1. RenjixTatsuki They just fit together, like a fine marriage. Renji is a strong MAN, maybe crocky, but he has his own rules, that he'll never break. Tatsuki is also strong, maybe boylish, but has got real women's pride. I guess, that they would agree in most of things. That's why they just... fit together.

2. RenjixIchigo (sometimes I would say RenjixhollowIchigo) Just my some sick thoughts mostly about Renji giving hollow Ichigo something like fatherly love, and then goes something more.
3. RenjixByakuya Byakuya's handsome. I guess no one can deny it. But he looks like someone, who reads poems, picks flowers (I'm not telling it's definatley girlish)... So even, if he's older, had got a wife and is a higher officer... he just can not be seme (he's even lower). He (in my sick thoughts) would be the one, who would feel very romantic love towards someone, who makes decisions very fast, has his own goal, which he's aproaching.
And don't dare to change the order (for ex. IchigoxRenji)

We didn't see anything like that so i think she is fine. and hitsu looks young but must remember that he has atleast 50-60 years. hinamori joined gotei 13 about 40 years ago and we saw that he was living in SS for some time already back then.

No. Rukia won't go with Renji. He'll go with Tatsuki (notice in the Manga that Tatsuki was worried about the weird people? Well, we know why Keigo can see ghosts - so that he can house Ikkaku and Yumichika, so maybe Tatsuki can see ghosts so that she can house Renji?) And from there the love story will go.
Other pairing I think logical: ShunsuixNanao (in all the Mangas/Animes i've seen so far, when a girl acts like she hates someone, she usually loves him) HitsugayaxHinamori - he does care for her, and we know how far that is from love in Anime. GinxMatsumoto -I hate Gin and I don't like him getting one of the hottest girls, but they seem to have had a reletionship of a sort. Maybe it's developing into love? ByakuyaxMatsumoto: Byakuya's my favorite. I don't have to say any more. UndyingxYouroichi: she's my favorite female character. HitsugayaxMatsumoto: they say that opposites attract each other...

Why is IchixInoue one sided? The fact that Ichigo does not realize that Inoue has feelings for him also applies for Rukia... And in the end, Inoue has bigger boobs. About the MatsuxByakuya thing, that was a joke. They'll never like each other, Byakuya still loves Hisana too much and I think he's the kind of a man to not want to fall in love again because he's afraid it'll happen again. Besides he seems like a passionate man but he want's to hide it, and the way Matsumoto acts (all "erotic girl" like and all that big boobs thing) she's just not the type for Byakuya (a pity, really. Well, his close friends can still see him, they probably won't notice anything. Like their school is already dismissed for summer vacation(unless the Manga goes to the point where they are back in school), so he isn't seeing his school fool friends right now.

I tend to prefer quirkier couples; some I'm into lately are: Uryuu x Inoue, Matsumoto x Hitsugaya, Shuuhei x Yumichika, and Kyoraku x Nanao. I usually pick up favorites based on really good fanfiction I've read and there are some writers out there that have totally gotten me hooked on these pairings. It takes a lot to make some of them work believably, but when that happens, they have my heart.
