how do I select to show multiple group memberships above my avatar?

You can only select one specifically to use.

The other ones that appear are on by default.

ie: All admin, s-mod, mod, Captains/Vice, Donators, GFX Crew, Division, etc are put up by default and can't be taken down.

Mine, for example, has the Donator, Division, and Captain tags by default, and the one I chose to have up is the CB Newspaper userbar.
