ive been thinking and also woundering about something 4 a while now.
V.V seems 2 like giving out geass to people theres 2 we know all already (plus other one if you count the game) and maybe more
now why dose C.C only give it to one person atm (there was otherone she gave it 2 in S1 cant remember the guys name tho) but why dosent she give it 2 some more people 2 help the black knights along abit?
what do you lot think.

Maybe V.V is geass whore? Dunno.
I think C.C is just loyal to Lelouch and perhaps it'll be too complicated for her to give Geass to someone else so easily. Plus, who else do you think she could give Geass to? C.C and Lelouch have a contract, so... yeah.
I don't know enough about V.V as a character to give a concrete answer on this. XD

I think it's likely that V.V. does Charles' bidding. It was implied that V.V. wants to "Kill the Gods" and that he needs Charles help to do it (That's why Charles has geass after all). If they work as a team, like C.C. and Lelouch, then V.V. probably gave Rolo geass to help out Charles.
As for C.C., remember she is not a true Black Knight. She is only there to keep Lelouch alive (though it has been hinted that she has grown attached to him). She has no reason to "help out" the Black Knights by giving others (Kallen, Ougi, Tohdoh, Diethard) geass. After all, as its seemed, she only needs Lelouch to get her wish.
As for C.C., remember she is not a true Black Knight. She is only there to keep Lelouch alive (though it has been hinted that she has grown attached to him).
She seems to be a full member of the Black Knights now in sort of an administrative role. She does wear a uniform, and seems to be their getaway driver. :D
I would have figured there was a one contract at a time rule that would have kept C.C. (or V.V.) from giving a Geass to more than one person at a time, but that was already proven wrong in season 1 when Mao appeared after C.C. contracted with Lelouch.
Kallen knows about Lelouch's Geass, but I don't think she knows how he got it. It would be a problem if the Black Knights knew about the Geass and C.C. since they would want her to give more of them Geass to use against Britannia. So it's somewhat of a mystery why there aren't more Geass users on either side.
I surmise that there is either a physical consequence (to the giver) for granting Geass powers that we are not aware of, or perhaps C.C. and V.V. are more mature than we relize (not hard to imagine given how old they are) and they refrain from granting the powers in general for fear of what humans will do with them.

We all know C.C. is the one who receives and Lelouch is the one giving. ;)
Kidding aside, I think C.C. does not grant Geass on a whim because she knows the eventual problems of the Geass, such as Mao being driven insane and Lelouch's eternal-battery charged eye. She gave it to Lelouch in a desperate situation to save Lelouch and herself. I reckon she won't give away the power casually based on knowing that it's a double-edged sword.

I think Rollo was a product of the Geass factory.

I remember Rollo confirming it was V.V. who gave him the Geass in the episode before last (ep 9).

im sure they said something about rollo knowing V.V and by the looks off things V.V might not be the one giving them geass's anyway with this "Order" looks like their geass's are man made or something.
