel jeans =/ I lost them on a trip. I've never lost a phone, but I've broken two. My friend on the other hand, has lost 3, and broken 12. One of the ones he broke was a cheap phone that he didn't like so he threw it against a wall so he'd have to get a new one =x Two of the broken ones were from being thrown in pools with his phone still in his pocket. I swear every couple months I get an invite to a facebook group "Tyler broke his phone again"

Slim cell phone is slim.
Fell from pocket, lost in town.
Heavy phone next time?

Two of the broken ones were from being thrown in pools with his phone still in his pocket.
I have a reoccuring fear of that happening to me, despite the fact I don't go to parties at houses with pools often.

slim or not, it was the pants that i was wearing as things always fell out of those pants =/

i had the phone for over a year, so i dont think it was cause it was slim or light really =/

just my own carelessness :p

I think the most expensive thing for me was Gameboy SP when it first came out.

My sister needed something blue for a project she had in school and for some stupid reason i gave her my blue gameboy advance sp, it turned out that she trashed her project when she finished and that was it.

I never really lost anything expensive... Things always tend to turn up one way or another.

I work at Six Flags and you'll be surprised how many people lose expensive phones on the rides and they either end up breaking or just never get found, like Blackberrys and Voyagers to name some :P

Well, if you also count a stolen item that is lost, well, somebody stole my $100 bike when I chained it somewhere and when I returned, it was gone. Never trust that area again.

And I've also broken a couple of items as well:

My AMD CPU: $220
Computer motherboard: $100
CD Player: $250

As for me, I've only"lost" 1 thing like... ever, and it wasn't even lost, some dude stole it and it was a bike.

edit:

Thinking about it, I did lost something more than a bike. 3 or 4 years ago I lent 500$ over a period of time to my father, he haven't paid me back yet and i dont think i'll be seeing them again, EVER.
