Enemy

I am everything that you hate
This is what I'll always desire
Loving your suffering is my fate
Lighting up your inner fire

My soul was created from spite
To match your human perfection
With the constant yearning to fight
A token of my strange affection

Your tears are my drink
This is the reason I exist
I will use your blood as my ink
Savoring the moments you resist

I lay out my delicate plans
Those which draw out your best
Fantasies of being killed by your hands
So that I might have eternal rest

We're each a seperate being
Conjoined by our hopeless need
For that moment worth seeing
To watch the other bleed

Our hate becomes the strongest of love
Without the other, there is no reason to live
Showing our worth to the gods above
To each other, our greatest strengths we give
