What? 1st amendment only applies to the State/National government of the U.S., not a private organization.

Freedom of speech is not just an US idea you know. Nor is it only provided for in the US 1st amendment. I turn your attention to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: (I will supply a link for reference purposes http://www.unhchr.ch/udhr/lang/eng.htm)

"Article 19:

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

No individual, private organization or government is exempted or set above from this right. Scientology "International" tried to and that is why I appose them so avidly.
