Who would win?

I see many people are saying that Sasuke would win. Maybe he would but you are forgetting that Kakashi never falls for the same technique twice (remember when he told that to Zabuza?) So he would not fall for Tsukoyomi again, this means Sasuke would not have the advantage.

er... we've never seen Kakashi go all out in a fight yet... i mean Tsunade ranks him as being strong enough to become a hokage but i dunno really.

Uchiha wins.

Sasuke's normal skills(speed,power e.t.c) are greater than Kakashi's. The jutsu thing is debatable , because Kakashi has like hundreds of Jutsu. Stil , are those jutsu useful against Sharingan? Hardly. On the contrary , Sasuke's jutsu are effective against Kakashi.

One could say that Kakashi , has Mangekyou but so has Sasuke. One could say that Kakashi has Mangekyou for a longer time , and thus his mastery over it is greater than Sasuke's, but Sasuke is a full-blooded Uchiha. It is only natural that he has greater talent in his bloodline's ability than Kakashi.

Sasuke has improved by a lot. Kakashi was taken by Itachi with Tsukuyomi. Now that Sasuke has the abilities, theres no doubt that he'll be able to do it as well. Of course, Kakashi is not an Uchiha therefore he won't last long because he doesn't have the blood to use sharingan longer.

Even though Kakashi is gonna be Hokage (Jiriaya and Tsunade say) his skills have been WAY downgraded since the early chaps. It doesn't even appear like he was an ANBU anymore. If we were to go by hype Kakashi hands down, but hype doesnt hurt people.

I am sorry but I do not see how he has been downgraded. If anything, he has gotten much stronger as well as gaining mangekyou sharingan.

all his battles after the time skip he struggled. He does not appear to be a hokage level ninja. Yeah his MS is strong but he cannot use that often. His all around battle abilities appear to have been "over hyped" in the earlier chapters. I don't think its actual hype but to have him be ANBU at such a young age he should be stronger than Sasuke is now, he should be almost Sannin level with all of his copied jutsus. He should be able to handle any member of the Akatsuki (except Pein) one on one for decent amouint of time if he is Hokage (or ANBU) level for a battle, but fact is he can't. Kakashi is one of my favorite characters but I think they are making him appear weaker so they can make Sasuke/Naruto appear stronger.

Who knows, we are not sure what Sasuke has as a talent yet in his new eyes. And we are not sure to what extent Kakashi has improved on his sharingan. Sasuke has more stamina, Kakashi has more experience. In a fight I see Kakashi winning, taking away the sharingans powers, ala using hidden mist jutsu and then attack dogs, should trump any form of chidori sasuke can throw out. Not to mention, Kakashi has shown use of formidable jutsu other than electricity, such as fire, water, and earth, even though he lacks their affinity.

Itachi hasn't tried to kill anyone, thats the point. He's probably the strongest character (next to the first) in the WHOLE series IMO. Everyone was scared of him

Kakashi did NOT go all out. He could have used his Mangekyou sharingan but he did not. Also he would never have got caught by tsukoyomi again. He never falls for the same technique twice after all.

Kakashis Mangyko can not stand up to ANY Uchihas Mangyko, it is a bloodline ability which means he couldn't ever hope to touch Itachis MS.

It would make sense to pit Sasuke over Kakashi. Kakashi had trouble defeating a 30% Itachi, WITH HELP. While Sasuke did 'beat' Itachi, Itachi had no intention of killing Sasuke, I think he just wanted Sasuke to gain MS or EMS.

Either way though, with the snake summons, or EMS(and the rest of Itachis powers?) Kakashi can not match up to a True Sharingan user in stamina nor technique. And even though he was able to teleport him and 6 other guys to Itachis deathbed, Im sure Sasuke has much better techniques that he has yet to show.

I totally disagree. jiraya was way stronger that itachi even without having sharingan. If u rember it itachi used amateratsu just to escape yiraya and when kisame him to go back and fight he said he used all his power just to escape. jiraya was also the reason that itachi+kisame never touched naruto while he was with him. its true itachi was way too powerfull but jiraya was more powerfull and also tobi is the most powerfull akatsuki

and us for sasuke vs kakashi with a 1st view sasuke wins easily. but we still dont know what secret moves kakashi has and in experience he has way more than sasuke. also as many ppl said he wont fail for the same tech twice. also kakashi teached sasuke how to control lightening and he hasnt saw us his true fighting abilitys. also kakashis MS has a different move than sasukes, (kakashi is a big mystery but as some1 else said above they probably making him weak so sasuke and naruto appears strong. and in the end he said <<naruto u are more powerfull than me>> and <<the next generation was always stonger than the previus.>> sasuke will overcome kakashi like naruto will overcome jiraya
