Okay, looking at the three eye techniques in the show make me think of something.


Byakugan, can see through most physical objects(unless you count filler episodes) I am not sure if it can be caught in the sharigans jutsu. Because though you have to open your eyes to use it, I am sure, you can close your eyes, and still see through your skin or see through your skull(fight backwards and thus not reveal hand signals to a sharingan user) This bests just about any fighter who uses close range attacks, when combined with the spinny stuff, it only gets better.

Sharingan, can copy any attack even the quickest of handseals. so as long as you can see it, you cant be fooled. Hell, you can even influence certain attacks from others.

Rinnegan. Im not sure how this works fully yet. All I know is that it can use any elemental chakra at the same time. Can you combine them for bloodline limit type moves(who knows) and you can somehow transfer it to others, who can thus look at what you are looking at. I guess this would top the sharingan slightly, just slightly though, only because of untapped potential

So not that Neji is dead story wise, its sharingan versus Rinnegan. And if Sasuke has to fight Pein, I dont see how he can win. Pein doesnt really use hand signs, he just uses the seal formation to get what he needs, and its summoned. I guess having the ability to have all the chakra types gives you no reason to know hand seals for the chakra types. Without hand seals to copy, Sharingan is limited in its usefulness. But, if Sasuke controlled Manda, and Sharingan controlled the 9 tails, I am sure he can control any of Peins summons. Can he fully control people....doubtful, but Ill hope this topic stays open until we hear more on Pains ability

I don't know why Pein is a subordinate of Madara when he has the eyes which are supposed to be better than sharingan and byakugan. He has 6 bodies and he's nearly invincible considering he killed one of the strongest characters in the manga... all Madara has is MS and I still don't get how he's superior.

Yeah, Pein is shown to be the strongest character in the current manga, yet he does take orders from Madara. I'd probably say it was because of some historical meeting between the two or how Pein respects Madara for how he fought for Konoha (and lost), or something along those lines.

But it's Shonen. The option for "Naruto's eye" shouldn't even be in the polls, because we all know that in the end it will win, and it's not even his eye, it's the Kyuubi's per se.

Apart from that though, the Rinnegan looks like the definite elite eye, seeing as it's user took out the most powerful character (that any of the elitists have fought) in the manga so far.

Well, Pein has shown not a single attack that can kill Madara, effectively making Madara more 'God-like'. Madara possesses an EMS, which could have a variant of any of the 3 techniques Itachi had that could finish Pein for good. He also seems to be able to allow attacks to pass right through him, and Pein doesn't have a single attack that could counter that. Closest thing he has shown is the Chakra absorption guy, which would be about as effective as Shino's bugs were.

Um....no. He has shown a mad amount of creative summons and chakra based attack absorption. Tobi, has yet to attack anyone really, so we cant say yet, which is why I have the poll open until ocotber, also so we can vote Obama before then, but Madara does have genjutsu, which seems to be Peins weakness, and that is probably how he is kept in line, that or he knows Pains secret.

Im sure Pain can absorb the amerestu, but thats not saying much, cuz while hes doing that, his other bodies will be vulnerable, so dont feel the need to vote RIGHT away.
