Apparently the man behind the 9/11 attack has been found and is awaiting trial. I know about everyone have a fair case, but this man in my opinion should have no mercy for what he has done!

Well he was found five years ago but yeah.

Scum like that deserve a fate worse than death. Eternal half-death perhaps, killed but kept alive by drugs, able to feel every moment of his agony? Sounds good to me.

Well he obviously wants to die...So I say we torture him somehow, like put into isolation with daily beatings and little food. I believe that's punishment enough.

That guy has been in U.S. Custody for 5 years, and was charged last February. Give him want he wants though, but don't publicize it :winking56

No, we don't want to stoop to the level of the terrorists

Careful there, we don't want to be like the republicans now do we?
what this man says in the court, is somehow worthy of consideration.
Do we reply revenge for revenge?
If we did torture him, it would only gather a much more negative view.
and then some.

try thinking it as a cycle of hate, eventually, all will fall to violence.

I'm a great believer of "an eye for an eye.", but obviously not if he wants to die. Hence my torture idea. : D

Or we could find his family and kill them, that would work. : ) Bomb his hometown or something.

While I am very angry at these people, I try not to resort to their level by "torturing" them or anything. I wouldn't mind if they get the death penalty though.

Give them the appropriate sentence; that way, both the victims can rest assure that justice has been delivered and that the world won't accuse America of being even more inhuman.

What I don't get is why everyone thinks America is so inhumane when people on that continent act like this. You make it sound like America is the big bad settler taking over lands and oppressing savages (like how America was settled stereotypically). IMO I think we should put him in isolation, and in a padded room, and in a strape jacket so he can't kill himself. I'm tired of hearing this inhumane bullsh*t when populations are simply waiting for what the next attack is going to be. Too bad we can't all get along but every culture is retarded and racist so that's impossible. DAMN tht boils my blood. Sh*t a girl once broke up w/ me b/c I am an American and couldn't bear it if her parents found out. tche.

I agree with that. I think if anything they should make it sound like he isn't going to be executed but simply give him a life sentence in prison from the public stand point and then secretly execute him, if he truly is one of the chemists behind 9/11. I have my doubts about everything now adays though with governments changing the story for personal gain. So I personally don't even know if this guy is even guilty or just a scape goat. Wish it was as easy as seeing the name above someone's head like in Death Note where a sign says "guilty".

Still... I think there's a use for things such as Guantanamo bay and it makes me uneasy that it may be cast aside. I don't care about stooping to their level.

Mwwwwrrrrrraaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Life sentence, no chance of parole.
Super Max.

Done.
He either spends the rest of his life in a cell the size of my shower, or he gets shivved by another prisoner.

Either way, I don't have to look at him.

Hey, I live in America too, and I agree America is receiving way too much bashing on how they treat POWs when clearly there are countries out there that do much worse. I think it's because people think America, being a world power and all, have the responsibility to show the world that they can be humane while being powerful. I'm not the one bashing America for being inhumane, I just don't want America to sink down to their level and I'm really sick and tired of all the US bashings coming from other countries.

if he wants to die a martyr then keep him alive and make each day worse than the previous one always changing up whats being done to him so he can't build up a resistance. by the way torture is probably the least nasty thing that can be done to someone if you take the time to really be mean.
