i'm having problems with my rep points. i can't seem to give negative rep point or posative so i just wondering what to try

i disapprove = - rep someone

Are you perhaps giving reputation to someone that you've done recently? Unless Kay holds your solution in his post.

no it just shows i approve not i disapprove. so it like i can only give pos rep points

yeah, i think you can only pos rep people till a certain point.
