I just got done watching the first episode and it seems like something I'll keep up with and archive. Plus anything with a teddy bear pirate that kicks the crap outta ppl is amazing in my book. :toocool:

I watched the first ep last night. Its ok, nothing great but nothing bad either. I will keep watching. Its being subbed by a group called GoodBadSubs and another group called Osu! (I watched the first ep by this group).

Haven't heard of either, has anybody heard of them?

Usually I'm fine with the timid male lead, but this one's so wimpy that it's annoying to watch. I might have to drop it even though Morte is in it.

This anime is off to a good start imo. It has the perfect amount of sci-fi in it and seems to be really interesting.

I wonder where they are going with this? The whole premise at this point is left pretty wide open.

But honestly, this does look interesting even the characters do seem very RPGish.

The children's toy looking bear and cats detract from my enjoyment a bit I'm afraid. I don't know if I'll be sticking with this one. Mascot characters have just been over the top for me lately.

I like the characters thus far otherwise, the guys grounded views of just making it through life, which is pretty much what we all do anyway meeting the woman's world changing philosophy.

Honestly I don't mind the bear too much but I do agree with Tyekanik, the other animals do kinda stop u from enjoying it fully. I will keep watching, obviously will stop if it gets too boring/predictable or something.

lol, the cats are hilarious. I just thought it was funny, I didnt think it demeaned the anime at all. The bear is kind of stupid looking, but it doesnt bother me. If I can deal with mecha I can surely deal with this.

They arent supposed to be that good of a subbing group, I would recommend waiting for one of the better groups to do it if you can help it.

Get it from Mayu-Subs. I watched ep1 by them already and they aren't too bad (at least better than the other 2 subbing groups). Only problem is the font size they used is slightly small but hopefully they fix it with future eps.

I just watched the 2nd ep by Mayu-Subs. They improved the font. I will be following them if I keep watching this.

Btw is it just me or does anyone else think the 2nd ep seemed even more RPGish than the 1st ep? The main characters were on this pleasure-cruise/ship, it kinda reminded me of the cruise ship in the Pokemon games lol :D

Also that girl looking for her father and stealing the Destruct Code reminded me of some similar events in other RPGs lol

Just watched episode 4. This is my 2nd favorite anime this season :) But the main male character is so annoying. He reminds me of Raki from Claymore D:

I saw the 2nd episode last night, this anime is hilarious. I really like it so far, although the Kuma thing is slightly annoying.

Its not unbearable (no pun intended XD ), but I can see it getting annoying towards the end. It is only 13 episodes though, so it probably wont bother me too much.

I'm watching episode 5 now. One bear ends there sentences with kuma and the other one ends it with bear. lmao. This show is impossible to take seriously. Some of those animal things are really annoying

Agreed kuma pisses me off, also who is the main character exactly cause we met them both at more or less the same time, i'm guessing its the chicken who doesn't seem to know how to fight rather than morte?

Both of them looks really cute. One with a star eyepatch and the other with a moon eyepatch. Identical twins.

It surprise me that it was toppi that could beat those gladiators while Morte couldn't. Eventhough that episode was Toppi's show, i've always thought Morte was stronger than the little kuma...
I guess kyrie is suppose to be the kinder one (and the one who provides the laugh) that balance out Morte's fighting spirit but yeah, he is sometimes annoying.

This is probably my favorite anime of the summer season. It has epidodic plots with an overarching theme, and its just so fun to watch. Its supposedly only 13 episodes, I wonder if they will have another season?
