Okay, so 90% of this episode was silly, and there was some pretty random fanservice in there (the Fantasy Seduction Club? WTF?). But that last 10% was pretty good. I was hoping for more Cornelia. :( But Jeremiah's ability brought to light promises to make things very difficult for Lelouch given all the people he's Geassed in the last season and a half.

I thought this was supposed to be the first episode for the new OP/ED, too. :(

Yeah. Her busting in the window with her Knightmare to get Lelouch was one of my favorite silly moments. Although there is the plot hole of the Glaston Knights not radioing her to ask what she was doing before they rushed to the scene.

Viletta's Geass is inconsequential, she figured out what had happened anyway. All those students are going to be having some serious questions about the random things Lelouch told them to do and why they obeyed.

Orange-kun also didn't get that many people who matter, yet. Wonder what'll happen if Suzaku's "live" geass goes away? Most of the random people who might have had a minor instance occur where they are Geass'd will just be like "hmm? Wonder what that was about?" and go on with their daily lives. What's that one teacher he tested on going to say? Omg he asked me what questions were on the test twice?

I read about it somewhere. Nevertheless, orange kun had become an indispensable part of the plot.

BTW, guys, geass canceller although powerful, has its disadvantage. It can undo the geass effect but it can make the ex victims vulnerable to its effect again. Meaning to say, its now possible for lulu can geass the same person twice. So, too bad shirley.......

It occured to me just now that Orange-kun de-Geassing the entire student body would have other consequences for Lelouch as well. It would blow his cover at the school. Everyone would remember Nunally as Lelouch's sister who is supposed to be at the school but is suddenly Governor of Area 11 and the 87th in line for the throne of Britannia.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think theres only Rivalz left to de-geass. All of the former students of Ashford should've been deported back to Britannia after the events of R1.

Also raises questions like who Rollo is?

They should only find out that Lelouch was a former prince, not Lelouch being Zero.

Only Shirley has been de-Geassed so far. Orange-kun is still trying out his power around town (obviously he's hit some other Ashford students with his random flashing, but I'm sure the producers will ignore this possibility).

I'm surprised that you are ignored of that fact. Stripping off OP, ED and preview from an anime is pretty common even in Bleach and naruto. Yeah, NoobProductions might do it as well but my anime is not from them.

-_- Yes, I'm aware there are people that do that. But I didn't know of any groups for Code Geass that did it. But if you're watching a Chinese sub then that's probably why.

I've always though of it as more the domain of websites that are taking completed fansubs and then re-edit and stuff them into RVMBs for DDL on their pages.

Geass Canceller...I think the Emperor wouldn't mind so much about it. I mean, Bartley mentioned that it was the Emperor who ordered him to go with V.V. and adjust Jeremiah's body or whatever, so why would he mind?

Now that I think about it, why did the Emperor plant Lelouch back into Ashford, anyway? Why not kill him when he was in front of him? He had to rewrite quite a sizeable number of memories for that[Lelouch, student council]. But then again, maybe it's all for luring and capturing C.C., and the Geass Canceller was something the Emperor and V.V. devised as a counter-attack to Lelouch if ever Lelouch goes back to being Zero. Looking at it that way, it's as if the Emperor turned Lelouch's friends into time bombs that start ticking soon after he recovers his memories, lol.

From this, I believe:
- Even though C.C. hasn't seen much screentime, she's still pretty important to the plot
- The Emperor thinks as far ahead as Lelouch and Light Yagami do
- Lelouch is screwed

Well, most of this is banter and conjecture, but I think it's worth thinking about :P

The emperor does indeed think ahead, he'd not be the emperor if he couldn't, thats why they have such competition between siblings, so the best one gets the throne.

I also wonder what Lelouch will do other than go into hiding if his cover is totally blown. Just being Shirley who knows so far she clearly won't kill Lelouch, so if she stays alive I doubt after the emotional rollercoaster she won't spoil his identity.

The biggest curiosity is once the geass has been withdrawn from their mind, can one be put back.

Lelouch can always re-geass Shirley again. But I doubt he is going to do that next episode since his identity is not secret anymore and Shirley finally gotten over her father's death and is in control of herself (Although I hope that she did not). Anyway, in the next two episodes, Suzaku would have easily confirmed that Lelouch regain his memories either from Shirley or Orange/V.V. So, its moot for Lulu to keep hiding when its no longer possible for him to do so and his sister is already safe.

Because Lelouch is essentially in the Emperor's plan of making a Ragnorak. LOL
