If they did lie then I admit I was fooled but if they changed their mind then thats good since its stupid to stop subbing Naruto since a lot of other subbing groups have their anime posted on youtube or veoh (even if they may or may not like it) yet they continue subbing the anime.

edit: It seems DB did change their mind (just watched the episode) since they have this logo thing at the very start of the episode telling people not to put their stuff on youtube.

You really shouldn't load it anywhere to be streamed unless you want to blatantly disregard the pleas of the subbing group and be an asshole by hypothetically putting them at a legal vulnerability.

One they are already are in "legal Vulnerability" before there subbed video's are uploaded to sites like Veoh and Youtube.

Two it is up to the video sites of Youtube and Veoh...etc to make sure they do not have copyrighted product on there site. Which until the new episodes are release in the U.S. we are free form copyright infringment. Thats why on Veoh removes an episode when it becomes licensed. Thats why you can't find too many origanal episodes of anime that have more then 2 seasons. Also Dattebayo is a bunch of douchbags, that is why they do there "Yhbt" about not subbing anymore because of uploaders.
